I am so happy to find this wonderful new pet sitting/walking company. I am new to the area and had to go out of town last minute. I called and they were very responsive and came over and spent a lot of time with my dog learning all about him prior to walks. They are so accommodating, so very friendly, and you can feel how they genuinely love your animals and want to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them going forward! Thank you Liz and team❤️❤️

Amazing, professional, caring and loving. It's hard moving to a new state with pets especially when you travel a lot. Finding a pet sitting service is nerve-racking! I'm so thankful I found Home Sweet Home Pets! Liz and her team are incredible. My two little fur-babies love them all. It's nice to be able to go on a quick trip or long vacation (10 days) and know your babies will be well taken care of.

I can’t recommend Home Sweet Home Pets enough! My dogs have been picked up on the amazing air conditioned bus for a field trip twice now and have come back so happy and exhausted! Liz send pics throughout the day and they treat my dogs like their own! Highly, highly recommend them for any of their services and we all look forward to the next field trip day!

My Australian Shepherd went on his first field trip with Home Sweet Home. It was a great experience to have him picked up and dropped off....worn out too!! The owner communicates via text(which is best for me bc of work) to let me know pick up and drop off times. Looking forward to the next field trip!!!!

Home Sweet Home was exactly the right choice recently when we went out of town for 5 days and left our senior cat Henry in their care. Every request we had was carried out with such care. Henry needs daily medication which was no problem for them, he was fed and got the attention he needs. Our mail was collected, plants watered and they showed up twice a day, as requested. Henry was happy and content when we got home. We will definitely use them again!

It’s hard to trust people with your fur babies but Home Sweet Home Pets went above and beyond! Elizabeth had great communication skills and even made a special trip to meet Birdie prior to the field trip to make sure she’d be comfortable on the bus. Needless to say she had a great time! We can’t wait to use them in the future for more field trips and in home care.

Liz is the absolute best with a heart of gold!! She went out of her way to make the field trip experience the greatest. Prior to my pups first trip she drove the bus to my house for a meet and greet and went over everything in precise detail. The day of the field trip Liz was able to pick up and drop off my dog Kane with no one at home(this is amazing due to my work schedule)! She communicated through text throughout the whole trip letting me know she picked him up, dropped him off, and sent pictures during/after the trip. She also spoiled Kane with some treats and a cute bandanna! Book y’all’s pets field trip now! Y’all won’t be disappointed!! 🙂 🐾

I feel very comfortable having Home Sweet Home Pets come and care for my pup. They truly care about your pets, and take the time to understand each pet's specific needs. I have not yet used the field trip service, but I am looking forward to sending my girl along on the next one!

We have been nervous about letting someone other than family look after Xena but we feel confident with Home Sweet Home! Xena loved her field trip to John Chestnut park - she came back with the biggest smile ever! We were updated with photos during their trip which we felt was very thoughtful. We are looking forward to more field trips 🙂

It is such a peace of mind being able to schedule someone who truly cares about your pets while you go out of town, no matter if it's a vacation or an emergency. Sandra has been taking care of our pets for over 4 years. We have two dogs and two cats. They are always happy to see Sandra when she visits our house. Sandra keeps us updated as to how our pets are doing and takes good care of them. She is extremely reliable and very insightful when it comes to noticing changes in their behavior. The last time we were out of town, Sandra notified us that one of our dogs was limping. She contacted our vet and took her to the vet the next day. Fortunately, our dog only needed pain and anti inflammatory meds. We can relax while we are on vacation knowing that or pets are in good hands.

I’ve just returned from a trip and had Sandra care for our 2 dogs. She sent updates and pictures the whole time we were away, which really gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend booking her to look after your pets when you travel. Excellent experience for us (and the dogs!)

Sandra is wonderful. We have two cats, two cockatiels, and a stray cat that we like to feed. Sandra has watched our pets several times in the past few months. Sandra has a strong affinity for animals, and tries to get to know them and gain their trust. It's so nice to know that while we're out of town, all of our animals are well cared for. She also leaves hand-written logs of each visit that has occurred while you were gone. I always enjoy reading the logs when I get home, and I'm so happy that we found Sandra, the Pet Nanny of Trinity!!

