We love Kelsey! But more importantly our pets love Kelsey!! We recently got married and were out of town and in need of a pet sitter for our dog, cat, and African Sulcata tortoise. My Furry Godmother Pet Sitting was very reliable and Kelsey kept us up to date daily with how are pets did at each visit and with photos! We felt very comfortable having Kelsey take care of our babies.

I give them all the stars! I’ve been using My Furry Godmother for a few years. FGM is the best! I get reports and pictures every day and there’s been times where the sitter has even let me know one of my girls was not her usual self. (Turned out she did need a doc visit.) They are professional, friendly, attentive, observant and caring animal lovers, payments are easy to make electronically and I can’t give enough stars. 🐾🦴🙌🏼

The owner responded quickly when I needed support for my dog, Tonka. The walkers met with me in person and virtually to meet Tonka and walk through the procedures for where to find everything for his walks. Pictures and notes are sent out during each walk to update me. Great experience overall. Tonka is happier and energized by the visits while we are at work. He is more relaxed when we walk him after work. So happy to have found My furry godmother pet sitting!

Absolutely the best! Our cat sitter was so professional and so loving towards our two cats. By the end of our vacation, I was convinced they wanted her to be their new mom! Our sitter sent us updates and pictures for every visit. I felt so relieved to have someone looking after our cats that took such great care of them. The cats seemed very healthy and happy when we got home. It is super easy to work with My Furry Godmother. Their portal is very helpful and easy to use, communication is fast, and again - best sitters around! We'll definitely using every time we need care for our cats in the future!

My Furry Godmother is amazing!! Upon submitting my request, Jordan reached out very quickly (while she was on a plane even!). I was anxious about leaving my two cats but the sitters Liz and Alexis were wonderful during the meet and greet and I knew I’d be leaving them in good hands. Their visit check ins with an update and multiple pictures were amazing and so cute! I would highly recommend My Furry Godmother to anyone, terrific staff and reasonable prices.

Outstanding service!!! We’ve been using Furry Godmother for 3 years to care for our 2 cats whenever we travel. Our trips can vary in length from 2 to 10 days, and I always opt for 30-min visits. I never worry about my kitties because the Furry Godmother service is so professional, punctual, and sends me full reports with pictures for each visit! When we return home, packages that arrived are on our counter, nothing is out of place, the cats are happy, and any little hairball accidents have been cleaned up. Moreover, each caregiver with the service is super friendly, and I can tell from their reports that they really care about our cats and really spend time playing with them and observing their personalities. They’ll say “when I arrived today, Liam was napping in X spot and then did this and that” — and I’ll think “yep, that sounds *exactly* like what Liam does when I’m home!” so I feel confident that my cats are happy & comfortable and that the sitter is really taking their time with them. I’ve been one million percent happy trusting my home and my two sweet furry babies to Furry Godmother these last three years! Looking forward to many more years! :)

We recently took a short trip to visit family out of state. My furry Godmother Pet sitting has been the only pet sitters we have called anytime we need help with our dogs. They have been reliable and we have always been happy with their services. Thayer made the visits to our two dogs during our latest trip. She kept us updated with photos and texts- letting us know how the dogs were doing. She took such good care of them and that made us feel so much better about them being home. It’s obvious how much she loves working with animals, and we are hoping she can come back to visit them the next time we are out of town.

My Furry Godmother came to the rescue! We were traveling to Holly Springs with our 4 mo old French bulldog and needed pet care 2 days we were there. I reached out very last minute and luckily they were able to squeeze me in for an hour 2 times each day. Heather was wonderful with our puppy and sent pictures and an update on what they did while she was there each time! Even the lady that worked in our hotel lobby mentioned to me how much Heather loved our baby! Super thankful and will definitely use them again if we are back in the area!

The My Furry Godmother team was able to help us on short notice to enable a weekend getaway. Marion was fantastic and took great care of our dog and two cats. She provided ongoing updates and photos which made us feel connected to our boys while we were out of town. It was a great experience and we'll definitely use Marion and My Furry Godmother the next time we need pet care!

