Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I can’t say enough good things about this breeder. They treat their dogs like family from the moment they’re born to the time they go their forever homes. The puppies are stimulated in a carefully crafted environment with toys, a variety of sounds, and different people resulting in an excellent well rounded dog that happily handles almost any situation. They have champion bloodlines, so are perfect for coursing titles and possible showing. Or they can be regular dogo-dogs, sleeping on the couch, going on hikes, cuddling up with the kids, or catching frisbees mid air. This breeder cares for these puppies so much, I would recommend them even if you weren’t looking for a whippet specifically.
We own two whippets from Dee and Ron in addition to several trips just to hang out with them. There is much I could say but in keeping with review brevity, Dee and Ron have changed our lives. They trusted us with two absolutely wonderful dogs, given us guidance and support and have always been an exceptionally positive force. What they do for the breed is second to none.
This place is between where I live now and where my wife and I are from. They always take great care of our Norwegian Elkhound and have very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
The staff at Shojin is professional, friendly and caring. I love taking my dogs there, they really feel at home.
They are warm people who love their work, take excellent care of our German Shepard. Highly recommend them!
