I highly recommend Karma Dior for pet sitting and boarding. We needed to put our super shy King Charles Spaniel somewhere while we visited Syracuse University. Erika - owner of Karma Dior - was so accommodating and kind to our sweet girl. She knew how nervous we were so shared pictures and let us know how she was the whole time she was in her care. I cannot say enough good things about her and how she runs her business!

I was from out of town and needed last minute day care for my two Golden Doodles. Karma Dior came to the rescue! They couldn’t have been in better hands. Dogs had a blast.

We have 2 puppies, a pit bull terrier and a standard poodle. We were looking for boarding since we had a sudden trip to make and we couldn’t bring them with us. We found Karma Dior 2 days before the trip, and the process was very smooth. We were able to drop them off and leave with a peace of mind. The environment was such a dog haven that within minutes of first meeting, our puppies felt at home. Erika, the owner demonstrated her expertise with pets. As dog parents, my wife and I had a great trip because we both know our puppies are in great love and care. We couldn’t ask for more. She provided more than enough updates along with plenty of pictures and videos. For those dog parents out there that needs boarding, I highly recommend Karma Dior. A home away from home for pets.

We rescued a semi feral cat from the street. KARMA DIOR was my go-to. Her patience on the phone (I am hard of hearing) was appreciated. Her patience with my new friend was amazing!! Oh and he looks great too!!

Erika, the owner, was very acommodating in our last minute boarding needs for a long weekend. We had never boarded our dog before. She assured us with lots of pictures, and videos showing him having a great time and making friends with other dogs. I recommend Karma Dior for pet boarding anytime. I was pleased to know there was plenty of outside time to play, and my dog seemed very happy there.

We were looking for care for our needy, shy and sheepish Pitty. My husband and I were extremely impressed by Erica’s online presence, so we went and checked her out. And when I tell you it’s a no brainer—I mean it. We did several daycare days before boarding our pup for 2 nights, and I cannot tell you how good we felt leaving her at Karma Dior. What you’re getting is small scale, knowledgeable, caring and home-like environment for your pet. What you’re not getting is being upsold in a sterile, 1 of 100 dogs type daycare. We will definitely continue to utilize Karma Dior for our big baby.

Howl was very happy after being groomed by Erika of Karma Dior! He had such great energy and excitement. Erika has a great holistic approach and worked with your dog to make them comfortable with the grooming process. Howl responded well to the approach. Pricing was very reasonable for the services. This was the first time that me and my dog uno Young lady and I must say she did a Marvelous job an amazing job And I'm, let's say she's wonderful with animals. The first time that my dog met her. He loved to immediately please take your pets. To go see her, she's wonderful. You will love her services and she's a great person My dog went from this to this. This girl is the real deal. Brought my HYPER Westie for a groom. What a great experience! I was nervous, as this was only his second time being groomed, and like I said, HYPER! Well, a couple hours later I was BLOWN AWAY with how GREAT he looked, smelled, and SMILED. He tells me he had a GREAT experience, and is demanding to be considered a " regular". This girl runs a small, over run facility. Seems her biggest concern is the animals. She could use all the help she can get... Get to know Karma Dior, you will be VERY happy!

Mizz Dee's Pampered Pet Care is the BEST you and your furry family members will experience I promise you ❤️. The services provided are top notch professional. I was gone for 3 weeks and never did I have to worry about my fur babies she provided videos and pictures EVERYDAY 3 times a day. I have a 19 year old begal who has special needs Mizz Dee's was knowledgeable on the care needed and I greatly appreciative of her services. My 6 year old Begal mix loves her to death as well. My home was secure, clean and I trust her so much she still has access if I ever have a emergency and need her to ensure everything is okay. The services are reasonably priced actually she should charge more.lol. In this doggy dog world there are still some people you can trust that will care for what matters to you Mizz Dee's is that person, that service we can't afford not to use and support. I wish I could give this company 10 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️. Try it out you will not be disappointed or worried.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mizz Dees Pampered Pet Care. We had to leave town for a week and our two kitties are so young and need so much care and love, and Mizz Dees was the perfect place to leave them. They were well cared for, well fed and most of all loved on. We got cute photos while on vacation and we felt so confident knowing our sweet babies were in good hands that we were able to relax and enjoy our trip. Our older kitty was in their care when he was just a baby before I brought him home for adoption, so Mizz Dees will always have a special place in our heart. I absolutely recommend them for your pet care services!

Miss Dees Pampered Pet Care took care of my 8 month old Chocolate Lab, Cairo, while I was on vacation. My lab is a big baby and a handful!! He has so much energy!! Mizz Dee took such good care of him. The pictures I received while gone were of him having such a good time. I was worried leaving him, as this was the first time he was away from my family, but she eased my worries with the care she provided. I will always use her services when I need care for him.

Mizz Dee has watched our 10 year old black lab for years now. We love her and trust her to take the best care of our fur baby. She has been available when we’ve needed her, keeps us in the loop when she is watching him, and our guy is exactly himself when we see him at the end of the visit. We trust her and will hire her as long as we have pets!

