We chose Love and Kisses Pet Sitting to help us out during long work days with our sweet pup Hazel. We have been more than pleased. The ownership is top notch and Ms. Karen who walks Hazel is amazing. Hazel loves her so much and is happy to see her each visit. I highly recommend them for the care of your pet.

I went away for a long weekend vacation and I was nervous to leave my cat. My cat Mazie received the best care while I was gone, and I got daily pictures of her so I knew she was okay and happy. Definitely will be using this service again. Jamie was AMAZING!

It’s difficult leaving your fur babies. It’s even more difficult finding someone you trust to take care of them in your home. From day one 4 years ago love and kisses has been great !! Shonda has taken great care of my baby. The bonus is they will even get your mail, water the plants if you need. I wouldn’t trust anyone other company with taking care of my baby. I don’t have to worry too much when we are away.

Cat Methaney is our love and kisses pet sitter who has been a part of our family for over a year now. She is more than a responsible pet caregiver. She is caring and loving, whether it's a boisterous young dog, or one in her final days. She is also concerned with the household and is considerate to everyone's needs. I mean, our pet is part of our family, correct?

Prompt, courteous, professional and love pets. Shonda took amazing care of our 2 dogs, 2 rabbits and many chickens and ducks. She was prompt every day and sent detailed reports of our happy babies. We don't go away often but will use Love and Kisses again and will highly recommend to anyone who asks. One area of improvement and it's small is the website. It's a little intricate and tricky to get set up.

A fantastic group of people who truly care about the animals in their care. I cannot say enough good things about "Love and Kisses Pet Sitting." We've used them since moving to NC and have been completely pleased. Our dogs, Louie and Maggie, are cared for right in our own home. We never worry about them getting hurt by another dog in a kennel. While away our pet sitter sends us updates and photos of them. Louie and Maggie love their pet sitter and are happy when she comes to see them. Their convenient online scheduler makes booking dates a breeze. We recently had to attend a funeral out of state. Even at short notice Love and Kisses made themselves available to us. During that time we were concerned about many things. Louie and Maggie's care was not one of them. We knew they in great hands. Teresa was so great with my cats and they really love her! I was given updates twice a day with pictures. I really appreciate the text updates every visit. It gives me peace of mind that my guys are taken care of while I’m away. The office staff are also super friendly and helpful. Shelly made booking so easy. I have been using Love and Kisses to do nail trims on my dogs for several weeks now and I am absolutely thrilled with Shelly. Her communication and flexibility with me is incredible, and she is so genuinely excited to see my dogs. One has had some trouble with nail trims before and we muzzle him for safety, she is so patient with him and has helped to make his nail trims less stressful. The cost is so reasonable, and I would likely pay more at a grooming salon which would be much more stressful for my anxious pup. Thank you Shelly for taking such great care of Jake and Elle!

Absolutely hands down the best team of pet professionals I will always rely on for pet sitting needs. I cannot recommend this group enough. All interactions have been extremely positive and my pets always look beyond thrilled to have them there. Always going above and beyond with professionalism and superb customer service. I usually fly out family to sit our pets while away, and this group supersedes that! Cannot recommend enough.

Lucky has stayed here many times while we are on vacation. I feel so relaxed when I leave him with Cynthia. I know Lucky is in good hands and there is no need to worry. We love the videos she posts on Facebook. She stays up to date on all shots and lets you know when she needs updated records. She also knows how to keep the dogs separated so they are safe. Love this place and looking forward to our next stay. 🐶 Would highly recommend Unleashed Pet Resort to anyone looking for a safe place for their dog to stay while away. I've been taking my puppy, Raven, to Unleashed Pet Resort for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it! I cannot say enough good things about Cynthia and Unleashed Pet Resort. Whether I'm bringing Raven for a day of doggy daycare or for a week of boarding, I can always trust that Raven will be safe, loved, and have a great time playing with her friends. Cynthia loves all of the animals that stay with her, and Raven gets excited every time we pull into her driveway. Cynthia takes the time to get to know each dog and put them in a play area with similar dogs. Raven is extremely high energy, so we're always happy to see Cynthia's Facebook posts of Raven running around playing with her friends. I would highly recommend Unleashed Pet Resort to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and friendly dog daycare or boarding for their dog!

