We were looking for a place to take my 5 year old golden retriever so that we could go on vacation. She is not very socialized because we adopted her right before the pandemic. We set up a meet and greet to see how she would do with the staff etc. The staff are very nice and the building was very clean and modern. She did great with the staff but then she was just placed in a large room with a bunch of other dogs and she couldn’t handle it. It’s not their fault that she is so shy and scared but I didn’t like how she was just put in this room where she was obviously uncomfortable and just left to defend herself. She wasn’t attacked or anything but the other dogs were just all up in her face and she had nowhere to go to get space. They said some dogs can be this way and it gets better after time but I just felt really bad for her. I ended up taking her to another place where they keep the dogs separate and she was much happier. I don’t recommend this place if your dog is not socialized or scared of other dogs. If your dog is ok with other dogs, I would give them a try. I thought the place was nice and the staff was friendly.

I like the environment of Dogtopia and the employees are caring, friendly, and they keep the rooms clean. However, I can’t drop my doggies off for social interaction until after 2 PM when the whole day doggies are let out from their naps at noon. I just wished I could get a complete half day of doggy daycare for what I’m charged for.

Dogtopia is worth gold. I have a puppy who is the most challenging dog I have owned due to her having excessive energy and she has anxiety. She cannot sleep through the night unless I take her to Dogtopia. This includes when i take her to the dog park or puppy kindergarden she does not sleep through the night. On only our second time coming to Dogtopia, my puppy knew where she was and was extremely excited. I was told about another local place and when I called they were cheaper. However, Dogtopia screens the dogs for temperment and if a dog is not friendly from my understanding they do not stay. The other place keeps all dogs and just provides time outs. With my puppy already being anxious I want to be sure she only has positive experiences. It is worth the few extra dollars to bring her to Dogtopia. Also, they have events for the dogs on different days such as lick art, bubble baths, etc. The cameras help me keep on eye on my puppy and I am very grateful for Dogtopia.

Our dog Max loves it at Dogtopia. He plays hard and comes home exhausted (which says a lot for a husky). We appreciate that we can watch him on camera throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with our over-all experience at Dogtopial

I dont recommend going here because they mainly have the dogs pee anywhere inside and after taking my 1.5 year old dog there a couple of times she was peeing on the carpets in my house after never doing that since being housebroken as a puppy. So i spent a couple weeks and a couple hundred dollars including professional help to try to get the pee out of the carpet and have had to retrain her again. Everyone was super nice here and seemed to be good with the dogs however. Its just not a good business policy to have them pee inside but thats how they have it set up there. Was iffy about it off the bat and was told dont worry it wont make them pee inside your house caus its like the dog park here and obviously i should have not tried that because it was not true

Dogtopia is the best! They do so many fun activities for the pups and you can tell the staff really loves them! My dog gets so excited when we walk in that he forgets I exist and runs straight to the staff to go back and play! The onsite spa services are so convenient—I love being able to drop him off for a play day (or a weekend) and pick him up with a fresh bath! Having access to the webcam is great—I love being able to check on him and see him having a great time playing with his friends while I’m away!

This group of people love your animals! It's clear from the minute you walk in and they already know you and your pup after the first day. Great value, hours; care, socialization, services and exercise for Ruby!

Dogtopia is the highlight of Benard’s week! As soon as I say “do you want to go see friends?” He flies to the car and starts crying in excitement when we pull into the parking lot. I take him for a few hours once a week to be around other dogs and have no reservations in knowing he is being so well taken care of. All of the staff are warm, wonderful, and welcoming; the facility is clean and well equipped; and Bernard loves it. I cannot recommend them enough!

We love it so far, our dog loves to go and she, being a energetic ball of fur has had great experience being with other dogs. The price is good and we love the fact we can bring her for half days or full days. The people there are great and caring.

We love Dogtopia daycare. They have taken great care of little moose for the last year & he has made lots of friends in his time there.

Very clean, pristine kennels in a quiet setting. We left our puppy for a short stay & the owners did really well at interacting & caring for him! I rather think he enjoyed his stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a place to board their furry friend!