Our experience was so great! Our pup hurt her paw right before we left out of town and Samantha and Alexis did such a great job of taking care of her and our other pup while we were away! They sent photos and regular updates, we added more visits and they were able to accommodate. It was so clear how much they cared about our dogs and we were so impressed by the service. Samantha even carried our pup downstairs/out the door when needed since she was limping!! Definitely using them again!! This service will now be our go-to service.

Maureen and Ron always take great care of my animals while I am away on holiday or even for short stop in visits when I can’t make it home. They go above and beyond and my dogs love them. Highly recommend and will continue using their services in the future!

I use Maureen and Ron when ever I need them and they are just awesome! Very nice and friendly and very detail oriented. I totally recommend using them for any pet sitting needs. I have 4 dogs, fish and a bearded dragon. Every single one is very well taken care of for an awesome price. Trust worthy and worth every penny.

It has always been hard for us to find someone to watch our dog that we feel comfortable with - until we met Maureen and Ron! They are the nicest people and treat our dog like he is their own child. Our dog has anxiety and some medical issues, but he has not once been anxious when they have watched him for us. He actually loves when they come to see him! They are meticulous with the care they give. They have reliably given our dog medication when needed, been patient with him around picky eating, always provide updates and pictures while we are away, and they have adjusted their schedules for us at times when we have had unexpected travel delays. We have complete peace of mind when Maureen and Ron watch our boy - we can't recommend them highly enough!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! We were in need of a pet sitter to come several times of day while out of town and Maureen was prompt in answering my request, extremely professional, and cares for dogs like people! We communicated while away and when we returned home had a detailed report for each day we were gone. It was so awesome!! This is your go to pet sitter! We now have All Animal Pet Care on speed dial.

Maureen and Ron took great care of our dog and treats him like he is part of their family. Whenever we take him on walks and he sees them he pulls so hard to go visit them and his tail wags non-stop . It makes us feel so much better knowing if we can’t be there that he is still very well taken care of and safe. I highly recommended using All Animal Pet Care!

Maureen and Ron are amazing! Not only are they amazing people but they are amazing pet sitters. They always show up on the prescribed and agreed times to feed, water, walk, play, etc the animals. Their experience has been very useful given the random animals our kids procure on top of taking care of our 2 labs. Lastly I love the documentation of the visit/care they provide while caring for our animal family! I highly recommend them to anyone with animals needing care!

I am so grateful that Ron and Maureen take care of my baby when I am out of town. They are so meticulous and caring as if my dog was one of their own. The fact that my dog can stay in his own home makes such a difference for both him and me. I highly recommend them!!

Was looking for someone to check in on my 2 cats while away for a few days. Luckily, I found Maureen and Ron! I got a great vibe off them. Very professional, thorough, and most importantly, I could tell they love animals. I enjoyed my time away knowing that they personally would be looking after my little buddies. For quite some time Maureen has been caring for our adopted, anxious, reactive (esp towards men) Australian Cattle dog. He loves and trusts his Aunt Maureen and she is the only person outside immediate family that can take care of him. Without Maureen, we would not be able to go on any trips or work long days away from home, so we are beyond grateful for her services! Maureen‘s love and compassion for the pets she cares for is very evident and honestly remarkable. We have a multi pet home (dogs, cat, fish) and several of our pets are high maintenance and Maureen is always on top of things, shares adorable updates and pictures when we are away and puts our minds at total ease. She is also a strong supporter of pet rescue and fostering and gives much personal time and resources to help any animal in need. She never hesitates to help us when we are fostering and provides the same level of expert care and love.

We used Peak City Puppy during a recent family trip to the beach. Heather took wonderful care of our dogs and cat and provided photos and recaps after each visit. One of our dogs is very nervous when meeting new people but Heather gave her time and space to feel comfortable and gained her trust. Knowing that our fur babies were happy and in great care allowed to have a wonderful and stress-free vacation. We will definitely use Peak City again!

