Third sit for us from Craig and Lesley. Like the previous two, the sit was straightforward from organising the sit, to arrival and right through the sit until we came home. We were kept updated throughout and when one of our cats unusually stayed out all night, they kept looking for her until she showed up again which really put our minds at rest. Emma took excellent care of our dog and home while we were away. She communicated well in the lead up and during her stay, sending reassuring updates and lovely photos. Emma was flexible around arrival and departure time which was very much appreciated as we were travelling with a young baby. As soon as Emma entered our house she was fussing our dog and putting her at ease which was lovely to see. Emma clearly has a love of animals and we returned home to a very happy and relaxed dog. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. We attended puppy classes with Alpha Pet Services and cannot rate trainer and behaviourist Claire any higher. Claire is an experienced, knowledgable and compassionate trainer whose style of positive reinforcement training gets the best out of dogs and focuses on rewarding positive behaviours and using this technique to divert unwanted behaviours. Training is centred around the learning style of the dog and tailored particularly to the specific age range she works with in puppy class. Our mixed breed puppy was both engaged and attentive in training and Claire creates the best possible setting and atmosphere for the dogs to learn and focus. She has wide experience of each breed and was able to help us determine specific traits in our mixed breed dog that we should be aware of so we felt there was a very individualised approach to each pup and she only works with 6 pups in class at a time to ensure there is time and space for this. Thank you Claire and Alpha Pets for your support and positivity at a tricky time in a pooches development. We are reinforcing the lessons learned at class every day and will definitely consider further training in the future. Class was such a helpful and reassuring experience for us and Bosko, he already misses Nice Biscuit Lady 🥰

I was really impressed by PetStay Glasgow from the start - Jane is very professional and inspires confidence. She asked for a lot of information about our lab Grace before matching her with a sitter. Grace was with Eleanor and family for 2 weeks and she couldn't have been better looked after. Eleanor was very good at keeping in touch and sent daily news and excellent videos and photos of Grace. Grace was also given a variety of walks and activities (she even 'helped' with the recycling) and looked happy and very much herself. Eleanor clearly cares about the dogs she looks after and does an amazing job. We will certainly be using PetStay again, and would love to have Eleanor and family look after Grace again.

Our dog Meg was fantastically looked and cared for by Lorraine and family , Lorraine kept us updated with pictures and videos of her stay with her family , Meg looked like she was from home to home , out every day playing with her new found friends Lorraine's daughter and son , especially she loved Lorraine, the service we was giving was 100%+ as I was not sure leaving Meg with anyone as she was used to family members looking after her but Lorraine made memories and security in my heart , would recommend this company Pet stay to anyone they would not let you down and ensure your pet is suitable with the right person like we had , only thing that we can say is that Meg is missing Lorraine and family thank you again Pet stay and Lorraine for looking after Meg and she woofs you all.
This was our first time using Petstay and won't be our last. Our 18 month old cockapoo Rico stayed 7 days with Joanna and her terrier Roger. I was really worried about leaving Rico but could see Joanna loved dogs , she continued with Ricos routine, ensuring he had plenty of exercise each day and Roger was happy to have a friend . Joanna sent us videos/ photos each day which we all loved getting, he's going back again in a couple of monhhs for 2 weeks . We had such a fantastic experience using PetStay - from the get go Jane put us at ease and explained how the process worked. She took as much information as she could about our dog Chase to ensure she matched us to the perfect carer. We were matched with Lorraine and her family. On the first visit with Lorraine we knew Chase would be in safe hands. When dropping him off for the week we felt anxious as this was the first time he had stayed anywhere except family but that settled very quickly when we seen how happy he was to see Lorraine. Every day we received pictures and feedback of what he got upto that day and lets just say he was definitely on his holidays too. Eleanor and her whole family made our petstay experience amazing. She and all of her family gave our collie Dornie the most amazing care while we were on holiday. We got regular updates as to how he was settling in, which was extremely reassuring for us and laid our minds to rest so we could enjoy our holiday. Eleanor took gorgeous photos and sent us loads, we really appreciated this! All in all, I think Eleanor has been our best dog sitter ever, and we would love to have her and her lovely family to look after Dornie again. Goodness, where to start. I have only very positive things to say about my entire experience using Pet Stay. From my initial contact with Jane, who was so helpful, thorough and very quickly matched my dog to his hosts. Marie and Kenny are just lovely people. They were wonderful hosts. He was on lovely walks/went to the cafe which he loves and I was kept up to date via messages and pictures during Skipper's stay. Was a bit worried as haven't left poppy with anyone for more than few days, We met Jean , Pat & jasmine before leaving poppy with them, We were sent photos of poppy & she settled well throughout her stay. When your dog is such a huge part of your life, you want the best for them. Kitkat is a sensitive dog and we knew kennels would not be a good fit for her. So imagine our relief, when from the very first meeting, Kitkat was relaxed and happy with Alice and Bernard Stuart. It was so obvious she would be happy and settled that we went home and booked the dates right away! During our holiday Kit was in a home from home environment. She was able to sit where she liked and sleep where she liked. Kit enjoyed walks by water and met the local wildlife. She was looked after so well, we could see from the photos how she was doing. The attached photos were sent to us during our holiday by Alice. I would not hesitate to recommend petstay to anyone. Jane is fabulous, very thorough and efficient. An altogether brilliant service from a wonderful team! We are looking at dates next year already!