Heather was very highly recommended by my sister when I moved back to Ohio. I am so glad she did. Heather did an amazing job grooming my little Shih Tzu. We lived in Nevada before I have paid over 100 dollars to get her hair cut before and it was some of the worst hair cuts. Her price was what I would normally tip. That was for a full groom. And was probably the best hair cut she had ever had. She was also able to get her right in a week before Christmas. And anyone who gets regular grooming for their dog knows that is almost unheard of. I have already set up her next 6 weeks groom and will be setting up regular visits with her. Thank you so much Heather you did an outstanding job!!!

Great experience here. Chris was very flexible with what I needed. My dog stayed a little over 6 weeks. He was well taken care of. He didn’t have any bed sores, didn’t lose any weight, and had pretty good hygiene for being in a kennel that long. My dog went for upland training - I haven’t been able to hunt him yet (I picked him up today) so i will have to update at a later time, but from the practice birds it seems like Chris did a great job. My dog is finding birds, holding point, and following commands well. He was also introduced and desensitized to gun fire. Chris and the staff are friendly, the price is fair. Would recommend this kennel. It’s obvious Chris has a special talent for training and a solid understanding of dog behavior. Excited to send my dog back for polishing this winter.

We’ll always return here! Hi Point pulled us out of a jam when another kennel cancelled on us last minute. Chris was awesome and took our two Rotties without any concerns. He was calm and confident with them and that helped as they were very nervous at first. What a great kennel!

Hi Point is amazing! My WP Griff did the initial bird and behavior training with a tune up to hold point. We have also kenneled the dog for vacation. Everyone comments on how well behaved the dog is. Great in the field also! Dog is always healthy and happy when we pick him up.

Chris and Shelby were great. I highly recommend Hi-Point Kennels. Our 8 month black lab has improved so much in just a short time. You don't find genuine people like this much. Thanks again and Josie will be back for some touch up once she gets more field time in.

Chris and Shelby are excellent, they know their stuff. I travel 64 miles one way to have my dog trained, Shelby works and trains him and I feel it's worth the drive.

Great healthy bred dogs. Don't waste your money anywhere else, they take care of their breeding process and do not over breed. Two healthy GSP's and we will come back again.

I’m not a big review guy, but I’ve been so pleased with the experience with Chris and High-Point Kennels that I just had to. I can’t say enough about my experience. Before his stay he wouldn’t point, minimal interest in birds, and lacked general obedience. We had our GSP “Remington” there from May-June for 6 weeks and he came back a completely changed dog. It was pouring the day we picked him up so I went back today for him to show me a field hunting exercise before my big grouse/woodcock hunting trip in Michigan next week. He was tracking the birds, holding point, and patiently waited for commands. Thanks for all the training and assistance getting us the right collars to do the job. Highly highly recommend!!! I can't not say enough wonderful things about Hi-point Kennels !!! Chris is amazing and everyone that works there. We took Gus our 9 month old Coon hound for obedience training! I cant even tell you how wonderfully behaved our dog is now. He was a bit crazy to start to say the least ! We have so much fun with him he is free to roam our land never runs off walks with out his leash and no longer counter surfs. If you have a pup you will thank yourslef if you use them. Gus was so happy to go back for boarding he jumped out of the car!!! Thank you so much Chris and Hi-point !!!

My dog contracted a generalized skin infection after her kennel stay. She caused her abrasions from trying to break out of her kennel twice due to anxiety. The abrasions became infected from continuously licking them and due to the kennel environment, per my vet when seen for her condition. Two of paws were swollen to twice their normal size, and she lost an estimated 8-10 pounds. My dog appeared malnourished because her ribs, spine, and other boney prominences were visible. I was shocked when I came to pick her up and didn't expect this since I had received mostly good reports when I asked how she was doing at least every other day. I was told she ate well her entire stay, too. I never expected any of this when I came to pick her up. Due to her infection she has ended up on 3 medications she will take for two weeks. A follow up appointment will be necessary, and the vet refused to vaccinate my dog with her annual shots due to being treated for her skin infection. When all is said and done, my vet bills will be more than I paid for my kennel stay. Needless to say, my dog will not board here again should I have needs in the future.