We just used Peak City Puppy for the second time and had another amazing experience. Lauren took care of our 4 year old Golden Retriever and 2 cats… one being an energetic and mischievous kitten. We were gone for 8 days and didn’t have service some of the time, so when we were able we had lovely updates and pics of our pets to catch up on. Lauren not only took care of our pets, but took out the trash and recycling! While we were gone Hurricane Debby came through and Lauren didn’t skip a beat. She had Willow out on her walks and also dried her off (and wasn’t annoyed when she got all goofy during this process lol) It has been so wonderful to have a great person watching our pets while we are gone. Lauren goes above and beyond and makes leaving town much less stressful. I’m also pretty sure Willow was a little depressed when we returned and Lauren wouldn’t be back!

We've been using dog walking services with Peak City Puppy for about a month now 3 days per week and are SO impressed and highly recommend them. We have have two young, large puppies and they love our dog walker, Courtney! One of our dogs is really shy and she's been so wonderful and patient with him and they are now besties :) The whole team is professional, their online portal for scheduling and payment and communication is so easy to use! We couldn't recommend them enough!

I used Peak City Puppy for the first time 2 weeks ago. They were phenomenal! Jenna and Jess were the ladies that took care of my 4 fur babies. From the "meet and greet" to each visit, they were very caring and professional. They let me know when they arrived, when they left, and sent me pictures with updates during each visit. I used the 30 minute visit and the 12 hour overnight since I have a senior dog who needs more care. Jess and Jenna provided the type of excellent care that gave me piece of mind on my trip. I would definitely use them again!

Peak City Puppy did an amazing job caring for our Boston Terrier and 2 cats for 5 days while we were out of town recently. Dwayne, Kristin and Erin treated our fur babies like they were their own. I was so impressed by the detailed updates, messages and pictures that I received after every visit. I love that PCP allows you to customize the timing and duration of visits. It helped our dog tremendously to have Kristin here for a full 2 hours each evening. I will definitely be using PCP for our future animals care needs, I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

We had such a great experience with Peak City Puppy! We were out of town for 2 weeks and needed care for our 2 labs. Angela immediately made us feel comfortable! Our older lab has anxiety issues and had to have unplanned abdominal surgery 2 weeks prior to our trip. Angela was very accommodating and made us feel at ease about leaving her. She sent pictures and videos everyday and it was obvious our puppies were very happy and very well taken care of. We were able to enjoy our trip without one bit of worry! We will definitely use Peak City and Angela again. I would highly recommend for any pet owner!

My first experience with Peak City puppy could not have been any better! I had just rescued a 6 year old American Bulldog when I was called into in-person work for several days. On very short notice, Peak City Puppy was able to match me with an in-their-home pet sitter for those days with morning drop-off and evening pick-up. I offered to pay the overnight rate since this was a custom request. My new pup got along great with the sitter’s other two dogs and didn’t want to leave each evening. They took such good care of him and provided updated with pictures throughout each day. It was just a wonderful experience and they alleviated any anxiety I had about leaving a dog who was just beginning to adjust to a new life outside of the rescue environment. They will be my choice next time, no question. I highly recommend Peak City Puppy and their pet sitting services!

I 100% recommend My Furry Godmother. We are somewhat new to the area and were very unfamiliar with who we could trust with our fur babies. We were assigned Laurie and we were impressed! We felt at ease with updates on visits, check lists on what was done, and our dogs seemed happy! Our dogs felt comfort being at home, they ate just fine and didn't tear anything up. Not to mention Laurie was a pro in the meet n greet, my dogs obeyed and she had a very confident demeanor. I would say if your in between people this is your sign, you won't regret it. Also, the owner Jordan was very organized and diligent. Great pricing as well.