We have been using The Pet Nanny of Trinity for four years to care for our cats when we're away. We can not speak highly enough about the wonderful care Sandra has provided. She is dependable, professional and the cats love her. We have some special needs and elderly cats who require extra attention and medication and Sandra lovingly tends to all their needs. Tania and her partner came to our house for a meet and greet to get to know our new pup and discuss our needs. I instantly could tell they love animals and are knowledgeable about puppy behaviors which put us at ease. My emotional support little 5 lb chihuahua was put in same facility as big dogs and was mauled to death. Place claims no video nor was able to explain exactly what happened to my beloved Charlie. He is shown on their website being near big dogs and even sitting on a big white dog even though claiming they don’t mix small dogs with little dogs. I have used them many times and nothing has ever happened. The owner Josephine did take care of all costs but this was clearly negligence on their part. I wouldn’t go there or recommend them to anyone

I just picked up my dogs from K9 Adventures Trinity after staying there for the week. When we went to pick up our pups this AM my lab mix had a giant puncture wound on the top of his head that was still bleeding when we picked him up. Before the lady brought him out to us she gave my husband a warning that he had a big cut on his head and she put peroxide on it. When we asked what happened they said he ran into the fence… when clearly it’s a bit mark. apparently there is video footage but my husband asked for it and she said no and when I went back for it she was having trouble getting the video to “save”, I have asked twice with no resolution. It cost’s ALOT of money to board your dogs and to have my dog retuned to me like that is unacceptable in my eyes, a phone call or resolution would have been nice but I got nothing! Update- I called back the following morning stating I have yet to receive the video and the lady stated that she was going to send me the video but decided not too. They are hiding something at that place and I will never be back. This is exactly why they don’t let you come inside anymore to drop your dog off. No resolution was made other then being constantly lied too. Do not send your pets here !!

We love bringing our pup here the staff is always so friendly and remember our pup's name and sends us pictures of him playing. Since we have been bringing him here his behavior has improved in every aspect. He gets so excited when we drop him off. He loves coming to play if we are busy and don't want to leave him alone all day.

Beware of this boarding facility. I boarded my dog for a week and requested a bath and nail trimming. When I picked my dog up she had lacerations under her armpits and across her chest from wearing her harness the entire week. No one for a whole week looked at her skin, bathed or took that harness off her. Had the bath I requested been done, they would have seen the bleeding wounds on her skin. I called and spoke with owner to question why my dog was neglected and she stated they were changing their polices to ensure dogs don’t fight. No where on the website, paperwork I filled out, or on the signs on the door does it state this “policy”. Her harness was covered in dried blood when I removed it. I told her no animal should be treated this way. The owner offered a refund and to pay for the emergency vet bill but we have not yet seen any refund she promised and a month has passed. I will never again send my dog there. I’m heartbroken that my dog endured this neglect.

My 7 month old puppy was boarded for one night at k9 adventure. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG THERE. 1st they lost his new leash second they charged me $75 instead of the quoted price of$45. After picking up our dog the next afternoon. I notice bumps on his back. We brought him to the vet and $170 dollars later we found he had multiple bite marks on his back. When you drop your dog off at a boarding facility you expect he'll be safe. That is not what my pup got. . I don't recommend bringing your dog here. There are multiple places to board your dog choosing this facility is a mistake.

Our boy Jack has been going to K9 in Trinity for a couple of years and he absolutely loves it. The people are very friendly and the other dogs are well behaved so we know he is in good care.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! This review is extremely difficult, but other Dog Parents deserve to hear this. We took our Golden to K9 Adventures for over 5 years. The last time she stayed there when we were out of town we received a call that her breathing wasn’t right. We rushed home to pick her up and took her to the Emergency Vet. Long story short, we had to say our goodbyes that evening. We always purchased the 20 visit daycare package for $400. We had only used 6 of the visits, so I requested a refund for the remaining 14 visits. I reached out multiple times. I received a message back that said our dog was truly an amazing pup and a part of our K9 Adventures family. Never answered my requests for a refund. I thought she meant more to them than that. Us too. I’m sorry, but that is no way to treat family!! We thought they truly cared. Apparently not. In the end we aren’t only heartbroken over the loss of our fur baby, but the lack of respect and good business practice from K9 Adventures!

