You can’t find a better place for your pup! Brian and Pilalak take such great care of our dog on so many occasions. Not only do they make pick up and drop off convenient, send pictures throughout the day, they also accommodate my dogs varying food schedule and keep me updated on any issues. I’ve had many of my dogs go to many doggy daycare locations and this place is the best by far! You and your puppy won’t be disappointed. This is not a kennel, this is my dogs “happy place”.

My little old lady loves it here. Pet Paradise always sends photos at least once if not twice a day to let us know how she's doing. I think they love her just as much as we do! Highly recommended.

Brian and Pilalak took great care of our dog while we were on vacation. This was a new experience for Mocha, hanging out with multiple dogs for several days. She handled the experience well all thanks to Brian and Pilalak’s attention and care. Mocha came home exhausted.

Pet Paradise Eastside is by far the best option when you have to leave your beloved dog/cat! We all want to know that our pet is being taken care of right and not neglected. They give personalized attention and care, and the environment is beautiful, clean, and literally a paradise for them to run around. We received updated pictures of what she was doing throughout the day. Very personable and professional - we have done repeat business there and will continue to do so. Awesome place!!!

Thank you so much for taking care of my cat while I was on vacation! I left to Vietnam for 3 weeks and luckily Pet Paradise was available to watch my cat while I was gone. They are so nice and have an amazing space for my cat, completely separate from all the dogs. They sent me pictures and videos and reassured that everything was going smoothly, and the checkin and checkout process was a breeze. Brian and Pilalak are so friendly and great to talk to, and I’ll definitely be calling them next time I need to get away :)

Was in Seattle last August, Pet Paradise Eastside is my first option for daycare. Pickles Playland is hands down the BEST! Nikki and team are amazing with my boys. My dogs are so excited to go to Daycare and see the amazing Pickles crew and all their furry friends. Pickles is a one stop shop for boarding, daycare, and bath/spa treatments! I would highly recommend the Playland you will not regret it! The picture below is my boys after a fun day at the Playland!

Disappointing and frustrating experience. We signed up for dog yoga but when we got here a sign on the door said it’s been moved to tomorrow. Don’t remember receiving any email notifying us of the change, so I dig through my emails. Finally find an email sent this morning, with the subject title “Jackie the cat groomer, Adoptable Tilly, & MORE!”, a newsletter style email. At the very bottom is a note that tonight’s dog yoga is being rescheduled. I don’t know if I can think of a worse way to let customers know it’s being rescheduled. Did they expect everybody to open and read through this entire email a few hours before the event to get the update? At least put something about it in the subject line. I don’t know if I’ve encountered worse communication from a business - just baffling stuff

Amazing groomers! Cutest haircut for my dog. Love that I can send picture examples and description ahead of time. They also send me a pic via text before they take her off the grooming table to make sure I don't want anything changed. It's also great she can do day care the day of grooming included in grooming price.

Wicket loves his weekly visit to Pickles Playland. It gives him a safe environment to socialize with other dogs. Since they have opened, we have also use their daycare when Wicket would normally have been left home alone for too long. It's been a great alternative.

They offer grooming!!! When you walk into Pickles Playland, the first thing you notice is how good it smells. I've never walked into any type of dog boarding, daycare, or kennel that didn't smell like chemicals and dog pee except for Pickles Playland. The staff is wonderful and very tentative. The dogs are well taken care of and definitely lived on. The convience of being able to take my dog in for daycare and grooming is amazing! I highly recommend any of their locations.

This place is so disorganized and unprofessional - would not trust this place with my pets. We booked dog yoga here, paid for it online, and they changed the time without even letting us know. We drove all the way here in rush hour traffic only to find the place closed. It was very frustrating and we were really looking forward. Overall just makes a very negative experience :/

My sweet little man Benji needed a way to spend more time with other dogs, to work on his social skills and burn off some of that puppy energy. Our first visit Benji was not convinced about daycare - he spend the day observing and hanging out with the humans. Pickles staff gave us guidance to try again, and throught that Benji’s confidence will grow. By his 3rd visit Benji started pulling me to the door. He clearly loves his daycare days! The staff are so lovely, clearly love dogs, and are just the sweetest. Could not recommend more highly! Benji also gets groomed here - and they do such a fantastic job.

