It was clear Griz was very comfortable during the stay! She also took care to leave the house clean, even washing the bedding. Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

I was so nervous leaving my baby girl at a daycare facility. I didn’t know what to expect, but Millie went for her first week. (Mom & Thursday) and houndstown has been AMAZING. The staff are all so friendly and we’re so kind to my baby. The place is nice and clean and they clearly love the animals they care for. And Millie has come home both days ready to Sleep. I am so excited to continue to bring her and get to know more of the staff and the doggos! Thank you houndstown!
Hounds Town Reading is Remy's favorite place to be! He absolutely loves it there, and in fact, is very disappointed if he doesn't get to go to daycare! He comes home a very happy, fulfilled, tired puppy. We also took our tripod dobbie, Nemo (who has since crossed the rainbow bridge), there and they were so gracious in accommodating him and his special needs. Mitch and all the staff are fabulous and you can bet they will love your dog as much as you do. I have 100% confidence in leaving our beloved furbabies with Hounds Town!! So grateful!

A fantastic experience! Very clean facilities and super nice staff! It was both dog’s first time in daycare and they did great! It’s no joke about the “Houndstown Hangover” because they were exhausted from hours of play!! The staff treated our dogs like their own and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. I know our dogs can’t wait to go back! Plus they got great report cards!
The first time we went into HT my dog put on his brakes before going in. After his first doggy daycare experience he was pulling us into the building with excitement to play with his new friends. What a relief to know I don't need to worry about him.

Everyone I met has thr dog's best interest at heart. Having a dog evaluated before they agree for care is wonderful, and made me feel at ease taking my dog. The free daycare day is a great add on before boarding. The facility is clean, and smells great. The staff has been wonderful.
Staff answered all my questions and took care of my Pup like their own while under their care for doggie daycare! Staff was very accommodating to all our questions and needs. My 8 month old Golden Retriever pup spent the whole day in the Doggie Daycare and came home exhausted after a full day of play! Report Card is a great thing they do here, as it gives you a recap of your pups day! We know our Dog will be in great hands later this week as we are going away for 3 days and our pup will be boarding with them.
Hounds Town Reading has been such a blessing for our family! This was our first week long vacation without our boy, Alfie, and I felt such relief to leave him with amazing staff, comfortable accommodations, and all his doggie buds! The staff interacts with the dogs and takes many pictures and videos which put my mind at ease whenever I was thinking about him. I can tell how happy and well cared for he is every time I pick him up from here! Worth every penny to know our boy is not only safe but getting lots of exercise playing with other dogs. Daycare/ boarding here is the best way to get his puppy energy out, we love Hounds Town!

I had 'THE BEST' experience with 'The Berks Pet Care' team, and will definitely use them again. I was a little skeptical at first when trying to decide if I should hire a pet care agency, but; my fears were short lived. The team members were all very warm and welcoming! Their communication skills were exceptional. I received daily photo's of the my kitties, with updates on their food and treats. All team members were polite and professional. Everything was kept neat and clean, just as I left it. Yes, I would highly recommend this team!
I have used Berks Pet Care to take care of my cat during multiple vacations. Every day they share pictures of my cat and report on how she is doing. They take the time to sit snd play with her for a while and the pictures show me how much she enjoys their visits. She especially loves her visits from Brandon.
I cannot express how much I value everyone at Berks Pet Care. We started using them last summer instead of boarding. Not only can my dog stay comfortable at home, but I didn't have to get him all of the dangerous vaccines that are needed for boarding. I have had ZERO concerns while my dog has been in their care. This company is not interested in providing the best care it can to your pets or ensuring that they are treating your property in the best way possible. They will not send the person that will be taking care of your pet to an initial visit to ensure that special requirements are communicated properly. Instead they have someone else fulfilling this requirement creating a second hand information situation that will inevitably lead to misunderstanding of your specific requirements. I would never recommend this company for anyone that desires the best care for their pet or to maintain a secure home. They will probably cow tow this review but I stand behind it. The owner is only in it for the money.
