It was such a pleasure meeting Sasha and David! Everything was super easy to organise in the lead up to the sit, they were very flexible and responsive. Same while we were away, they kept in touch and kindly shared some updates of our cat Raisin with us. When we got back we had a very enjoyable dinner altogether. Una was a great sitter. We came home to a happy cat and clean house and she even managed to keep the plants and garden watered and looking great during some hot weather. We appreciated her flexibility as due to circumstances outside our control our travel plans shifted by one day at last minute. Una was easy to communicate with before and during the sit and made us feel at ease with her taking care of Eric while we were away.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Tootsies is in kind of a strange place to get to, but worth the trip! The owner is a very knowledgeable and kind woman who is eager to help but not in an overbearing way. She quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for and treated me to friendly conversation and stories along the way. Shop small first! Support this kind woman’s small business!
A first class five star facility! We went to the dog friendly crystal mine and needed a place to wash our pup afterwards. Tootsie's was amazing! The walk-in DIY dog wash was well stocked, super clean with good rates. The staff was incredibly happy and helpful . We will certainly go there again and try out their doggie day care on our next visit!

We took our 5 month old puppy for her first grooming experience. We were so happy that they were so wonderful with her and did a amazing job on her. Great value for the price as we wouldn't trust our baby with just anyone. Highly recommended.
The people here are very nice, and the store is stocked with lots of pet goodies. However, I was there to get my dog groomed. The place was chaos. A timid dog might be overwhelmed There were dogs in crates all over the store, all barking. Some for grooming, some for day care, some for pet adoption. It was very very loud. The grooming itself was mediocre. My dog came home with mats still in his fur. It looked like he had been bathed and just the head trimmed to be honest My neighbor had complained of the same experience but I thought I would try them out. In the future I will use them for nail trimming only

So we just got married in hot springs. We made it a point to put our fur babies in the wedding with us. We scrambled to find a spot because of wait periods and what not, but Tootsies took them and took the most amazing care for them. Accommodated us 100% of the way and made sure our little boys were ready for our big day! we would strongly recommend this place
Used the self serve dog wash and it was perfect. Great tubs, shampoo's and conditioner. Blower for drying is awesome. Price is perfect. Can't say enough good things about the helpful staff. Next time we will try them for doggie day care.
I took my lab puppy in today and they were very patient, the environment was friendly and sweet and the dogs were so spoiled! I loved it. Not only are they a good business, but they’re not out for your money. They’re there for the dogs! :) Wonderful service for half the price I would have paid anywhere else. 110% recommend.