We have been bringing our puppy to Unleashed Pet Resort for a couple of months and we are so happy with Cynthia and the facility. Raven is a very hyper puppy, but she is able to get out all her energy when she is at day care or stays for a couple of nights! We have gone away for extended periods of time and Raven has done great with spending time there. When we drop her off she is so excited to go that she doesn’t even say bye to us! I couldn’t recommend Unleased Pet Resort anymore for day care or over nights stays!

We love Cynthia! We have two dogs (Bentley is just over 1y and Gizmo just over 2 mo.) and Cynthia has taken great care of them. Both are white dogs with all the fun skin issues white dogs get. Cynthia has no problem giving daily medications and will even groom/bathe your dog. I know my dogs are always happy when they go to her house. She sends photo/video updates of your dog to make you comfortable as well. I look forward to those! I highly recommend her for your daycare/boarding needs. You will not regret it! One of the best places I've taken my pets.

We have finally found a doggie daycare for our 5 month old lab, Harley. Cynthia has the perfect setup for pups, rain or shine. She took great care of our boy and you can definitely tell she has a love for animals! This was Harley’s first time being in daycare all day and when I picked him up, I’m pretty sure he didn’t want to leave his new puppy friends. We will be back and on a regular basis. Thanks so much for loving on our baby today!

I've taken my dog here for a couple of years now, and even though I've moved and it's a 30+ minute drive to get there now, it's worth the extra drive. I love that my dog doesn't just sit lonely in a kennel all day. He gets to run around - unleashed! - in a great play area. He gets lots of personal interaction, not just someone who feeds him and lets him out twice a day. And she posts pictures and videos too, so you can see them all having fun. I wouldn't take him anywhere else! Thanks, Cynthia, for having such a great place where I can bring my dog and know he'll be loved and treated well!

Cynthia and her helpers are great! No matter the size of your dog(s), or if its daycare or boarding, they are given lots of love and plenty of playtime. It's been that way since day 1, and we've been coming for 6 years 🐶🐕🐩🐾🐾 …

Cynthia is great, she is organized, responds quickly and she is very nice. The dogs get plenty of time outside and she posts videos on Facebook so you can see what your babies are up to! I would definitely recommend Unleashed Pet Resort!

I recently moved to Charlotte and couldn't use my (new) regular in-home dogsitter for a work trip so I reached out to Charlotte Kennels because one of my dogs is leash and barrier reactive and I'd read that they had experience with spicy dogs. I was worried about him staying in a facility with a bunch of other dogs, but they made me feel comfortable leaving him with them. They were also so helpful during the booking process because I was boarding two dogs and I wanted to get the younger one evaluated for playgroup, but still wanted her to stay/play with her brother. The pups' stay was great. Check-in was easy, and I loved getting their report cards. I can tell my 1-year-old girl had a great time at her first playgroup because they sent some great pictures. They also filled me in on how the dogs were doing when I called to check in on them. When they recapped the stay at pick up, I could tell I'd made a good choice for my reactive guy because they had a plan to get him out for potty breaks and individual play without stressing him out. I can't express enough how much I appreciate the care that Charlotte Kennels took with my pups. I will 100% be using them again when the need arises. And I plan to bring my younger dog in for daycare days because she seemed to enjoy it so much!

Highly recommend! This is Petey's third day care session with CK, and I'm extremely happy with the care they give my senior pup. I was worried about him with other dogs due to his reactivity when I'm with him, but he's had a great time, has had no issues interacting with the other pups, and comes home tired and happy! The staff are all very nice, and you can tell they truly love the pets in their care. Thank you so much CK!!

Audrey is so awesome! I have a 90lb reactive dog who is a sweetheart but can be a little nuts at times and they take amazing care of him! If you need to board your pet, but are worried about them just know they will be just fine and this is the place to bring them!