My husband and I had an unexpected need to be gone from our dog last minute. My Furry Godmother who came highly recommended was able to work with us in making sure our pet was care for! They came daily has agreed upon, and sent photos of our sweet girl which eased my mind that she was happy and having fun! Even made sure we were back home and that she was being care for! We LOVE My Furry Godmother! Jordan and her team are very professional and our pets love their visits. It has been a life-saver to have someone able to walk our dogs during COVID and makes me feel comfortable that they will be well taken care of if/when I go back to the office. Our cat, who isn't the most friendly of the bunch, has even warmed up to the sitter and comes out to say hello and get some snuggles when our sitter comes to walk our dogs and play with the pups. We are even planning on having a sitter visit our pups and kitty while we are away over Memorial Day weekend, which we have never done before (it was kind of shocking how much easier it was to plan a trip without having to plan for a pups!) The two most precious and valuable things in my life are my cat and my home. Finding someone I was comfortable entrusting with the care of that huge part of my life was a bit challenging being new to the area and not knowing anyone. Finding Kristen with My Furry Godmother put all my worries to rest. My cat fell in love with her. Jordan and her team of walkers are great. They are always flexible to accommodate any last minute walk requests. The walkers are reliable and will always go the extra mile to care for your fur babies! I also love that I have one primary walker and a back-up walker that I have met in person to give them the rundown on where to find care items, they are both familiar with my expectations, as well as my dog's habits. I appreciate the notes taken on how their visit went that day too!

I never write google reviews, but I had such a good experience I felt inclined. My sister and I were in a rush to look for a dog sitter (procrastination at its finest) and My Furry Godmother was more than happy to help! I had never left my dog with someone I didn’t know before and was extremely nervous until we met Heather. As soon as we opened the door our dog, Mochi, was so excited that not only did his tail wag-his whole body wagged! Heather was awesome with Mochi. We thoroughly enjoyed the pictures and updates she sent us throughout our trip. Not only are they great with pets, they are very accommodating. They were very patient and helpful since we were having trouble getting our paperwork filled out. Heather even offered to come by and pick it up if we weren’t able to get it done on the computer! Thankfully my sister was finally able to fill it out (I’m not very computer savvy). But my point being is that I don’t think many other businesses would be as considerate.

The sitters take such good care of my cat! We’ve been using My Furry Godmother for 3 years, and they’re stellar! I appreciate the updates and pictures they send daily, as well as the amount of time and energy they put into playing and cuddling with my fur baby!

I had a sitter from My Furry Godmother Petsitting come and walk my mini beagle Oliver. Oliver is adorable but has a reputation for being a a pain to walk. His sitter was so great with him! It was so nice to enjoy my weekend knowing he was in good hands! I really appreciated the great communication through the weekend. I highly recommend this pet sitting service!

The care they provide for my pets is unmatched; they are: trustworthy, reliable, dependable, punctual, communicative, and, most importantly, my pets LOVE THEM. I have been working with them for years and have had nothing but positive results. The Buddy System Pet Care team is always happy to answer any questions, help however they are best able, and is always just a quick call away. (The billing platform and process is also quite easy to manage and utilize.) I happily and highly recommend their service to anyone / everyone in search of assistance with their pets.

JR and the team at Buddy System were phenomenal. We needed a week a dependable and regular walks for our energetic pup Quinn. I cannot say enough good things, it was so easy working with them. Quinn loves his buddy.

If you have any reservations about booking The Buddy System, don't. We recently adopted a shelter dog that is really just getting settled in our home. He only has met a handful of people before Blake & JR so we were definitely nervous about leaving him alone with them for 3 days. Blake & JR went above & beyond taking care of our dog. They arrived early, asked all the right questions, & were extremely flexible & patient. They communicated through the entire weekend & sent regular pictures & updates. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for at-home pet care.