I go on vacation all the time but this year I had no option to board my dog. I had to have my mother drop him off because of my hours at work. The day I go to pick him up he couldn't believe his eyes when he seen me. He knew he was going home. As soon as I seen him I knew he needed a bath because he was covered in mud. I made my payment. Afterwards I said where is his leash (the kind that reals in 20ft) "Oh he never came here with a leash" they sad witch I called my mother to confirm she said she brought him in with a leash then they threw it aside without a care in the world. Ok, whatever I was just glad to have my dog back. Then I said where are his 2 toys he was allowed to bring they hesitated then they said oh I think I have them right here. You can tell they were never touched. I take him home to where he runs non stop. He barely moves and when he does he's walking with a limp his front left paw is obviously hurting him. I'm still waiting on the results for that and I'll keep you posted. Any rate I will never be bringing my dog back there EVER again!

Needed somewhere to board my dog on fairly short notice. Derek was friendly and accommodating. Called to check on the dogs periodically, and everyone that answered the phone was also friendly and informative. My boys were also shampooed and in good spirits when I picked up. Overall five star service!

I was extremely nervous to leave my dogs at a kennel for the first time but Doggie Depot took great care of them. Our dogs came home happy & clean after 6 nights at the kennels. It gave me peace of mind knowing they weren't locked up in their kennels all day and got play time outside multiple times a day. We will definitely be taking them to Doggie Depot again!

We took our 3 dogs here for 10 days while we were on vacation. They even watched our rabbit. I was so nervous 2 of our dogs have never been to a kennel and our one dog is extremely timid especially with men. They did wonderful!!!! Best kennel hands down. Cater to every animals individual need. I can’t say enough about doggie depot! Staff is fantastic and the kennel is very clean.

Such a great kennel!! I felt so comfortable sending my dog Daisy there!! They are so genuine!! Loved the premium package, getting pictures/videos of Daisy daily while on vaca was so nice! Def recommend !! Thank you guys!

One month ago we took our dogs there and decided on a price with the owner. In the meantime , the old owner retired , and the new one changed the prices without even letting us know. So we had to pay a lot more than what we were supposed to. We told him that was not fair and he told us that if we won’t pay the extra $700 he won’t give us the dogs. And he was very impolite with us, while we were trying to discuss with him he basically left and shut the door. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this place !

I looked up marmi duke…….. that person hates EVERYBODY…..look at her other reviews of different businesses including yelp…whenever i see a bad review like that , I vet that person…..bottom line, my gut says she is not a right person…...I on the other hand , was Totally impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. i came back to a happy dog. He also had a bath and smelled awesome. . I would recommend this place to anyone anytime…

This place used to be the best place before the pandemic However now due to new staffing they are shorthanded. Due to being shorthanded dogs are left unattended more than they inform you. Most importantly my dog now is afraid of strangers and cowers if someone tries to pet her. What did they do to my poor dog while she was in their care? I will never know and I will never take her back. When I went to pick up my dog I saw a employee take a dog outside the dog was barely finished doing their business before it was already headed back inside. Just sent think the care for our animals is a priority anymore.

We take both of our dogs to Home Fur Now on a regular basis and when we are out of town. She takes such great care of our dogs and is so accommodating. I can't recommend her enough! It has brought us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs are safe and cared for while away.

Our dog Skyler was there almost two weeks and he got a little "homesick". Ruthann took very good care of him, keeping us updated as well on how he was doing. We really appreciated the photos and texts so we knew he was back to his normal self!

If your're looking for a great place to "board" your dog, Home Fur Now is it! Ruthann took excellent care of our two dogs while we were on vacation. She was in constant contact giving updates and sending pictures on how they were doing. They go on daily walks, get a ton of love/ attention and get to socialize with other dogs. We will be booking more stays in the future and highly recommend Home Fur Now!