Just picked up my kitties from vacation and I couldn’t recommend Charlotte Kennels enough!! The staff was awesome and even sent me “report cards” on how they were doing throughout the week. I was a little nervous about leaving them in a new place but I was not disappointed in the least! So glad I found somewhere I can comfortably leave my babies and not have to worry. Everyone at Charlotte Kennels is so sweet with our old doggy! CK is always my first choice when I know we need to board our Sadie. They always provide top notch care and will contact me if Sadie doesn’t seem to feel well. 100% recommend!!

Thank you for taking such great care of my big, nervous girls! It has been 2 years since I have been able to travel out of state to see family due to not having an option to board my pups. I have two large, high energy, anxious cane corso mix girls. One has shown reactivity and sees a behavioralist. Charlotte Kennels were not afraid of my pups size, and took the time to calm by own anxiety by taking note of all their various likes, needs, and quirks. They took the time to allow confident staff to build a rapport with them instead of ignoring or fearing them. Was a huge relief to know my girls were safely cared for while I was away. Will surely utilize again!

Charlotte Kennels went above and beyond for me and my cat, Bruce Willis. The staff was kind and accommodating which made a difficult situation for us go very smoothly. They sent multiple pictures and updates during my time away and took such great care of my boy. I recommend Charlotte Kennels to any pet owner. The staff will take care of you and your pet.

Our 2 year old Beagle, Bandit, had the best time boarding with them for 2.5 weeks. Staff treated him as if he was their own dog. ♥️ They sent daily photos and videos as well as putting together fun dress-up events for the dogs.

My 1 y/o Carin Terrier Archer has made 11 daycare visits. I’m not one to post reviews right off the bat so wanted to wait till he got a few visits under his collar. We love this place, the people and the atmosphere! Archers all excited when we go in and is ready for nap time when he gets home. He’s hyper and we enjoy the break! We received good information about what we need to do for boarding our dog, but I was a little disappointed finding out that the dogs cannot go outside. I understand there is probably something required of the facility that hasn't happened yet because it is new. I appreciate you having the shampooing service, but felt it was something that was pushed instead of recommended. I know it is not an easy job to clean a dog, but the price seemed high to me considering we will be paying for boarding. Overall your facility and staff was inviting and welcoming which we appreciate. That said, we hope you will become our dog's home away from home when we need somewhere safe, and caring for her to be when we are not in town.

Our wary 15 mos old Great Pyrenees passed her evaluation and found great friends and a new daycare/kennel home today! So glad, because another kennel sent her home after only two hours since she was so afraid of their singular large group approach with all breeds big and small combined. That was overwhelming for her. Their understanding and willingness to work with her and their smaller group socialization approach worked great for us at Hounds Town. What a relief, she will be back! Thank you Hounds Town!

We have absolutely loved how Hounds Town has taken in our sweet Everest! She plays and plays for days and before she comes home she gets the pampering of a nice bath and nails done! She of course loves to play so this is a great place for her to go. The staff are beyond welcoming and love her to bits so that's all you want. I would highly recommend this location.

I took my 1 yr old boxer, Star, to be evaluated at Hounds Town. The staff was so considerate to make sure that my boxer has a pleasant experience. They let her meet other dogs that she would be more compatible with so that she can be comfortable playing. It definitely put my mind at ease knowing that they truly care. I would recommend them to everyone! When we took her back for her first day of daycare, she absolutely loved it! She gets excited when we arrive at Hounds Town. She loves the staff and her new friends. There is no other place like this one. We love it here! Thank you Hounds Town 🩷

My 10 month old golden retriever! Went in for his evaluation before going to doggy daycare and they treated him amazing! It is a great place for him to get his energy out and I know he is being taken care of by the great staff!

I'll start with the staff - You can tell that every person there is a true animal lover that really gets to know their furry friends. The evaluation - They make sure that there are no distractions and all focus is on your pet. It's a very simple process of letting the dog get familiar with their surroundings, the staff, and seeing how they respond around another animal (carefully and safely). The reward - when your buddy passes the evaluation they get to try out the daycare! My baby loved it! I could tell she was excited about the people, the place, and her new friends. She can't wait to go back.