These guys are awesome! Ellie loves a 5 mile run with owner, JohnRobert! When we go out of town, we book The Buddy System Pet Care well in advance to get on their calendar! There is nothing like having the friendly faces that my dogs love staying in my home while we're away to ensure my comfort that all the dogs are getting their meds, food, treats and proper care! They even get some training with lots of love and play time! Yay team! Lizzy, Gracie and Ellie can't wait for us to leave so they can see you!!! What the heck ?!!! Maybe, I'll have to sign up for some weekly walks and runs just so they get their Buddy System loving before our next trip! You could walk them while I'm working at home ! See you soon! I love the Buddy System! I’ve known John Robert for many years and before he started his pet care business, he cared for my human child every day after school. Anytime I go out of town, I have John Robert and his crew watch my pets and they are always happy, healthy, and relaxed when I get home. It’s such a better experience than boarding. I swear Dayanna has a little doggy DNA . She has such a connection with the dogs. Before she moved to her present location, she lived in my neighborhood. People had started referring to her as the lady dog whisperer. She really does take the dogs in like they were her own and they stay right in her house . On the occasion that I need a sitter for my little Mannie, I knew he was in good hands. I feel very comfortable in recommending L & D Dog Hotel to care for your baby. :-)

Dayana is one of a kind. Whenever my wife and I go on trips, we always take our 95 lb lab mix to stay with her. There has never once been an issue and we have complete faith in her to handle anything and everything. She even sends us pictures! She is so compassionate, but also has a wealth of knowledge about training dogs. She really is the best around. Highly suggest using her to look after your pet!

Dayana is amazing! She has been taking care of my 2 labs since they were little puppies. My boys love her. She is very profesional and very sweet with them. My husband and I work long hours and I know that I can always count on Dayana to take great care of my boys. One of my dogs had orthopedic surgery and Dayana was incredibly supportive and caring during his recovery. Dayana is an amazing person that truly loves dogs. I’ve been taking my dogs to L&D Dog Hotel for almost 2 years now. We travel a lot and I’m so lucky to have found such a wonderful place to board my dogs! I have a 24lb rescue Hailey and a 10 month old rotti Bucky. Dayana has known Bucky since he was 9weeks old! Her home is a doggy paradise with Toys and 2 large fenced in areas for them the run and play! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t feel comfortable going away as often as we do! I highly recommend L&D Dog Hotel!! :) Thank you for all the love you give my babies and treating them as your own!

The BEST! I’ve been boarding my dogs at different places for decades and never have I found a place that mimics my own home in terms of comfort, spaciousness, attention and love, the way that L&D Dog Hotel does. Dayana and her sidekick, Mari, take wonderful care of their ‘canine clients’ in their home that is set up like a doggie paradise! You’re dog(s) will have a great vacation, while you’re on vacation!

I am so incredibly thankful I found this place! There is a huge fenced in area and the dogs are allowed to come and go inside and outside as they please - this is an absolute must if you have a dog with lots of energy like I do. There are also lots of toys to play with, plenty of comfy places for the dogs to rest, and many cuddles are given! My dog, Mer Bear, has done both daycare and boarding and I am 100% satisfied with both experiences. Mer has a ton of allergies and can only have homemade food and treats - Dayana is very accommodating and went to the trouble of making sure she only had things that I specifically packed for her. Mer can also be iffy around other dogs sometimes, especially if food is involved, and Dayana goes out of her way to make sure everyone is safe, happy, and well cared for. Most recently, Mer stayed overnight while I was away for the weekend. When I dropped her off, she wasn’t getting along with one of the other dogs. Dayana separated them to keep everyone safe, but less than an hour later she had worked her magic and every single one of the dogs was playing and loving on each other. Such a relief to know I’m leaving my baby in the absolute best care possible. All the videos and photos I receive are a huge plus - so cute! I would be remiss if I did not add that Dayana’s dog Mari is the biggest sweetheart and gentle giant you will ever meet! She plays so well with each one of the dogs that stays there and she is very tolerant of different types of play and demeanors. The perfect welcoming committee to any dog that arrives!