We’ve been taking our pup crouton to Pickles since she was old enough to start daycare and absolutely love everything about them! The facilities are kept super clean, the workers are super friendly, and I trust my dog is taken care of when she is there. We also do grooming with Pickles. They even offer daycare with a grooming appointment which is an added bonus to getting the cutest haircut! Best doggy daycare out there!

Best daycare ever. Our dog has been to all three Pickles locations, most recently Issaquah, which was a great experience.She has been going to Pickles from the time she was a puppy. We are always greeted with the most kind and caring staff, they are excited to see our dog. The facility is very clean and safe environment. We have done daycare, grooming, training and boarding. We have such confidence that she will be loved on and cared for when she is at Pickles. Honestly we can’t say enough good things about Pickles Playland. So thankful the Issaquah location was added!

Words can't express how much we value and appreciate the loving care and fun our dog Everest receives every day at Pickles! They do a fantastic job of grooming. Their daycare is always clean and tidy. The events the owner plans are incredibly fun and and we get fun pictures . Pickles Playland is a complete safe environment for our Everest.

Ren goes so far above and beyond any of my expectations and past experiences. The level of personalized research she does and the dedicated questions to ensure she is meeting the needs of my creatures allows me to be at ease while away. To come home and find each of them so comfortable, happy and calm is an amazing treat.

Always a breeze checking in and out. Convenient location. Friendly staff. The only dislike is that they make the pets go to the bathroom directly on the floor. Still 5 stars.

Not really a friendly "Hotel" for pet unless your loved one is well trained for crate and is very independent, it's slightly better than an animal shelter. It was a horrible experience, I dropped my dog there (booked one full week stay), I took flight out of WA, but the staff called me the second day late evening (~9 pm right before its store close) requesting me to arrange someone for picking up as soon as possible, just because they felt that my dog was over reactive (I had no idea why). I asked them to leave my dog alone for a while but the staff strongly insisted picking up because of their store policy, seriously??? Wong time and Wrong Policy! I was so tired of traveling and had to deal with such an emergency. Worried about my dog that whole night, I spent hours to call and find someone to help. Fortunately one great neighbor helped pickup my dog the next day and they had NO Issue holding, playing with my dog, I felt so relieved when they shared pictures with me. But my dog had constipation problem which I suspect PetHotel didn’t provide enough water! PetHotel treats pets only as business at best and shows no love to them, it's horrible that my travel was almost ruined! Please don't put your plan and furry friends on risk!

Twice now I've been been bitten by their reservation process whereby you make a reservation online and then wait for a confirmation. One time a reservation fell through due to availability and I missed their call because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. A second time, I just never got a confirmation and when I went in person to figure out what was up, I was told that the PetsHotel was being closed for the whole month and thus the reservation wouldn't have been possible anyway. Heres' an idea! Don't allow the reservation online unless the space available. Reservations are a fundamental use case. Other than that, the service was pretty standard. But I'll never use them again.

My dog is very shy but with time he really warmed up to the staff and is always very excited to see the regulars!

SnR Pet Care is truly awesome! We are new to the area and were in need of a new pet sitter for our cat. She's quite social, so we wanted to make sure whoever looked after her would be able to play with her and make sure she got some attention. Sandy and Randall were great, and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. SnR is very communicative and organized, which put my mind at ease while we were away. We got daily check-in photos and updates as to how our cat was doing. Thank you both for taking such good care of her! If you need a new pet sitter or care taker, look no further! They are fantastic!

SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. I whole-heartedly recommend SnR. It's so amazing to find to such wonderful care for my babies in such a small town.

SNR was absolutely amazing: Pet sitting three cats and four hermit crabs is no small chore, but they knocked it out of the park! I already have them scheduled for our next outing. Highly recommend!!

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She took great care of my Guinea pig for a few days while I was out of town! She followed all of my instructions and gave my furbaby all the care and attention he needed. Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. I highly recommend Comfy Critters for great in-home pet sitting when you need to travel! We have been trusting Shari for years with the care of our cats and have been extremely happy. She is highly reliable with great availability and always takes the time to make sure our companions are happy and healthy. Shari offers a few different options for daily visits and overnight stays and will also get your mail and/or put out your trash on those longer trips. She can also give many routine medicines and will snap photos of your pets so you can see that everything is going well. We get great peace of mind knowing Shari is checking in on the kitties whenever we take a trip. Definitely thankful to have her on speed dial!