I am so glad I found Hounds Town Indian Trail. We had a family emergency and I had to drop my Papito (cat) without any previous notice and they were amazing. I got photos updates and they did everything they could to help him eat and not be anxious. I believe he had an amazing time. We used different cat hotels and boarding but nothing compares to how good I felt leaving my baby here.

We are EXTREMELY pleased with Hounds Town Indian Trail. We set up an eval day this morning for our pup. They offered a free day of daycare while we were there so our pup got to stay and play all day long! It was such an easy process and it was so reassuring seeing the employees care for other dogs that were getting dropped off for daycare. We could tell immediately how happy other dogs were when they were dropped off. Our pup came home happy and tired, and we cant wait until we take her back for boarding.

Such a wonderful place to be! The staff truly care about all the animals in the facility as if they were their own. The staff also take care of each other, and work as a well oiled machine to make sure the days run smoothly and the maximum amount of fun can be had! You truly gain a whole new family when you come to PetSuites Indian Trail.

I've boarded my dog at several different places but this was the best of them all! I love the fact that my fur baby spent most of her day in group play instead of being locked up in the cage, and the pawgress (progress) reports were authentic and not the typical carbon copy message saying that she's doing great messages that other kennels send. I can't say enough good things about this place. They will be our only boarding facility going forward! Petsuites Indian Trail--please keep up the great work!!!!

My dog starts getting excited before I make the turn into the lot. He jumps out of his car seat. He is shaking and squirming in my arms, he gets so excited. He once leaped out of my arms to get to the young ladies at the check in. He knows they will take him in the back to play. Feel content knowing he is safe and well cared for.

We LOVE the new Pet Suites in Indian Trail. It's a beautiful facility. ALL of the staff are phenomenal!! Our fur baby gets crazy excited when we tell her she gets to go to daycare. I can tell she loves and trusts the employees. I love being able to check on her on the live video feed but I have to force myself not to watch her all day. :) She always looks happy and when I see her lying in the sun I KNOW she feels safe and content. When she's happy, we're all happy!! Thank you so much for taking care of our baby!

The staff at Pet Suites are super friendly and always go out the way to take great care of my dog Marlow. He has always been skiddish, but I’ve even seen improvements with his level of comfortability around people since he’s been going to day care. His socialization skills are really improving. Every time we walk in, Marlow is greeted like a celebrity. We love going there!

I’m so happy I found PetSuites as our new family to stay for my sweet puppy. We are impressed on how friendly and thorough all the staff are. The place is super clean and they have awesome treats and toys. My dog loved it very much. This is our new favorite place now. Thank you so much for everyone for taking care of everything for my dog. I had my first boarding experience with Pet Suites in Indian Trail with four of my dogs. I am extremely satisfied with their services. I felt so at peace with my dogs being there. When dropping off my dogs, they allowed me to go in the back to see the suite and to tell my babies goodbye. The facility is very clean. Everyday I called to check on them and the staff didn’t give me a generic “they’re doing good”. The staff would go in the back to get an update and would inform me correctly of how they were doing. They also sent me pictures. The staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions that may come up. I look forward to using their services again in the future!

First time but won't be the last. Communication was fantastic and dogs adapted back home easily unlike a previous boarding elsewhere. So pleased to have PetSuites close. My dogs are older and the patience and care afforded them did not go unnoticed. So pleased with our first experience - have already booked again!

The staff (especially Anna) was so kind, helpful and personable. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the facility. They require a temperament test and slowly introduce the dogs so they can familiarize them on their first day. They also have camera access in daycare which was so cool and they offer cameras in their luxury suites which is great if you are traveling and just want to see your pup! I would highly recommend taking your furry friend here!

What a difference Pet Suites makes! From dropping off my 10 year old Golden Retreiver to picking him up, the staff was awesome! Communication was excellent. They sent me pictures of my guy playing. They were extremely attentive to detail at drop off not to miss any details and praised my guy at pick up. I definately recommend Pet Suites for the care, love and attention to detail of my pet!!