*Would rate 100 stars if I could! We planned an impromptu trip and were dreading leaving our dog in a kennel (no kids just our dog who is part of the family and means the world to us). Luckily a friend recommended L&D and we were able to leave our love with Dayana within less than 24 hours notice! Dayana was so kind and attentive & we were immediately comfortable. She invited us into her home and let our dog, Faith, sniff around until she too was comfortable. SIDE NOTE: Faith is a rescue and doesn't get along with other dogs so we were nervous to leave her, plus Dayana has her own love, Mari (a huge Dogue de Bordeaux). But after just 2 days with Dayana, we came home to a happy doggo enjoying the company of not just one but two other pups. She was looked after with such love and care that we are customers for life! We can't thank Dayana enough for making us feel at ease to leave our favorite girl for a couple of days. Lastly, while Faith was staying with Dayana and her gentle/sweet girl Mari, Faith acted-out and bit Dayana. At the time we were still far from home but ready to pack our bags...come home...and pick up Faith. However, Dayana was so understanding and ensured us that all was okay :) - she said it's part of the job and wasn't at all upset. She loves dogs more than anyone I've ever met and takes the time to get to know each and every one of their unique personalities. She's one of a kind and if you're wondering if you should leave your pup with Dayana at L&D, stop thinking and do it! I promise you'll be a customer for life too!

I wish I could give L & D Dog Hotel and Dayana more than 5 stars!! She came to my house twice a day, in the snow to care for my elderly shihtzhus while we were out of town. She is professional and a true dog lover. Thank you Dayana for caring for my babies as if they were your own. If you love your pets, this is the lady you want caring for them.

I used Faithful Friends for a weeklong cruise trip. I’m always nervous to leave my dog and cat behind when going on vacation but after initial conversations I knew that Faithful Friends is prepared and has my pets happiness and health in mind. We set up a little meet and greet before our trip to go over everything and was very happy with Julia. She had a lot of experience and our dog and cat were immediately comfortable with her. I knew they would be in good hands with her. During the cruise we received updates after every visit. Including lots of pictures and descriptions on how they were doing. Wonderful experience using Faithful Friends to watch our pup while we were away for a couple of days. They provided lots of pictures and updates for each visit, and were very communicative about any questions or concerns. Faithful Friends saved the day for me! I can't recommend them more to watch my sweet doggie. I was stuck in a jam with a last minute cancellation with a dog sitter and they are complete heroes. I have an elderly dog who has never been kenneled and was I searching for a way to keep her in her normal environment during a 3 day absence. After extensive research I selected Faithful Friends and will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and clients. From the meet and greet visit through each visit while I was away, I received journals of exactly how she was doing complete with pictures and comments. Julie and the team were outstanding. Great communication. We felt really good going out of the country just after meeting Julie and our sitter, who, by the way, did an excellent job handling our bully breed (Rott). Daily check-ins with a lot of photos. The photos were not necessary every day but I am sure there are some who would like that. Maybe every other just to save yourselves a lot of labor and effort, but it was appreciated.

I was in desperate need of their services. They were able to find care for my dog within a few hours. Easy to work with, and kind. Making payment is easy and they also leave a journal so you will be at ease and with pictures of your pet! They exceeded all of my expectations!

This is the best kennel hands down for those located in the Fuquay and Holly Springs area. My pets are well taken care of when I drop them off and I know they are well cared for at Sunset Kennel.

We have been using this kennel for a little over a year. It is outdoor but each dog has their own room with a heated section for the winter. All you need to do is bring food, leash, and a blanket. They take care of the rest! Great job!

Very popular place to send your dogs for a sleepover while you are away. Spots get taken quickly during the holidays and summer. Wise to call ahead at least a few weeks. As stated, the owner and staff treat your dogs very well. Luke, loves the air conditioned kennels since he can't take the heat.

Sunset kennels is great. Reasonably priced but, more importantly, they take great care of your dogs. Always very clean. Marianne is awesome!