Mizz Dees is my go to when it comes to babysitting my dog! She has been his sitter for over a year now and every time I drop him off he’s so excited to see everyone! She takes great care and daily updates. I can’t wait for the next time she watches my pup!

We used Mizz Dees during our last vacation, and she took such good care of our dog while we were away. We got multiple pictures and updates about our pup, which definitely helped us relax and enjoy our time away! Our dog can sometimes be alot to handle, but Deborah navigated it all seamlessly. We came home to a clean house and a happy dog and have already booked Mizz Dees for our upcoming vacation this summer!

WE LOVE BP! Birdie has been going to Blue Prints since she was just about 10 weeks old starting in puppy kindergarten and working her way up to the big “kid” room. I cannot rave enough about this doggie daycare. Every single one of BPs staff at both locations are incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and responsive to both owners and dogs. I rely heavily on Blue Prints throughout the week and they’ve never once made me feel uncomfortable, question care or look elsewhere for Birdie. Shea does an outstanding job and it does not go unnoticed :) shout out to all their staff but bravo to Alexis, Liz, Sam, Shea and double bravo to meatball running a tight ship ;)

We've been going for a few weeks with our 3-month-old puppy! The staff in Syracuse are so kind and helpful. The puppy training Saturday mornings hits the sweet spot of low stress while being effective- the perfect amount of socialization and training for owners and pups. The trainers do a great job of guiding the session and jumping in to help as needed. We weren't sure about doing the 4-hour Tuesday/Thursday morning puppy socialization classes, but we've noticed a great impact on our pup. And since he's still too young to be out in the world without his full vaccinations, he's getting socialized really well very early on. That makes it totally worth it at such a young age. The trainer feedback isn't super detailed, but it is helpful and satisfactory to us. It's a great environment for puppies and their owners!

Blue Prints has been life changing for our chihuahua mix rescue. We lived in an apartment and he was barking when we were not home. Our building manager said we had to find somewhere to bring him when we were not home and suggested Blue Prints. He loves going to daycare, has so many friends (big and small) and the staff are SO good to him. He is always treated like family and has celebrated several birthdays at Blue Prints. I know he will be safe when he plays while I am at work. He also took a training class when we first began going to Blue Prints that was really helpful. The Pink Pug, next door, has been amazing for his nail trims. I travel for work and the boarding services are a life saver. I always know he will be safe, loved and treated the same as the staff's own dogs while I am away. Highly recommend!!

I have two pups that absolutely love going to Blue Prints. I trust them to care for my dogs and they always come home tired and happy. Blue Prints provides services like birthday parties and training (my girl is taking agility training right now and LOVES it). We'll be going to Blue Prints for a long time.

This place is great. We have been bringing our beagle puppy there for "kindergarten", adolescent training and doggy day care. The staff is great, everybody is very friendly and they all love doggos! We are both learning a lot, and Booker T loves it there!!

All the staff have taken great care of our dog who went through the puppy socialization class, obedience 1 & 2, as well as weekly daycare. Our pup leans on the socially awkward side so all of these programs have really helped him be comfortable around other dogs and people. The trainers are hands on, provide feedback each session, and even help with questions and problems outside of the curriculum.The staff are really friendly, personable, and professional. We couldn't recommend them enough. We wish we could bring them on our move away from Syracuse as we will dearly miss them.

Excellent care and attention to your pet. Safe warm environment. My dog loves it there you can see the glow on her face when she comes back. I will be visiting again likely getting the 10 week package

A couple months ago, we brought home a new puppy which should have been a really happy and exciting day! We were surprised when our existing dog didn't react well at all, and knew we were going to need some help integrating them so that everyone felt safe and happy. I called around to many different behaviorists/training facilities but had no luck. Enter Blueprints Dog Studio! Alexis came to our home to assess what was going on, and helped us come up with a plan. We prioritized helping our puppy learn appropriate socialization skills with their Puppy Socialization class because of her age. After several weeks, she has learned how to read our older dog's behavior and doesn't push him. Now, our older dog goes to re-socialization classes where they are teaching him how to manage his stress and how to correct behaviors in a measured way. He's still going to training but we've already noticed a huge improvement in the way they interact. For the first time since she came home two months ago, they played together in the snow!

I love this place. From the moment I first called asking for basic information, they were incredibly helpful. They’re extremely flexible, accommodating and professional. It’s clear the entire staff truly cares about the animals. We’ve done at home private training, group training classes, and day care. Each one of those experiences has been above and beyond what I expected. We’re so impressed with the progress our 7 month puppy has made and how much more confident and well behaved she is. They’re also extremely affordable, considering the value of what you and your dog get out of it.

I have been very happy with Blue Prints, no complaints at all. All of the staff have been friendly, helpful and genuinely care about my dog. I feel that he is safe and well cared for and in good hands when he is there. We've taken several training classes there and the lessons are reinforced throughout the day, it's not just play. The classes have been very beneficial to me and my dog and they are fun as well. I can also arrange grooming from the Pink Pug next door during the day while he's there, they have also been wonderful. Our experience has been great and I hope to bring my dogs there for years to come.