We love Buddy’s and are so glad we found them! We have been using them for 3 years now and cannot recommend them enough. Adrienne and the team are always so amazing and our pup, Luna Bean, really loves going there! It is always clean and the dogs are well taken care of!

I've used them twice, once in January and this past week in May. My Grimlock appeared to be happy & well after the first time, but the true telling of how well they treated him was in Grimlock's excitement to see them again. They have a clean, safe, social environment for Grimlock to go and have fun when I have to go out-of-town. Thats saying a lot for a rescue puppy with separation anxiety. 10/10, I definitely recommend Buddy'sBed & Biscuit for your puppy-sitting needs.

We took our two big dogs Ellie and Ginger to Buddy’s and we were always pleased with their care. Our girls crossed the rainbow bridge now but if we again we know Buddy’s will provide great care

We searched high and low for a great boarding facility for an unneutered dog and these guys did not disappoint!!! Adrienne & Her family were quick to respond to all of my worrisome questions!! It was our first time leaving our little man for five days straight and when I picked him up this morning it almost was like he was sad to leave!! I will forever be grateful and will definitely be using them for any trips we do in the future!!!

Wonderful experience. Kept in constant contact and the it’s clearly evident that both our dogs had a great time while boarding here. They were very upbeat and happy when we picked them up and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We do plan to continue using Buddy’s Bed and Biscuit in the future. Thanks!

My furbaby has separation anxiety which usually causes issues and he is so happy here. They are a local family run home away from home for our Thor, and he is played with by the owners themselves but thier son loves to play with him. Now Thor is a pitbull and might look intimidating to most, but he is a spoiled rotten part of our family and we are so thankful for Buddy's Bed and Biscuit.

I had boarded my boxer at PP Matthews for a few years and they were excellent. After she passed away, and some years passed, I started boarding my now 2 year old dog there, recently for a whole week. They are just as good now as they were then. They give your dog some time to get acclimated to the place with some one on one time which is great. I was able to watch her play on the cameras. She had a blast! Everyone there is very nice and caring. They put you at ease and assure you that your dog is in good hands. This is my place of choice for boarding then and still is now!

Our dog is always with us, as we work primarily remotely, so seeing her excited and eagerly go the techs when we rarely drop her off speaks volumes to how well she is treated. Upon picking her up, she is always well groomed, happy, and we are given a full briefing on how she behaved, what was done, highlights of her stay, and a full breakdown of the invoice. Awesome experience every time!

Love Pet Paradise Matthews! Our dog, Ginny, is particular on the types of dogs she will play with. The staff is so great at placing her in small groups with compatible personalities. I never worry about boarding her here like I did with other places, which is a huge relief.

My pups adore Jessica the groomer and she loves them, too. Always treats them like they were her own.

I’m giving 2 stars due to the past experiences being much better than my most recent! I have used Pet Paradise 4-5 times now since discovering them to let my dog go to “ doggy day camp “ which is what I pay for. The $40.00 day care option. The first two times he has come back and had a super upset stomach but seemed beyond happy and they told me he was so good and sweet etc. so we over looked that and continued to go. The last 2 times, I’m less than satisfied, on a Saturday the groomer was in lobby and put me on the spot to get him bathed adding more to the bill. And the most recent time I paid for a day of play, and they changed it to INDIVIDUAL without telling me and charging me more. No email no nothing. I’ve tried to contact and nothing. Now I’m questioning if every time l have paid for my dog to be in a crate alone, I’ve never seen him on the cameras either but I just tried to chalk that up to timing, now I am thinking otherwise. We planned to continue being customers but I’m unsure now, time to look into other alternatives now

This is my first time boarding my dog. Sarah has been so helpful and reassuring through this whole process. She really helped ease my mind. Every one there is so nice and knowledgeable.

Staff members are wonderful! They love my baby as much as I do and after 5 years of day camp, m-f, for 48 weeks out of the year, my pup is still excited to go inside every morning !