We have been leaving our fur babies here for over 20 years. They are very well cared for, and get loved on too.

Operations are very well maintained at a 24/7 rate. I would never hesitate bringing my greyhound there for days. The owner and caregivers are concise and professional.

We boarded our dog for a week and were very happy! Our dog was well cared for and the price was reasonable. We will use Sunset kennels any time we need to board our dog.

I just moved here a month ago and had to return to Ohio to finish up on some things I heard about sunset kennels from my Neice whom lives here the owner was a blessing and so was her staff that I was able to meet my dog was happy and so am I. I’ve boarded two dogs at the Pet Palace in Cary, NC for several years now. They were referred to me by a friend as well, and I have been so happy with their services. They are friendly, know my dogs, call if there are any issues and they have a good service offering. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming.

Have been pleasantly surprised that a dog daycare with limited playtime has had a positive effect on both of my dogs. Jami and all of the staff are kind, considerate, competent in handling the dogs, attentive to clients needs and overall pleasant to deal with. Could not end this review without including Redd who is the groomer for my two dogs, She is understanding and patient when working with dogs that are a little uncomfortable in a new environment. She finds the time to discuss how the appointment went and what could be done to improve the experience. Best place ever to board your dog or for daycare. The staff is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pet. My dog LOVES coming here and always has a great time. The staff is incredible and the place is so clean and nice. My dog loves playing in the pool here. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough positive things about the Pet Palace!!! I have not had great experiences with grooming places since I moved down here in 2021, and have been searching for a place that really GETS dogs. This place does! I visited the Palace a few weeks back to get a look and feel of the place and after speaking with the front desk staff and one of the groomers, Redd, I decided to book an appointment. I told them about my dog's anxiety, and how she can not be put into a kennel. She will literally hyperventilate. She has sensitive front paws ( not uncommon for a lot of dogs ). She has luxating patellas. Redd listened, took in every concern I had, and after picking her up from her appointment yesterday, I could not believe how calm my dog was. I walked in and she was just getting her bandana on and she was happy!! AND, she had the best grooming job she has had since I came to NC. Seriously, if you are looking for a GREAT place to have your dog groomed, this is the place! Thank you Redd and the staff at Pet Palace!!

My first time taking my young labradoodle to Pet Palace and I’ll never go back again. They abused my dog with cuts on his legs & ears and said he was “too energetic” for them. If someone has any recommendations for a decent groomer in the area, please let me know.

Our fur baby has been going to Pet Palace since she was 8 months old. It's been 4 years now. I can't be more grateful to the staff at Pet Palace. Jamie and her team - Ava, Emily, Ronnie, Emma, Christopher and Brian have taken care of Arya so well. They have addressed all our needs. If you call, they will always respond and look up your fur baby. I haven't found a better and more reliable boarding than Pet Palace. The staff are very kind and friendly. Additionally their grooming is great. They do a wonderful job. Its certainly a Palace for fur babies.

Please do not take your pet to Pet Palace. Our dog was abused while he was there for a week. No phone call at all to inform us of what happened to the injuries he suffered while in their care. This should have been a sign! On more than one occasion we have asked for his nails to be cut or him to receive a bath and they charge us, but do not provide the service. This place was recommended to us by our neighbor, but we will never go there again. Every time we post the injury, it gets taken down. Let’s you know they are hiding how the abuse people’s pets. He was in so much pain. The picture is of his neck area. They provided no answer as to how this could happened.

My buddy Commander goes here for boarding and grooming. The Pet Palace team never complains about him and any time we can view him via the boarding cams, he is having a blast with new friends during social time. The grooming team is very kind and efficient. Lastly, the facility keeps close tabs on vet records, so I know the other pets he is interacting with are also safe and healthy. Thank you team!~

We’ve been going to PP for both daycare and boarding for over a year now. We have 2 dogs that absolutely love love going. Our older 4.5 GSP has been rough to board previously due to some anxiety and allergy issues. She has had nothing of that at PP. We love how they care for and truly know their personalities and try to keep their training and manners in check as we do. At Valentine’s Day I just beamed at the gifts they sent home from daycare. Now if this is not a picture of happy dogs, I don’t know what else is!

