Rebecca was amazing! She is a kind and clear communicator, took loving care of our pets, and left the house in perfect tidy shape. My husband commented, "You can't even tell she was here!" :-) Her calm demeanor, intelligence, humor, and common sense experience as a pet owner made her the ideal sitter for our 7 pets of varying species, ages, personalities, and needs. She managed the pet routine like a pro—including diapers and daily meds for our older dog—and cared for all of our pets as if they were her own. Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month.  I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups!  Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals.

Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals!  We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!"

Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair.

Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours.   The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned!

When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years.

Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. 

Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day.  The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend!

This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow.  Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with  a rock star.

Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being.

This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral.

Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.

Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade!

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her.  Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging.  She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away.  And the biggest compliment I can give:  when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot).

I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats.  They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it.  The cats were very contented.  Any time we leave we will be checking in with them first.   Such a pleasure to work with.

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.