We "boarded" our dog at Home Fur Now this past weekend. Although I wouldn't call it boarding. It is more like we dropped our dog off at a home away from home, and if he could speak English he would tell you that he had the best time of his life. It was like a vacation for him. Ruthanna provided him with the personal attention that he needed and a band of dogs to keep him entertained. She was very professional and caring when it came to our dog's happiness and comfort. With her background at local vets, I knew I was leaving my dog in good hands. Her prices are more than reasonable, seeing as how she offers play time, walks, and personal attention at no additional expense. Not to mention my dog wasn't stuck in a kennel all day, with a concrete run to use for potty. When I arrived to pick him up, he was outside playing with the other dogs! The only down side is that she can only take on so many dogs, so if you are planning on boarding with Home Fur Now - reserve early!

My grandpuppies Cooper and Gunner and their buddy Waylon love to stay with Ruthann! She even text me to make sure I got them home safely. Thank you for taking great care of the boys!

I brought my 5 month old labradoodle puppy here for an assessment. I was so happy with the staff, everyone is so kind. My puppy came home ready to take a nap. She had so much fun. She will be going regularly for daycare. Having an app to make reservations/ cameras to check on my puppy is awesome! Highly recommend.

Tucker loves the days he gets to go play at tails in the city!! He always has the best time there and knows right when we turn on the road that’s it’s located on.I trust very few people with my baby and I definitely trust them! They all know tucker by his name as soon as we walk in the door and they even have cameras you can spy on your dog to make sure they are having fun and playing!

Tails Inn the City is amazing! My dog Pete has pretty bad separation anxiety, but they are so patient with him and extremely sweet. I don’t worry about leaving him for doggy daycare because I know he is in such good hands. I love this place and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

Brought my dog in several times for daycare and never had any issues. However, I used their boarding services for a week and was disgusted. My dog has been socialized in different environments as I worked in vet med. I wrote out a letter outlining his behavior, items left with him, and directions for getting hold of me and letting my brother visit him. I called in a few times to check on my dog and was told he was doing well. My brother stopped to see him and was told he wasn’t allowed, even though I cleared this with the owner and staff before boarding! I picked up my dog a day early and found him to have lost 3lbs! His ribs were showing! He also had raw, bloody paw pads from licking. When I asked about this behavior and why this wasn’t brought up when I called I was told that he ate his food and that no one noticed his paw pads. All I can recommend is that the owner needs to train the staff better and take less boarders if it’s too hard to keep an eye on them. Now I have two dogs and have to find a new daycare/boarding facility, but now I’m paranoid that another facility will do the same as Tails Inn.

We have been taking our Golden Retriever to Tails for daycare/boarding for about a year now and they have been awesome. You do need to call well in advance and I often like to call and confirm our reservation shortly before our trip, but they have been great with our pup. He is always super tired from playing all week/weekend and we love that they offer webcam access so we can watch him play! Thanks, Tails, for loving our pet like we do!

We had a very positive experience with Tails R Waggin! We were in from out of town with our 10 mos old dog and had contacted prior to our trip to arrange for daycare. The staff (especially Sarah) were all very polite and helpful! They worked with us and made the registration process easy. Our dog was there the entire day and had a great time! The staff was great and the cost was very reasonable! Highly recommend using them if you can and we will next time we are in Canton!

Tails Inn the City is amazing. If you are looking to board your pup or just daycare this place is amazing. We have left our dog here for 2 several long vacations and both times he has been tired and happy when we have picked him up. We also use their daycare services which are especially useful in the cold winter months when we can't get him out to exercise as much. When I check in on him on the cameras he is always running and playing and the staff is always taking excellent care of our Bailey. They give our family the peace of knowing that they are caring for Bailey just as we would at home.

I've been taking my 2 year old German Shepherd, Annabelle, here for daycare for about 6 months now. She loves it here! She's always excited to come to daycare, and she's exhausted and content when I pick her up. She has a ton of energy and can be a lot to deal with, but we never have any issues here. It's a great way to get her energy out and entertain her while I'm at work. It's nice that they have cameras that let you check in on them too. The owners and staff are all friendly and professional. I feel like they really watch the dogs and care about them. Highly recommend!