We've never used a pet sitter before but Robin was fantastic! She went out of her way to make time for us for an otherwise busy fourth of July week and worked with us on our preferred schedule. Our two cats can be a lot of work but Robin left us incredibly detailed messages of all she did, took lots of pictures, and even let us know we were almost out of something so we could pick it up before returning home! We're so thankful we can leave our pets without worry!

What a wonderful experience- Robin is amazing and after this week I think my cat might like her more than me! I was nervous to leave Juniper alone for so long but after the first update I knew there would be no issues. Robin made sure to send in depth notes about each visit and lots of photos (which always made my day). I’ve never come home from a trip away without June being sort of grumpy at me but this time she was relaxed and very happy, like we hadn’t left at all. I should also mention that the set up process was a breeze and we had a meet and greet beforehand just to get everyone acquainted. I can’t recccomend Robin and Pure Love enough!!

We have been using Pure Love Pet Sitting for the past two years and I can honestly say that our vacations and work trips are more relaxing knowing our pets are in good hands. Not only are they hands on and loving with our fur babies, they are amazing when it comes to leaving little updates and notifications with each visit they make. Robin is the best! I have a senior dog with some behavior quirks and Robin worked with me to make sure my dog was comfortable with her before sitting for my 3 day trip. This was the first time I have tried in-home sitting and it was a great success! Robin is calm, confident and loving with my dog, which I think makes a huge difference in my dog being comfortable with her. All of my instructions were followed to a T. I received a detailed written report with pictures after every visit. I loved seeing the pictures of my dog playing and snuggling with Robin; happy as a clam at home vs stressed at a kennel. Robin is a cat whisperer! My cat is afraid of everyone….except Robin. He actually greets her at the door when she comes to feed him and lets her pet him. This was the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter! My cats are messy eaters and worse with the litter box. Robin is amazing at cleaning up everything!! She communicates all details and sends great pictures!! I felt so relaxed knowing my cats were in great care! I would high recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting!

Robin and Jeremy are absolutely the best. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you are in need of pet sitting. One of our pups was diagnosed with pancreatitis prior to leaving town. With the meds and strict food intake, and the idea of boarding them we almost canceled our trip. Instead, I reached out to the Pure love team and they scheduled a meet and greet to meet the dogs and come up with a scheduled plan. They exceeded our expectations and we will be a forever customer. The dogs loved Jeremy and he sent us updates and photos through the affiliate app they use. It's easy to access and message for updates and questions. We were fortunate to have such a kind and caring person as Jeremy taking care of our cat (Winslow) while we were away. Jeremy went the extra mile during each visit, including vacuuming around the litter box after scooping it out and cleaning up where he saw that Winslow had thrown up. My wife keeps marveling at how clean our house was when we returned! Jeremy also sent us lots of wonderful pictures of Winslow each day, including the three that are posted. It was clear from the pictures that Winslow was very comfortable with Jeremy and was enjoying his usual routines of drinking from the faucet and getting lots of attention. Jeremy may have taken better care of Winslow than we do! I’m sure Winslow is looking forward to the next time we leave town so that he can be completely spoiled again. We felt very comfortable with Pure Love Pet Sitting taking care of our cat and our house while we were away and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Robin is amazing!!! I reached out to her last minute within days of our trip and she was able to squeeze us in her schedule no problem. The app she uses to schedule the visits is easy to use and leaves no room for confusion. She went above and beyond during her visits, sent us a bunch of pictures and details of what the visit included. I love how detail oriented she is, she not only took care of our dog but made sure our home was safe too. We knew our dog was in good hands and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip 100%.