The premises has both indoor & outdoor space for dogs, & also has self service washing facilities for bathing your dog.

My wee man Bruno has been a staple at Chilled Dawgz for a little over a year now. I cannot fathom to think what i would have done if weren't for Lisa and the team! I am 100% certain that Bruno is well taken care of every week day from pickup to drop off! The team treats the wee ones as if they were their own! Bruno is always super excited to see Tony every single morning! He even waits at the window to see him coming in the van! He knows the van all too well! Our puppy Shih Tzu Milo started going to dog daycare at Chilled Dawgz. He absolutely loves it. He is so excited when we drive up to the daycare to be going in. All the staff are friendly and Milo has gotten to know them and really loves seeing them. It has really helped Milo with socialisation. We can’t thank the team enough for looking after our wee Milo. He is just so happy here.
Bear started doggy daycare at Chilled Dawgz last summer as a 1 year old, super energetic puppy. When we lost our older, bigger dog at the end of last year, this service has helped Bear stay socialised with other dogs. Lisa and the team are exceptional and I have no worries leaving Bear in their care.
Arthur started only a month ago and now if I say "Are you going to see Lisa and Nicola" he gets so happy and excited! I was worried with him being a lockdown pup that he wouldn't settle in but he loves it at Chilled Dawgz!! Yous are wonderful! I'm delighted with the amazing care you give my pup!!

We brought our Shih Tzu puppy here for day-care during our holiday in Glasgow. We were very happy with the initial contact and when we arrived to bring our dog we knew we had chosen the right Daycare for our doggie. The staff are very friendly, the space for the dogs is clean and bright and there is an outside play pen too. They are also conveniently situated just off the Great Western Road. We can highly recommend them!

I have never left my 14 year old Laso Charlie before so was fairly anxious about going away for a week, how wrong I was.. He had a great time with Patricia and Scott I was kept updated on his adventures to the parks and day's he certainly was a happy wee dog, don't think he missed me at all. Patricia and Scott kept to all his routines around walks and food I couldn't have asked for better sitters, plus they picked him up and dropped him back home making life so much easier for me. Charlie has a home from home now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these two lovely people.
Patricia and Scott recently took my labradoodle at very short notice. For a few days and then following week another few days. There fab people, you can tell they genuinely love animals and are good people. I got pics of her on her walks and she was loving life I just knew she was being well looked after. I've used kennels a few times it's just a whole different experience for them, one on one cuddles etc this is the way forward for your fur babies. I'll absolutely be using them In the future. Even better they offer a pick up and drop off service which is handy if you don't drive. Highly recommend this couple. Lovely people.
I needed my dog looked after at short notice and was able to secure a sitter at short notice. Patricia and Scott looked after him like he was their own, asked all the right questions and made sure they stuck to my dogs routine. Communication throughout was excellent, I was never worried or anxious about how my dog was. Will definitely be contacting them again next time I need a sitter.
My dog is just back from one week boarding with Maria from Maddies Mutts and she had a great time 🧡 We got daily updates of all the adventures that she had been on and all the friends that she made. This is the first that we have used a boarding service for her as she would normally stay with family when we are away and I was worried that she wouldn’t have settled but there was no need to worry at all. Maria was fantastic with her and made sure that she had a wonderful time. I cannot recommend this service enough and would not hesitate to book again. Would highly recommend Maddies Mutts. Our dogs Trigger and Dave have stayed with Gary for a long weekend and Maria for 10 days and they had a great experience. They came back with their tails wagging. The daily photos and videos received are lovely. I would 100% trust the care given so much so I’ve already booked for next year’s holidays. Highly recommend this service if like us you are worried about leaving your dog while you go on holiday. We got daily updates and pictures of what they done each day and kept informed the whole time. We went through a detailed care plan to ensure her routine was not disrupted and she was getting everything she needed. The couple she was placed with were amazing and ensured our very energetic Border Collie was never bored. Can't thank you all enough!
First time using a dog boarding company. I don’t like the idea of kennels and wanted a more 1-1 for my dog arnie. Madeline put me onto Gary who was absolutely great with arnie, got regular updates daily on how he was, pictures and videos sent to me everyday. Would highly recommend for anyone who loves their pets to contact maddies mutts, you won’t be disappointed. Already in the process of booking for next year. Thanks Madeline and Gary🐾
Fantastic friendly service provided by Maria. Great regular updates on just how great a time my two dogs were having at her place. I would highly recommend.
My dog was looked after for 10 days by an amazing dog sitter called Paul Finnie I had never left Mack with anyone before I was happy to see Mack still his usual self when I got him home thank you so much paul