Great staff! They helped us with dog daycare so we could go see the sites while visiting in Hot Springs. I highly recommend them.
I have a new mini schnauzer and did a lot of research before deciding on a place to get her groomed. I will never take her anywhere else! The atmosphere is so laid back and you can tell everyone truly cares about the animals here. Piper comes home excited and happy and I know they treat her well.
I have taken my little dog twice to be groomed. The cuts are done very well!!
We have five LARGE dogs. We split up the visits...2 dogs...three dogs. They walk right on into Dog Gone Fun like it was Grandma's house!! They are happy when we leave them and happy when we pick them up. You can tell the folks there are animal lovers. As big and rambunctious as they are they all come out finished...clean and very well groomed!!! Staff is awesome...and caring of the animals. A BIG FIVE FOR THEM!!
I am one of the owners and work here daily as one of the groomers.We are a family owned business and As far as the comments of us not being here during scheduled hours, we very seldomly but have closed 30 min early for either emergencies or for family events such as birth of children/ funeral/ graduation. I’m sorry if that has ever inconvenienced anyone! For the weekend employee who was late... that was her first time ever to be late. We are proud that ALL of our staff here are animal lovers and treat all of our furry clients as our own! I understand we can’t please everyone but we do try our very best to accommodate to the fullest and make all welcome and feel like they are in a home environment. Also we would absolutely never cause harm to any animal in this world. We love ALL animals! I’m sorry to those who feel like they have had bad experiences. We strive to be the best we can! And to the bad review about the poodle we did not skin the sweet dog. The haircut was shorter than she wanted it and I apologize for that.
UPDATED I've been using Doggone Fun for my Great Dane for 6 years now for bath and nails. They are very nice people, very professional, yet friendly. My Dane loves them, so obviously they treat her well. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs pet grooming. They always seem busy as well, so apparently others agree with me. Was surprised to see several low scores about a year ago... there is a reason why the "smear" campaign was activated. Ex-husband had his "friends" slug the ratings with low scores, since it seems the divorce wasn't amiable. For those who really want the truth, know this. If these people were not the best, I would not be using them since I've been here 6 years. These people care for the dogs in their care, and I can guarantee you, my Dane would not go back inside the doors if she was ever mistreated. She greets the ladies that are there as a friend, they love her as well. It is obvious that these low scores are due to the smear campaign by the ex-husband They are still 5 stars in my book, and we will continue to use them until my Dane passes on (she's getting pretty old for Dane at age 11)
Great place for your pet beauty care.
We’ve had good experiences in the past is why I’m giving any stars. We came in from out of town to visit family. We were told to drop off before 5pm so we showed up at 4:30. The building was closed and locked up. We had to call an after hours number which our family member happened to have luckily. The showed up around 5:15 finally. We were told to pick up the next morning at 9 o’clock which is also the hours on the sign on the building. I showed up at 8:45 along with another customer who was supposed to drop off at 9 to go out of town where she was supposed to meet someone and would now be late. We waited until 9:40 in the parking lot. The second number we had was now not being answered. I left and went home with the intent to call periodically to see if they had arrived. They called us around 9:50 and I came to pick up our dog. I got an apology which was appreciated but no offer to discount or any voucher or any attempt to make it right other than the verbal apology. I’m not sure how it worked out for the other customer that was trying to go out of town. Poor customer service and a lack of professionalism in my opinion. I hope this helps someone in making a decision on where to do business.

I have a 6 month old Goldendoodle, Charlie, who has been going to Camp Diggity Dogs for almost 2 months now and she LOVES it! Charlie has a ton of energy, so going to ”camp” and getting to interact with other dogs is great for her! The staff is so accommodating and awesome! It’s also a plus that they post pictures/videos on social media of your pup playing ;) I highly recommend Camp Diggity Dogs!
My boy, Sir Ozzy Pawsbourne, loves his time at Camp Diggity Dogs and starts barking and whining in excitement when we get within a mile of there! He's so happy to play with his friends, both 4 legged and 2 legged alike! Love that they post pictures and that he comes home VERY tired lol!
Rogan (the big boy standard) likes no one. He extremely hates anyone touching his feet. This place is able to groom him and his feet no problem and he is so excited right when we pull into the parking lot. This speaks volumes! Poodle hair is so hard to cut and bathe but my gosh they perfect it every single time! This Place Will ALWAYS have our service!! They love our babies and I couldn’t feel more safe bringing them here.
We all love Joan, but especially our pups Gracie Lee and Charlie Willis ! Joan tells my husband and I that our Gracie Lee doesn't leave her side when she comes to be groomed. My Rosie, LOVES Camp Diggity Dogs ! I started bringing her when she was 4 months old, shes almost a year now. She is an english lab. We don’t come everyday but she loves it ! She made friends the first day. Her & her friends move up to different classes together, which is awesome. She is so excited when I drop her off. She is worn out when I pick her up ! The staff is GREAT ! They pay great attention to all the dogs & treat them as their own. I am so glad I decided to bring Rosie here.

My cockapoo, Misty, has been going to Camp Diggity Dogs for at least 4 yrs. She goes 2-3 times/wk, and she cannot wait to get there. She loves all the girls, and she also has several favorite furry friends that she "hangs out" with. All of the workers are amazing, and you will love it there@!
