Sue and Michael were great housesitters - very nice people, totally reliable, trustworthy and communicative. Our dogs took to them immediately and didn’t seem to miss us at all! Another wonderful sit with Claire and Joe. My dogs are always so excited to see these guys again as they always know there’s lots of fun in store! One of my dogs is almost 14 now and Claire & Joe came up with a creative way to help her enter the back door without slipping, which we have decided to keep in place permanently. When you have two dogs at different life stages, it can sometimes be a challenge but both dogs’ needs are always fully met - long walks for the younger one and short ones for the older dog; patience when the older one climbs stairs, and preparation of softer food for her ageing teeth! Our house was pristine as always when we returned and we shared a lovely meal together. The flowers were a lovely surprise too! We consider Claire and Joe to be the best of the best and we look forward to future sits with them. 100% recommended!

We struck gold again! What a gem - thank you, Sarah for looking after Dasher and our home so wonderfully. Sarah’s communication before and during her stay was excellent. She is a calm and gentle lady - she understood and met Dasher’s needs and he was very chilled when we got home. The house was immaculate on our return. We are very happy and highly recommend Sarah to others.

Brenda and Steve are lovely people and wonderful pet sitters. We were able to meet them the week before the sit to introduce them to our dogs and home. Brenda and Steve are very reliable and self-sufficient. We were especially impressed that they arrived at 5.30am on the morning of our departure. They are obviously experienced with dogs which we found very reassuring. We wouldn’t hesitate to invite them again and recommend them to all.

Anastasia was a good housesitter. She communicated proactively, and the cats seemed happy in her company. She made sure to arrive well ahead of time despite some issues with the train service, regularly provided updates on how things are going, and was flexible around arrival and departure times. I recommend her to other pet owners.

Trustworthy, active retired couple looking forward to sitting your house and pet
Linda and Stephen took care of our house and dog from May 24, 2024 through June 9, 2024. They took great care of our dog, Zoe. They kept the house clean and even some of the outside area after a Moroccan sandstorm. Our only complaint was that they ignored our request to keep things where they found them. We told them when they arrived that we had sitters that moved things so much that we were still looking for things three weeks later. So they then went on to move glasses into different cupboards, rearranged pots and pans, and took out of the refrigerator, a water bottle with cut lemons in it that is used to take to chorus. After 18 days, the water was spoiled and had to be discarded.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue. He cleaned up the messes and I came home to a clean house and VERY happy babies! My two dogs LOVED him. He is extremely reliable, clean, trustworthy and was incredibly caring to my dogs. I would have him back ANYTIME and HIGHLY recommend him!!

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
