Heather was a pleasure to have in my home to care for my two dogs. She was interested in the fine points of their care, food, medicine, sleeping etc, with complete acceptance of their routine. Heather communicated with me daily about her day and her day with the pups, along with adorable photos so I knew what was going on at home. Before leaving, I went over a few household items, such as trash out days, yard clean up after the pups, etc. there was not an issue with following these directions. I travel alot for ski clinics, and there have been prior issues. But not at all with Heather. She was sweet and kind to me and the pups, let me know if there were food issues with the pups, if we were running low, or if one of my pups did not finish his food with medication. Also, Healther took immaculate care of my home. Sheets and towels were washed, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned. I appreciated her level of care, especially arriving home after a long travel day. I was able to come home to a perfect house, along with a thank you note from Heather. Also, Heather left me a de-brief text. Wonderful housesitter!!! I welcome Heather back next ski season....

Victoria and Hayden did a fantastic job of looking after my two aging kitties while I was away for two and a half weeks. I was particularly grateful to have such reliable sitters as one of my babies has reduced kidney function and needs extra attention and dietary supplements. Victoria and Hayden managed to give him a paste (which he hates and struggles to get away), and fiber powder (which he is also not super keen on and thus needs some coaxing) every day while I was away and never expressed any difficulties. At one point, Bailey was eating less than normal and they let me know and together we tried another approach to get him interested in his food again (which worked and they let me know how he was doing). Communication was good before, during and after the trip. I really appreciated Victoria and Hayden making the extra effort to arrive the day before my departure so that we could meet and go over the cats' routine together. It was immediately evident to me that they would take good care of my two kitties and look after the house, and that is exactly what they did! Not only did Victoria and Hayden do a good job cat and housing sitting, but they were also incredibly understanding when the hot water heater stopped working and we were unable to find a solution to the problem working together over the phone (indeed it ended up needing to be completely replaced!) Overall, a great experience for both the kitties and me and I hope they come back again in the future!

A cancer researcher with years of experiences keeping care of various pets
Yuki and Zoey were not responsible for Karma, our Airedale up. They were to water plants indoor and out, feed the wild birds daily, and check for deliveries. They accomplished these tasks to expectation. I'm giving them a 4-star in the 'Clean and tidy' category because they left in the late afternoon and yet did not wash the bed linens (used two bedrooms) or towels upon leaving. Other than that all was satisfactory. I would recommend to clearly articulate what is expected in the way of cleaning after themselves to anybody using Yuki. Other than that I recommend his care for house sitting.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own.
