I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Great home away from home for our little guy. The facilities are clean with a huge manicured lawn to run in and play. Great care and attention are given and it shows! Our Aussiedoodle, Teddy, seems happy there. We trust the environment and care at Quick's Pooch Plaza.
Hands down the best kennel experience! One of our two dogs is very emotionally delicate and this is the only kennel I'm comfortable using. Amy and Bob baby our babies and treat then like their own. They have a great set up with various areas where the dogs can play. They carefully group there digs based on personality so they can have fun playing all day - it's like summer camp for dogs. When we pick up our boys, Amy always gives us a full report of their activities and stay. Our boys love going there.
The only place I feel completely comfortable leaving our dog. When I call to get updates, Bob and Amy always take the time to give me a detailed report on how our pup is doing. They are so kind to our dog and we also enjoy chatting with them during drop off and pick up! They are open on weekends which is great, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I love this place because they always share stories of my animals behavior when I pick them up. But, more importantly because my dog is happy to be there. When we pull in to their lot, he jumps out of car, tail wagging, visits the grassy area, and then goes right to the gates happy to go in. Every. Time. Amy and her crew take great care of our dogs. When they're boarded here, they always come home happy and tired. It's nice to have a boarding option where our boys are actually engaged, rather than just being stuck in a crate all day.

We brought our 6 month old border collie mix to Quick's Pooch Plaza and within 10 minutes we were back in the car with our dog headed elsewhere. Upon walking in the door the owner didn't ask for a name or try to get to know our dog at all before taking the leash from me and dragging our dog back into another room. I tried to stop him and talk to him, but he told me I needed to wait while he put our dog in a cage. Looking around the room there were tons of dogs, all of them in cages, none of them outside as he advertises even though the weather was nice. The environment was very drab, and not at all what I would consider a friendly place for multiple dogs. Many of the dogs seemed stressed. I asked him for our dog back because we had clearly decided to go elsewhere. Our puppy, who has stayed with other people before and done fine, was so horrified that he had sprinted to a corner to hide, so after attempting to drag him back out for me, Bobby, the owner, told me I would need to retrieve my dog if I wanted to leave with him. Needless to say I would not recommend Quick's Pooch Plaza to anyone looking for a safe, friendly environment to leave their dog in.
My pug Wilson loves to stay. They have large yards where the dogs a rotated and even get joint play time. He's always been happy to go and worn out when we go home.

Absolutely wonderful, doggy daycare! We’ve been taking our dog there for almost a year now and I’m confident that he is loved and well looked after while he is at River city pet camp. We switched to River city after a bad experience at a different daycare and I’m so glad that we did! They have been really wonderful.
Ghost loves it!! Everyone at River City Pet Camp have been so kind and helpful. I started taking Ghost over a month ago and truly feel like his quality of life has improved.
I adopted a puppy in the summer of 2022 and started bringing her to River City as soon as they opened. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They take fantastic care of all of the dogs that come to them, and they are always welcoming to the humans as well! They are great about posting pictures, so I can see how much fun all the pups are having, and I love that they plan parties for the pups to have a little extra fun days, plus they even celebrated her first birthday! Great first experience with River City Pet Camp! We tried a half day for them since they haven't been there before, and we are already deciding what day next week to take them back for a full day! Morning manager was as kind as could be, asked all the right questions, and made me feel glad I brought them to try it out! The ladies working when I picked them up told me how their time there went, who they played with, and let me know to look for pictures on their Facebook page! HIGHLY RECOMMEND RIVER CITY PET CAMP!!
Amazing environment and staff. Super friendly and caring. None of my animals were sick or injured from visits which is a huge plus for me. The energy from my animals when I say we are going to "daycare" is completely different from past experiences with other doggie daycare services. My animals are genuinely excited to see staff whom they remember and that speaks volumes on how they are treated while there. Pricing is great and hours accommodate our busy lifestyle! 10 out of 10!!!
Our pup has a great deal of anxiety, but the staff have been great getting him settled. He's been there for a few months now and love it. I'm glad we found a place where he's comfortable, so we can go out of town and know he's happy and taken care of.
This place smells so good!!! Our dog didn't come home needing a bath. The staff were wonderful and you could tell they loved the dogs and are happy working there. We got to see photos of Maxwell doing his thing throughout the day and he came home happy- and exhausted! Exactly what we wanted for him!!
This is a great place for your doggie! The owners and staff are so friendly. Our dog gets really excited when we pull up to drop him off and that’s always a good sign. It’s a clean facility with lots of privacy fenced outdoor play areas. Highly recommended!