Took my pup here today for an evaluation. The place was clean, fhe people friendly, and the way they discussed how the days and structure work here were amazing. Learning about this place was a welcome change to the routine. I am excited about this doggie daycare, and hope to be a member here. From the little I have seen of this place so far, I am extremely pleased!

This is a great place to take your dog for daycare. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. They have very flexible hours which is great when you are dropping off your dog before work. They have an app with video feed that allows you to check on your dog during the day. My dog runs and plays here all day and comes home very well exercised and very tired.

Great facility and experience all around. Easy check in and check out process at scheduled time. Very clean, friendly and super caring of our adult dog. We have used Thunder Valley many times and always have a great experience.

I boarded my 2 beagle girls here. I felt comfortable leaving them for 3 days plan on boarding here again. I personally loved the part where they are taken outside to get exercised. I also have one that needs her medication twice a day.

Thank you for taking on our little pack! It was their first time being boarded and they enjoyed it. It certainly eased our minds that they were safe and well cared for!! We are bringing them back in a couple months and feel so much better about it!! Such a great facility to board your dogs!! Friendly staff that love dogs and take time to get to know them. Absolutely awesome place!! Recommend to me by a friend 14 years ago. I have absolutely no complaints. Latecia goes above and beyond. About 7 years ago we moved an hour away. I still happily drive an hour to kennel my dog here.

First time ever boarding our German Shepherd and English Mastiff. Did our research for local kennels and so very happy we picked Thunder Valley. Pricing was amazing! Answered any question we had, facilities were well kept and our dogs came home happy and healthy!

This is the BEST kennel I’ve found. The dogs get to play outside with other dogs of similar size 3 times a day, which is unheard of at most kennels. They also have a special room for cats that has a window for them to sit in. My senior cat wasn’t eating at first and they tried different foods until they got her eating. Both of my “kids” came home happy and healthy! Will definitely use them again!

We boarded our two labs here while visiting family across the country. They were great about giving our older lab her medicine. Our dogs were in great shape and happy when we picked them up!

This was our first time boarding our dogs and it will be the last. The staff is very nice but I am so disappointed to find out our dogs were sick while in the kennel. They never called to inform us and didn’t even bother to tell us when we picked them up. They also gave medication without even asking or telling. If we would’ve known they were sick we could have scheduled a vet appointment but instead had to spend thousands of dollars going to an emergency clinic on a Saturday for an overnight stay to save both of our dogs lives.

My partner and I have been bringing our dogs here for 6 years or so. We adore this kennel -- and our dogs do too. They come home happy, not stressed. They are always excited to return, too! The space is so clean, and Latecia and the staff are kind and professional. You can tell they genuinely love dogs! We know our dogs are in the best hands while we travel, and that peace of mind is priceless. I am so so glad I discovered this place.

Thunder Valley is the best. My dog loves it there and looks forward to visiting. I would recommend this for boarding to all dogs large medium and small. I've never left my cats but I wouldn't hesitate if my cat sitter wasn't available.

We never board our dogs due to their anxiety and dislike of new people as well as history of bad experiences with previous boarding situations. We ended up having to board our Great Dane and German Shepherd the weekend of our wedding due to everyone we know being guests and unable to care for them. Kaitlyn made boarding SO easy and she was very reassuring the entire weekend! I loved getting updates on how they were doing and since we’ve gotten them back, they’ve had NO issues like after their previous boarding experiences! Thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies!

Ream Kennel is a first rate kennel and it was the first time our fur baby Charlie was kenneled and Kaitlyn was very patient with him and helped him adjust. He even made a buddy there. Kaitlyn kept in touch with us and sent pictures of him playing, which was a relief for us and aloud us to be able to enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely use Ream Kennel again!

