After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

10/10! A very pleasant, friendly and trustworthy couple. Lynne and David spent the evening with us before we went away and we thought they were such lovely people, and felt very confident leaving our pets and house in their care. They were able to put the guinea pigs out daily, the hutch got a good clean out too. My cat was very comfortably sitting with Lynne within minutes of their arrival. I can’t even begin to say how happy we were with their house sitting and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future.

Ellie, Major & Sean. Pet loving home-sitters!
From the moment we met Ellie and Sean we knew they were going to be very conscientious and caring whilst looking after our dogs . Major, their own dog came to stay also . He is a well trained , easy going dog who blended easily with ours . Ellie and Sean have strong attention to detail and gave us confidence that they could manage Cillas medication and both her and Douglas’s routine . The videos sent regularly and photos illustrated how content the dogs were and how they had bonded with Ellie and Sean. Our home was respected and cared for . All my house plants were healthy and they helped to store our large crop of apples. We do hope to see Ellie and Sean again and think they are great house sitters !

Recently had the delightful Audrey complete a 2.5 week housesit in our home to keep our two cats company. Audrey kept us updated throughout her visit with regular e-mails. Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her.