Great place to let your dog be a dog! While I'm at work my Molly socializes with "the pack" and gets plenty of exercise. When I pick her up she is happy and tired. Excellent facility and friendly staff.
Highly recommend this place. I have a Lab/dane mix and he was incredibly hyper. He ate our trampoline, out kitchen table, he even ate the seats and pedals off our bikes. We had to put him in a kennel when we had company because he'd claw at them and playful bite them. Hed knock our kids down because hed run carelessly everywhere he went. Ol Blue spent 3 weeks here for Doggy boot camp and I just got him home yesterday. He's not had to be in the kennel once since hes been home. Hes so calm and peaceful now. He walks everywhere instead of runs. I was even able to take him for a car ride without him jumping out of my moving vehicle and he did wonderful today when I took him to play with my mothers dogs. I will definitely be taking him here for boarding when I go on vacation. Friendly staff and Tony is hilarious.

Don't leave your pet here! We left our dog here over vacation. Her toys and blanket were covered in feces and urine when we picked her up. We were told that she was eating; however were were given 8 out of the 9 gallons of food back. There is a reason this place smells, and its not just the piss!
My dog loves the staff. I am very pleased with their services except when I board him he comes home dirty.

Opies daycare is THE greatest doggie daycare here in town. The place never smells like other day ares, the girls are so friendly and since they are vet techs, they are very knowledgeable! My dog loves Katelyn, he gets very excited to go when I mention daycare and Katelyn. They treat him just like I would. He is usually exhausted when he gets home and I'm happy he gets to socialize. Thanks girls for a great place like home for my dog Copper!🥰
Opie's is the superior doggie daycare! My girl Brooks has been going here for over a year now and we absolutely love it. She has never been more excited to go to a daycare than this one. The girls are always super sweet and helpful. They allow the dogs to run freely in and out all day long. The only times they are separated into a kennel are feedings and nighttime. They will celebrate the pups birthdays, do fun summer events, and anything possible to make sure all of the pups have the best time. 10/10 recommend Opie's every time. I wouldn't want to take my dog anywhere else.

My first visit,BUT VERY SATISFIED. The girls seem very kind,and knowledgeable. Had my dog's nails done,they handled him very well,he liked them. I will join now,I will use the day care some,at least ,and if I ever need to board I will be back for that as well. Will recommend.
They take kind loving very clean care for the fur kids. They do a great job grooming. Love it there close to home easy safe accessible for handicap.

Our dogs love Opie’s, and we love tired dogs! We have one with separation anxiety, and he does very well at Opie’s for both daycare and boarding, which is such a tremendous relief. Thankful for you all!
Our dog, Finn, loved Opies. He received a bath and grooming which was great! He had fun playing with his new friends. Opies is the cleanest Doggie play care facility we have ever seen. The staff is very friendly and truly care about your pet.
Great space and freedom to do whatever you pup wants. Super friendly staff! Eli is so excited when we get there that he pulls me into the building. When he gets home in the evening he is exhausted from a full day of fun.