My dog cocoa was so happy when I picked her up. Looks like she had fun because she was so calm. Probably tired from all the playing. I picked her up 1 day earlier than I expected but she still looked nice and clean. I’m glad she doesn’t smell. I thought after I boarded her for 3.5 days she would stink but she didn’t. The prices are very reasonable. Very good experience overall.

I took my dog Etta there a few times. The staff is really nice but I feel the daycare is to small for the amount of dogs they have. I wanted to start her out at 2 days a week. She was with 14 dogs sometimes and if you look at the area they have to play inside and out, there isn't enough room. She also came home with pink eye after her first visit, as well as an infection in her lady bits. They are crammed in these small areas. In my opinion I think the facility is to small for the amount of dogs they have. It's great they are getting lots of clients but they definitely need a bigger place to accommodate the amount of dogs they have. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of choices in this area. There is a really nice place in Saint Pete called love my pet resort. I wish we had one of those up here.

Took my dog here for close to 2 years without any problems. In the last 6 months there has been an increase of the amount of dogs that they have together in the yard 20+ at one time, with one person watching them. The space they provide is not big enough for this many dogs, nor is it safe. I took my dog to the groomer approx 2 months ago and had him shaved (closer than I had planned) and she told me he had a lot of scars all over his butt and back and asked If I was aware of these. I had not noticed anything in particular but sometimes he would come home from daycare with new scabs on his back and I thought this was maybe partly due to allergies spots. Fast forward to two weeks ago I dropped him off at daycare and when I picked him up and brought him home noticed he had upwards of 5 different scabbed up areas that were fresh, with a huge spot on his left buttock that he kept licking. Upon closer inspection all of these spots were scratch and BITE MARKS. The spot he was licking on the left side WAS A HUGE BITE MARK WITH HUGE DEEP FRESH SCABS. I called to talk to the owner about this simply to request she look at the cameras to make sure my dog was not put in the same “pack” as whatever dog/s did this to him. My phone call was not returned. I called the next day and again spoke to one of the young men working there who assured me the owner would call me back and they would let her know. I HAVE STILL TWO WEEKS LATER NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I told both gentleman what occurred and both of them know my dog well as he would go there at least 2 times a week for the last 2 years. I will not take him back there again. They have lost a loyal customer and my trust that they are actually watching the dogs closely and making sure that they are safe. As a side note he is a golden retriever, he is neutered and is the sweetest loving dog and has never shown aggression towards any animal or human.

I definitely highly recommend wags and wiggles! I was a very nervous dog mom trying to find the best pet service for my new baby Noel🐶, trusting that they would care and love my dog as I do. They ABSOLUTELY HAVE and continue to do so!!. I love my pet sitter "Carol". She is so loving, caring, and an amazing all around lady!! She goes above and beyond. She knew Noel was having his neutering surgery and called to check on him the following day because she was worried and wanted to make sure everything went well. Noel has learned some new tricks from Carol as well. Love Love Love Carol!!! I use wags and wiggles 4 days a week and couldn't be happier!! Thank you for making this dog mom so at peace knowing her baby is in great hands!!❤❤❤🐶🐶

I had never considered having a pet sitter come to my house until I started to do a little research. I was a little skeptical initially having a stranger enter my home while I was away. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I love the fact that the sitter comes to meet the animals and get comfortable with their environment. Our sitter was very attentive and was wonderful with communicating with me. I will never send my babies to a kennel again. I am so much more comfortable with them being in their own home and find a familiar face to greet them everyday with 100% attention during that time. I would definitely recommend this company.