My dog went to Pet Paradise Lake Norman for years and loved it. We now live in Mint Hill so I've tried the one in Matthews. This place is a nasty dump! I have YET to see him on the Webcam inside or outside. He's not even tired when he gets home. I'm guessing they are crated all day since he's so full of energy when I pick him up. The place smells absolutely PUTRID! I, literally, gagged today while picking him up. I asked about play time and the girl said they played hard today. I know that's not true because we stopped by the dog park and he played for a solid hour nonstop. I know my dog! We aren't going back!

This was our first experience using a boarder (other than a 2-wk "training" camp). We loved being able to see how playful and loving the staff was with our Willow and how well Willow interacted with the other furbabies. The videos are so awesome because they allow for real -time views when we were missing our furbaby on vacation. We also looked forward to the pictures and report cards! Every encounter with any staff member was like talking to a friend who kept your furbaby instead of being "institutionalized" for lack of a better word. And affordability? That was SO VALUABLE to us. It's nice to know there is a safe, fun, place to go that allows the family to still be able to have money for other things, rather than costing half the amount of the entire vacation. Willow will be going back for visits!

We recently boarded our dogs at Pet Paradise Matthew’s and had a very disappointing experience. The management was terrible and clearly needs a lot more training to effectively deal with customers. Communication was poor, and they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. It's evident that the local and district management are not equipped to run this facility properly. I highly recommend using local boarding facilities instead of this national chain, as they are typically better managed and more attentive to both pets and their owners. I won't be returning to Pet Paradise.

We love Camp Bow Wow! My dog, Buzz is so happy and tired when he gets home. I know he's safe and has fun and the staff is wonderful. I let everyone I know who has a dog that it's a great place.

I love camp bow wow! The employees love my son, Joshua like he is there’s ! Joshua never likes to leave me he gets so scared but when he gets to camp he’s beyond excited. The extra classes are amazing too! They send pics of your doggy having the best day ever! Thank you for loving, Josh Allen!

I took my three dogs for the interview process this past weekend and had the best experience. We will be boarding with Camp Bow Wow from now on. Pic for cuteness.

Had my dog stay for 5 days overnight. Was given back the same amount of food with my dog visibly skinner. I was given the basic excuses but when I asked for further information they never took notes on her feeding schedules. The only thing I can think of was she wasn’t fed for almost the entire time she was there. I wouldn’t have made this post for this alone, but I picked her up she had a huge swollen red eye with the most disgusting puss oozing. No one mentioned this to me before pick up and I had to pay for an emergency vet visit where it was obviously expensive and vet said it must have been like this for days. Lastly the staff seems to be incompetent as there was always an issue when I was there. Someone getting charged wrong amounts, bring wrong dogs for pickups, staff never answering phones, and issues with reservations. Ultimately I cannot go back here. I let them know and they mentioned to try and make it up to me but the trust with this place is permanently lost. For someone who loves there dog so much and to have them be treated so poorly there is nothing that could correct this.

Great staff! The 4 employees I met during pickup and drop off were all sweet. I dropped my dog off for a boarding stay for 5 days and they took really good care of Zane. They sent pictures and made his first stay very comfortable for him. Oh and it’s also super clean inside. I watched the cameras daily and noticed they were on top of their cleaning. Very much appreciated.

I miss the old management? They loved and knew my dogs. This new group doesn’t seem to have everything together. The staff isn’t as friendly and seem to “sit in their office”. Also I have noticed the cameras are always down. The cameras were never down before and the staff was certainly more enthusiastic while welcoming and picking up our dogs

We love Camp Bow Wow! Our Benjy always has fun playing and boarding. Makes it so easy when going out of town to have peace of mind that our boy is happy!

What I like is that my dog is very happy to go. The service there is very friendly to our furry animals. It’s nice that they have special day of entertainment for our animals. They change it up every week. They celebrate all the holidays which includes our furry friends. It a very friendly atmosphere. They are always so welcoming smiles and greetings.