I know she takes great care of them and they enjoy being with her. I really feel like I don't have to worry about them when they are in her care.

Kat and her husband put their all into what they do. They take wonderful care of all who boards with them and Kat is an exceptional trainer. She truly has a gift. If you're in the area and want the best care for your pet, this is the only way to go!

We have taken our cat to Cheshire Inn several times in less than a year and each visit has been a delight. Our cat really seems to be happy staying in the spacious suites with a view of entertaining wildlife. Amy sends daily updates with pictures, which provides our family with peace of mind when we are out of town. She is super friendly and very responsive to any questions and bookings. Cheshire Inn will continue to be our cat's "second home" while we're away.

I am so glad and grateful that I found this hidden gem that is The Cheshire Inn before I left for a long stay abroad. I think Anna the owner is a cat whisperer! Yes she is that awesome :) I learned so much from her. I had peace of mind. My cat is happy. This is a stellar five-star hotel for cats. If you need a place where your kitties will be loved and pampered every single day, this is it! If your kitties need a zen-like getaway, this is it! It is exactly as pictured on the website. This is the only little haven I am boarding my kitty from now on.

I only have nice things to say about this place. My cats are finicky so so am I, but here I am giving out 5 stars. We have tried a few boarding places prior to Cheshire Inn and none of them could match the level of attention our cats were given. The owner/employees are attentive and caring, and the environment is clean and spacious. Our cats are usually timid but they were already eating full meals the first day of our second visit. Their holiday season booking was already full since last month, so obviously other cats enjoy boarding here too!

We’ve used Cheshire Inn twice, mix of short and long stays, and they’re incredible! Our cat almost seemed disappointed to leave. Really appreciate the Insta videos during her stay, as well. Will absolutely come back here again and again.

We boarded our kitty here for a week over the holiday. Cheshire Inn was extremely accommodating and responsive. They sent daily updates during our trip. I toured the facilty prior to booking and its exactly as shown in the pictures on their website. The environment is clean, calm, and relaxing. It was nice to travel knowing that our little guy was well cared for while we were away. Will not hesitate to book here again in the future.

MaryEllen's Creekside Critter Care (CCC) has been boarding our dogs for the last 7 years. Our older super-mutt, Gus, always knows where he is when we pull into her driveway. He truly enjoys his time there. We had a little Yorkie who initially manifested separation anxiety when we would leave her behind, but MaryEllen's special focus on making each client's dog be comfortable, won her over. Annabelle enjoyed being bossy and ruling the court at Creekside. We've got two new Yorkies now and the three dogs were in CCC's care for a week recently. The pictures and videos MaryEllen sent, showed how happily our dogs played with the other dogs at CCC. We highly recommend Creekside Critter Care.

We have a 17+ yr old cat with a number of health issues. We were very reluctant to leave her with anyone since our move to Seattle 2yrs ago. We felt very comfortable with Joe and Maryellen when we met with them for a meet and greet. Joe has been cat sitting for us for about 6 months now. Tubby has totally become friends with Joe. It took awhile because she’s very shy. But Joe’s persistence paid off and now she’s the ‘boss’. We love it. Joe is always contactable via texts. He sends us updates and pictures. I have changed feeding instructions numerous times and he’s been so very patient with us and Tubby. We love Joe. Most importantly Tubby does. We highly recommend his services.

Critter care is the best! We've been taking our family dogs here for almost 20 years and there isn't anyone I trust more to watch him. We not only don't have to worry about our dog on vacation but know that he's having a vacation of his own!

I can’t say enough good things about Maryellen & Ann. We brought a very frightened little 7 month old cattle dog into our family from a rescue. They both have worked with her from almost day one. The patience, expertise & kindness went a long way. She warmed up to them right away even though she was afraid of mostly everything! She comes home tired from a day of playing yet they are careful she’s not overly stimulated. Cattle dogs don’t have a “off” button & need to coaxed to take a time out😅. I also appreciate the boost in confidence I get. Never having had a rescue pup before I am so appreciative of all the tips that help to bring the best out in our girl Marley. I go to work & know she’s well taken care of & having a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending them & know you will be pleased with their services.

Creekside Critter Care is the best pet care team I've used. My dog is not easy - she is very skeptical of strangers and new people but she took to Ann straightaway. Even though she is very uncertain when I am away, the Critter Care team knew just how to make her feel secure. Now Ann is her favorite person and so excited to see her!