I worked as a pet sitter with Wags for over a decade. I met wonderful people and amazing pets and through it all Diana ran a tight ship and accomplished super human feats time and time again. If you need kind, caring and capable pet care I highly recommend Wags and Wiggles, every sitter I co-sat with was great and my clients always raved about my co-sitters when they cared for the pets if I wasn't available or if I covered when their usual sitter wasn't available. That is another benefit of this company, there is a built in network of back up sitters in case your usual sitter is not available. That is very convenient for a pet owner not to have to make a million calls but to have an alternate sitter provided to cover your visits. The variety of services as well is great. You truly can set things up the very best way for your pets comfort and happiness while you are away from various lengths of visits to overnight stays so they aren't alone even to sits for several hours during things like fireworks. I did several visits where I sat with dogs during fireworks while their owners were out (not having to worry that their babies were nervous wrecks) we listened to music and cuddled and they were happy as clams when mom and dad got home. So I said all that to say... Highly recommend!

I have been using Wags and Wiggles for over 4 years now for my two girls Sadie and Coco for walks and sometimes when we go out of town and I could not be happier with our service! Both our walkers Lisa (from our previous address) and Michelle have been beyond amazing. From daily texts and pictures to our daily note I always know I can count of them to take care of my girls the way I would. I know Sadie and Coco love Michelle and that she treats them like they are her own! Diana is always accommodating with any schedule change we have and I will continue using Wags and Wiggles even as we move to a different area in Tampa. Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs!

I would never use this service again. When we came home from a short trip there were multiple pee accidents all over the house that had not been cleaned up, and the water bowl was bone dry. If they had been visiting with the frequency they were charging us for, neither of those things should have happened. When I called to complain, they expressed disbelief that this sitter, "one of their best" would do this and essentially told me they didn't believe me. Terrible customer service move, and does not reassure me as a pet owner that they care about my babies' safety.

Been using Wags and Wiggles for our three dogs for almost 4 years and they are fantastic!! Nancy is amazing and treats our pups like her own. I often need a last minute appointment and they always accommodate me. The best is the biz!

We have used W&W several times now, and couldn't be more pleased with their service. It's often several months between the times we need a pet sitter and dog walker, so we schedule a reacquaintance visit prior to us leaving town. When the caregiver arrives, our dogs are ecstatic to see her, literally jumping for joy. They couldn't be happier. When we're away and our dogs are being cared for by W&W, everything we ask for is done. Dogs are fed, walked, and loved. We always receive a visit-by-visit log to read upon our return to let us know how things went. In short, we can enjoy our vacation knowing that our pups are being well taken care of while we're away. Excellent service.

I have had and do have great service from wags! They are a great company. I will never higher Karen to ever work for us again! She thinks she is better then everyone else! When I ask her a question she goes right over me and texts my husband. He works! I am not good enough for her to talk too. I would not higher her to watch my fish! Thank you for being a great company and sending us great dog walkers!! A ++ company. NOT KAREN!

Don't use the company! I paid them for 30 minutes sits and found out that on average they were only there for 10 minutes, some visits were less than 5 minutes! No way they could have fed, changed water, scooped liter and given my babies some love! When I brought it to their attention they suggested I find another petsitter and will not return my house keys.

So happy I found them! They took wonderful care of my cat when i recently had spine surgery. My hospital stay was suppose to be three days but with complications I was there for nine! Each time I asked them if they could continue care they agreed and even brought in more cat food. Can't say enough about their service!!

Toni and Craig are great pet sitters. We have an older cat who likes a lot of attention. We received texts every day with photos or videos so we could see how happy he was. They brushed him, sat near him while he ate, petted him and talked to him. They treated him like family and he was happy to see them every day. He even snuggled with them. We will definitely call them again to care for him.

We were worried to leave Paisley home alone for the first time since we lost our other kitty about a month ago. Toni and Craig took great care of Paisley. They kept Paisley on her feeding schedule and spent time with her giving her lots of attention and playtime. When we returned home, we knew Paisley was well taken care of because she didn’t give us the kitty cold shoulder and acted like we just stepped out for a little bit. They sent daily updates and were great communicating with me throughout the whole process. Excellent pet sitters, highly recommend.