I have been using queen city petsitting for years and highly recommend them!! Let's start with James. I can always count on James to answer any questions I have and assign the right person for my fur babies. He is courteous, professional and always extends a helping hand when you need one. In fact, we just got a 2 month old kitten who needed additional TLC in the evenings, this was over the Christmas holidays, and he found us a catsitter that could take care of her. We also want to thank Idelisse for taking care of our fur babies in the evening, even through thr Christmas holidays. Last but not least, Mallory is a godsend! We've been requesting Mallory for years and we can always count on her. She made herself available over the Christmas holidays, our fur babies love her, hang out with her and spends quality time with them. Our vacations are always stress free as we know that our fur babies are in good hands!

I was very grateful to find Queen City Pet Sitting. This was the first extended vacation I took with my parents, and usually we are each other's sitters when we travel. I rely heavily on reviews and stumbled upon QC Pet Sitting and I could not be happier! Stacey the owner immediately responded to my query and provided me with a quote. Their prices are fair and reasonable compared to their competitors and the services did not disappoint. Sarah stayed with our 3 pups in my home while we were on a 7-night cruise. I was very nervous since this is the longest any of has have left our furbabies with someone who wasn’t family. However, Sarah was extremely professional and gave us a huge sense of security and relief knowing they were safe in my home taken care of and treated like family. She sent timely updates and photos (and snuggled in bed) with every visit and kept me in the loop the entire vacation! I cannot thank Sarah and Queen City PS for their services. It is so wonderful to have this option in the future. We are already planning our next trip!

The management is professional and prompt to get back to you if a question or concern arises. The sitters that we have had have been wonderful with our 4 legged baby. We’ve used Queen City Pet Sitting 2-3 times now and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Our pet sitters came to meet us, get the layout of the house, introduce themselves to the pets (5 cats, some more skittish than others), and set up the schedule with us. Each pet sitter was diligent in letting us know when they stopped by the house and sent pictures of the pets (have added some of those to this review). We’ve had great experiences with them and will continue to use them when we have trips out of town! Stacey, the owner, and the staff are very communicative, friendly, and quick to answer questions whenever asked!

We were really happy with the care that Dennis took over our two cats while we were away. He visited us beforehand to learn the routine and meet them, and then communicated really thoroughly with us about each visit, including photos. That really set our minds at ease that the cats were being well looked after. We'd highly recommend him and Queen City Pet Sitting.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge. I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution. Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

My family had a long trip planned, at the last minute I realized I needed pet care, my usual sitter wasn’t available. One of my neighbors uses someone from Queen City and loves them. So I reached out, the owner Stacey immediately called me, she hooked me up with the best pet sitter ever! Sharon took such good care of my babies, went above and beyond doing things that needed done like bringing in packages. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her, but Stacey reassured me she’d been thoroughly background checked with lots of glowing references. She lived up to all the praise!! It’s so nice to have someone like that to trust your fur babies and your home with when you leave town. I’m so grateful to Stacey and Sharon…they took care of me and my babies when I was in need!

I have used Charlotte Metro Pet Group LLC on two different occasions. I cannot say enough good things about them. From their love of my pets (if either ever go missing, I’m calling this sitters first! 😜) , to their respect for my home, to the ease of reserving and making sure they know all they should, to caring for our RABBIT Thump: they are amazing! My walkers/Sadie & George’s “aunties” are AMAZING. They have tips for my dogs, clean up after oops, and send me sweet photos while away. They took such good care of my dog, Chewy, while I was out of town and when an illness delayed my return, they were able to extend Chewy's wonderful care until I could return. I highly recommend them - your pet could not be in better hands!

My kitties got wonderful care while I was out of the country. I received daily email updates with pictures which was wonderful. Lori did a wonderful job looking after them. I did not have to worry about them as I knew they were being well taken care of, and that if for some reason Lori could not go by one day there were two backups in place. Could not be more pleased and will definitely use this wonderful team again!

