We came home to an immaculate house, a happy cat - and a delicious meal. We enjoyed their company and hope to see them again. Conscientious, practical and charming. We also liked that, in our absence, they had fun exploring this lovely area.

As soon as Ava and I met for a little video chat, I could tell that all would be ok. Ava (and Lukas) are sweet, fun and uncomplicated. I have been completely worry free while away and I returned to a home which had been well taken care of. And PuKa and PiPi seemed more than happy too. Ava sent a few photos along the sit and she was overall easy to communicate with. It has been a really nice feeling knowing that she (and Lukas) were in charge. I would have them home again anytime.

Yana and Oleksandr were fantastic sitters, and we have no hesitation in recommending them. They are trustworthy, reliable, well organised and self sufficient. They impressed us from the first zoom call, immediately asking us about the dogs and their routine (which very few other applicants did). Ginji and Blanca fell in love with them both. They looked after the dogs really well, even managing Blanca's hated daily eye drops. Whilst we were away, they kept the garden and terrace plants watered; we returned to greenery and fruit and vegetables ready for eating. The water tank (swimming pool) was cleaner than it has ever been in August, and the house was neat and gleaming and the terrace too, despite the calima (Sahara dust) that blows over this part of Spain. They were good at keeping in touch and sent photos of the dogs on their mountain walks - and made us a delicious dinner on our return. Yanna and Oleksandr are lovely people; they travel lightly on this land, and we wish them the very best.

We had a wonderful holiday knowing that our lovely dog, Lottie and our home were so well cared for by Eszter and Javier. From the moment we were in touch, both Eszter and Javier were professional, responsive and engaged with all the detail for Lottie and our home. They were a pleasure to have to stay and we hope they do so again in the future. Our electrics decided to cut out whilst we were away and Eszter and Javier were so calm and patient helping me sort things from a different time zone. I very much appreciated their understanding and help in resolving the problem. They were wonderful with Lottie who was calm, settled and happy when we returned. The house was tidy and clean and they had even left us a delicious home-made Spanish lunch in the fridge. Thank you to Eszter and Javier - we would highly recommend.

Estevao was great! Really nice man and he took good care of Buddy and was respectful of my home and left it very clean and tidy. He kept in good communication and sent me pictures and videos of Buddy whilst I was away. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless.