Penny's Pet Palace took our 10 month old Maltese as a new customer. Her coat was quite tangled. I thought she would come home with a "shave" or, at the very best, a "puppy cut". Penny did the impossible! Our Bella Rose has her first haircut ... a "Maltese cut". I would recommend Penny's Pet Palace to anyone.
An absolutely wonderful woman! We took a family vacation to Holiday World & brought our two ACD along & needed to find daycare for them while we were at the park, called around and Penny was not only so kind with wonderful customer service but also accommodating, we ended up staying later than expected at the park due to the late fireworks and drone show and Ms Penny was understanding and kind regardless of us being late to pick up our girls! I dropped my Pomsky off for her very first doggy spa day and Penny did absolutely amazing!! I dropped her off and she was done within a couple hours and looked like a brand new dog!!! She was beautiful!! Thank you Penny! I will not be going anywhere else for my puppy pamper time! Your prices are more than fair and the atmosphere feels laid back and relaxed!! GREAT JOB!!!

My dog was not given any of his meds. Then we did not get his prescription back. We got numerous calls from place and then when we called back we were told we were not called. This is no place to take a living thing.
Took my dog there over the weekend. Didn't feed him one of his meal's, gave him the wrong meds picked him up on Sunday and he has been sick eversence
It's all about your pet! They're cared for like it's you that's caring for them while you're away! The owner is a Veteran as well.

Victoria did an outstanding job with our Henry! He had plenty of playtime and was so sleepy he slept most of the way home. Can’t wait to see her again for our boarding plans.
Tori is so sweet! We go to her for basic grooming for our puppy. She also was so kind to board our dog for my husband and I during our wedding day! She sent us texts and updates with pictures on how our puppy was doing. Our puppy was so worn out after playing with the other dogs, and she gave him a bath for us for free! Recommending her to others!

We were so impressed with Cindy and Dwayne at Second Home Pet Boarding. They have a wonderful facility that was perfect for our dogs and cat. We really like how each animal has their own space both indoors and outdoors and then several times a day the dogs get to run around the larger, fenced yard individually so everyone stays safe. Communication was also top notch. Cindy was very responsive to my questions, usually replying to texts within minutes. At drop-off, Dwayne spent a lot of time with us to understand the needs of our animals, especially one of our dogs. When we went to pick up the animals, they all looked happy and Cindy and Dwayne gave us a good summary of how they did. You can tell they really care about the animals and do their best to make boarding a positive experience for both the animals and the pet owners. I have the highest praise for the care my two small dogs received at Second Home Pet Boarding. Cindy and Dwayne both went above and beyond to ensure that Cooper & Chloe were safe, well-cared for, comfortable and loved while in their care. My dogs are older and both have health issues and Cindy made certain she understood feeding and medication schedules. The facility and dog kennels are extremely clean and top-notch. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing they were getting awesome care!
We have boarded our dogs here several times now and have been totally satisfied with their services. The owners are mature, competent and responsive. The facility is very clean and climate-controlled, with professional kenneling, and a spacious outdoor exercise area. They do not mix dogs in the exercise area, so lack of safety is not an issue. We feel completely comfortable with knowing our dogs are safe and well cared for here. The dogs each get good exercise time, and one on one attention from the kennel owners. Great service-super place!!!
We absolutely LOVE Second Home Pet Boarding!!! We board our dog there any time we travel and we never worry about her being taken care of! Dwayne and Cindy always take AMAZING care of our dog and their facility is squeaky clean! I highly recommend them!

Brenna watched our two 80lb doodles for 8 days and I’m not sure they missed us at all! They had plenty of play time and lots of snuggles. Brenna sent us updates and pictures almost daily. You can tell she loves her job and all the pups in her care. We will be using her again for sure!❤️

My boys, Rosco & Bodie enjoyed their weekend PupAway at the Pup House! This was their first time there and won’t be their last! The staff is so friendly, you can tell they genuinely love what they do! When I sent a message checking on them, they answered in a timely manner and helped ease my mind about leaving them. I will definitely recommend the PupHouse to anyone looking for a place to take care of their fur babies while away from home!!!