Incredible people, and incredible service. I was looking for a chicken sitter, which is very difficult to find, and CMP/Lucie came through. The chickens were cared for extremely well and lovingly. Everything was done as if I was there, and the updates and pictures really made me feel secure. I would highly recommend CMP and I cannot say enough good things about the service, care of my pets, easy to use portal, and updates. Jamie and Debbie did an incredible job, so kudos.

First time having to board my dog. I have a 9 month old Blue Heeler. From the moment I walked in the door they welcomed us with smiles and it made me feel at ease. Beth told me all about the schedule from morning to night. She let me know that I could text while my dog was there. It was nice that I got pictures sent to my cell phone the next day. When I picked my dog up he was so happy to see me. I even asked about having him there for a day. I would recommend them 10/10. Happy dog/Happy mom!! Especially over the holidays. Pressly Playcation has been amazing for our pittie mix. Been using them since October 2023 for daycare and boarding. Has completely opened up our once shy/anxious pup. When it’s time to pick her up she doesn’t want to leave. The staff is fantastic and loves each dog like they’re their own.

My mom's dog LOVES coming here! They treat her like their own pet and we love the pictures. She always has a great time and we love knowing she's safe and happy!

I just want everyone to know how amazing the staff is at Pressley Playcation Station. They truly care for my beagle and they totally understand his needs. The staff are friendly, very receptive, and super professional! I am so very glad that we found them. Would not want to board my dog anywhere else❤️

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Pressly doggy Day care. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare for both me. When I dropped off my dog, the day I was leaving the country, I was informed that I had a balance of $245. I had paid for 3 months of daycare and boarding in April. I had a conversation with the manager and she said the confusion was due to me booking and paying. She told me to not pay months in advance. To pay monthly. Then they waited until I was leaving the country, 3 months later to say, we went over everything in April. We saw you still owe us $245. I explained then in April. The STAFF did the computations and told me how much. I paid what they said it would be. Yet my dog went DAILY in April, May and June and all of July, to tell me. They didn’t answer the phone to give an explanation, despite me calling several times.. The day I am leaving the country I had to drive to where the manager is to provide an explanation. Due to the inconsistency and inconvenience, I told the manager that my puppy wouid no longer attend Pressly. The manager attitude was apathetic and disinterested. No apologies offered. It’s just my puppy and I, and I was leaving for Israel, that evening. There was no other arrangements I could make. The manager didn’t care and was not interested. Secondly, When I picked my puppy up yesterday, he was dirty and smelly and he had lost weight. He looked and smelled horrific. I had to immediately take him to be washed and cleaned. He smelled so bad. I couldn’t take him inside the house. Even the groomer mentioned how he smelled. I think that because I said that I would be removing him, they didn’t care for him properly. To top it off, the daycare is quite expensive for the level of care provided. I was paying over $500+ a month for my puppy. I am disappointed in Pressly and their manager. In conclusion, I would not recommend them and my puppy will never return.

Pressly Playcation Station takes amazing care of our dogs. Anytime we need to board our dogs, we know they are in loving hands. I highly recommend Pressly!

Lynn does a wonderful job of grooming Mischa each time! When I pick up Mischa she is calm and happy. Of course, her new cut looks great!! We are planning a return visit now!!!

Poor communication. Put my dog in 1:1 care, never had an issue with her in dog groups at this facility or other daycares. Charged extra $10/day. Will not be returning.

My sister's dog is now the lone dog in the household, and has no dog friends in the neighborhood. There are no dog parks in Monroe. Took her to Pressly to see how that would work out. She was like a different dog after her first day there, I could tell that she had had a good time, and she was relaxed and calm after her visit. After a second visit a couple of weeks later, I noticed that when we walk she doesn't pull on the leash like she used to. I can see that her Playcation days are good for her so it will now be regular thing to take her there for a day of fun.

Our beagle Lilly LOVES going to Pressly Playcation Station. She's exhausted every night from all the fun play time. The staff all truly love animals and they are also customer-focused. When I am there to drop off or pick up my dog, I'm typically in a hurry to get to work or to pick up my daughter from school and the staff works quickly to make process super simple. I also love the pictures that they share daily on Facebook.