We have boarded our dog with Ream Kennels numerous times. I can’t imagine leaving him with anyone else. Kaitlyn and Derrick treat your pet like it is their own. Our dog actually gets excited when we pull into their driveway. We love everything about Ream Kennels. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

This was the first time we have ever boarded our mini bernadoodle. I was very anxious about leaving my baby for a business trip. Upon meeting Kaitlyn I immediately knew Reams Boarding and Kennels was the best place. She allowed us to visit before we left Molly, the place was very clean, she explained how she might handle different situations, and sent us pictures and texts of how Molly was doing. I feel Molly enjoyed her time there. She came highly recommended by friends. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Thank you, Kaitlyn!

My two little mini Dauchsands had to be boarded somewhere when we went on vacation for the week of August 12th. I was heartsick, how could I leave my babies??? I stopped in at four different boarding kennels for a tour before Come & Stay & Play and almost canceled our vacation. When I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly, the place had a great feel and I was gladly given a tour. It was clean, the dogs were all happy and they had inside and outside access. It was perfect! I knew I found a temporary home for my girls. I was able to call as much as I wanted to check on them and get updates on their day. When I picked up, they brought them out and they were clean, happy and you could tell, well cared for. Our next vacation I will be able to go away with no anxiety or worry. I found my home away from home for my girls! ❤️❤️❤️

Had Charlie in for grooming. Cage always does an excellent job and knows just how we like him trimmed. Highly recommend CS&P. Have known Bill, Darlene, and Julia for many years. Good people.

Thank you so much to everyone at Come Stay and Play. My sweet girl always has the best time when she is here! The team and staff here are always SO good with her! They go the extra mile for your baby! The place is also SO clean and there are so many different add ons that really make the stay one in a million. I could not be happier and at ease when I board my baby!

My mastiff is fear aggressive and no kennel was willing or had the capability to take him. They had no issue whatsoever and encouraged me to come tour the facility. Their setup is such that they don't ever have to try to handle or interact directly with him. I feel very comfortable when I leave him there that he will be safe and taken care of.

It was so sad today.....the story is we brought our senior cat (17+) to this place for nail trimming several times in the past because their groomers/staff are so nice so far. On July 20 morning we called for an appointment, but the staff told us to call at noon because their trimming staff won't be there until noon. OK, we called at noon, then was told he was overbooked that no room for us. We have to call on Sunday, July 23 at 9:15am because he will be off on Friday and Saturday. The other groomer is also off until next week. OK, we called this morning July 23 at 9:15am. However, we were told our senior cat is too aggressive and they won't accept any appointment and further the staff advised us to take our girl to veterinarian! Yep, that is the end with this place no matter how best services have ever been provided. My senior girl once bit her dad in this place while he held her for nail trimming in February, never bit others. As such, we ever asked the groomer put a face cover on our girl during last nail trimming in May and trimming went through well. My senior girl never bit anyone as well. Thus, we don't know what the "aggressive" meaning? However, we do thank you very much for the services this place ever offered.

Very nice place to have your pet groomed . They are very kind and loving to pets. Facility is clean and tidy and smells fresh. The groomer loves the dogs and it shows in his work. I would recommend.

We had to have my dog Puddles stay for 2 nights!!! It was her first time overnight!! All I can say is the team is amazing!!! I called and they didn’t hesitate to give me an update!!! The place is spotless and the staff is very friendly!!! Highly recommend!!!! ♥️♥️

Very pleased with Come Stay and Play! We boarded our pit mixes (9 years old and 1 years old) for the first time ever this past weekend. The staff was highly professional and friendly. Overall, we felt very comfortable leaving our dogs in their care. Prior to boarding, we stopped in randomly to see the kennels and they didn't hesitate to show us around, including the play yard. Kennels were super clean, and each one had a door so the dogs can lay out under their own fenced-in patio (staff open and close it so they can't be out when it's really hot, cold, night, etc). They offer fun extras for the dogs like ice cream sundaes, hikes, etc. We had a groomer trim one of the dog's nails and they did a great job! Again, we're very pleased with Come Stay and Play and how they treated our dogs. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, reliable, and reputable place to board their dogs!
