Pet lovers & retired bicycling enthusiasts
Ed and Jo were fabulous! Their communication was terrific and appreciated as this was our first experience with zeewoi. When we got home from our trip, it was very obvious that our dogs loved them and we’re going to miss them. The dogs, chickens, and house were all in great condition. We could not have been more pleased! We determined that if we lived closer, we would be friends. We would definitely use Ed and Jo again, if they ever wanted to come back to Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks for loving our fur babies well!!

Responsible female who loves animals & nature Available most anywhere- anytime
Pady has been so far the most pleasant pet sitter I have had. From the first moment on I had a very good feeling about her. Very friendly and outgoing, easy to talk to. I can also tell that she is a world traveler, very self-sufficient. She left the house spotless. As for her caring for our cat Maja… Apparently Maja is very much in love with her. Pady sent me updates and photos and I could tell that our cat felt super comfortable with her. I’m almost a bit jealous 😃 Thank you Pady for taking such good care of everything and allowing us a relaxing vacation. You are always welcome here again!

Cole was such as a fantastic sitter!!!! From the start, it was easy to talk with him, coordinate the logistics of the sit, etc. Cole took care of our dogs like they were his own; sent us daily updates and was super responsive and responsible with everything. When I got back home, I found the place spotless. Would love to have Cole sit whenever and would recommend him without reservations.

Emma Love
Emma is an incredible petsitter! Our Kevin adores her. She is reliable, caring, and communicative. We received regular updates with text, photos, and videos. We returned to an immaculate house and a very happy dog. I recommend Emma, and plan to reserve her again in the future!

Semi retires couple looking to experience new locations and cultures.
Leah and family were ideal house/pet sitters. I felt confident with my choice from the start, and was so pleased that they came through on every important measure. They were affectionate and attentive to my animals, left my home in beautiful condition, and communicated clearly from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for responsible and caring guardians for their pets!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.
Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!
Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.
Initially, I was very nervous about finding my very first in-home pet sitter who could provide the level of care and attention our 3 beloved fur-kids required. From the moment Emily and Johnny stepped into our home, I knew they were going to be in good hands. Their gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals instantly put our dogs Gypsy & Johnny at ease. Emily and Johnny took the time to understand our pets’ unique personalities and preferences, ensuring that their every need would be met. During our absence, Emily provided us with regular updates and adorable photos. Their detailed communication gave me peace of mind, knowing that my fur babies were in the best possible hands. Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy and contented gang, who clearly had enjoyed their time with Emily and Johnny. Emily and Johnny are more than just pet sitters; they are true companions to our furry family. Their exceptional care, genuine love for animals, and unwavering dedication have earned them a permanent spot in our hearts. Without hesitation, we give Emily and Johnny a 5-star rating and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking trustworthy and loving caregivers for their beloved pets. THANK YOU Emily and Johnny!!! <3
Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.
Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Thank you for taking great care for the dogs and the house.
Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!
What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen. We highly recommend this couple! Jim & Wanda
Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high. We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none. They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They took exceptional care of our house full of pets from 2 large dogs, 3 cats, snake, gecko, fish tank and a koi pond. They provided updates daily, were very easy to communicate with and the house was just as clean as when we left it, with the addition of a nice welcome home gift. We knew our pets were in good hands. Thank you for everything. Melissa and Kyle

100% recommend Veronica with Happy Tails 406! She takes great care of my pups and she is super responsive to messages. Anytime I message her to ask for another service, make a change or talk about my dogs, she gets back to me quickly. The updates and pictures she gives after the dogs walks are so detailed, you can tell she really cares. Her GPS monitoring is awesome and I appreciate that it notifies me when she gets to my home and when she’s done. My dogs love her and she treats them as if they are her own. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! (The pictures I added were taken by her. She even gets them to pose so sweetly)
If I could give 10 stars I would. We had no worries knowing Veronica was caring for our dogs. She kept is up to date with photos and notes. She is so calm with animals. Our dogs loved her. I highly recommend her service and would absolutely use her again.
Veronica provided a good service but I do have a complain and an observation on her service .I cancelled one visit time not within the required 24 hours notice ( 18 hours or so ahead ) so I was charged the entire fee that included gas and weekend fee .I don’t understand been charged for these fees when they didn’t have to provide the service and she was notified way ahead ; I do understand paying for the 18$ pet sitting fee. When asked about it , I was told that it is included in the contract .I agree but I wish she was more honest and let me know when I cancelled this appointment. I would had her come anyway . Second the service doesn’t fill so personalized , we were not be able to meet her before the service provided ( ten visits ) because she was really busy. We had to trust her with our dog and our coach in base of the reviews on the website . In base of many previous experience with other companies , I am giving her an average service .
Not worried about leaving town anymore!! Extremely impressed with Happy Tails. They were prompt, reliable, responsive, and took great care of our pets! They provided great photos and updates each night and drop in. We have a puppy and a sr dog that requires medication and haven’t had the best luck with local boarding or other apps. Definitely my go to for any needs now after this experience!!
Janet has been fantastic walking our big guardian dog for us. She can be a handful, but know she is with an experienced and kind walker. I love receiving the photos and update of the way in such detail.
Veronica and her team are amazing! My dog Rue absolutely loves them. They take Rue on a walk every day while I'm at work and watch her when I am on vacation. Their prices are fare and the peace of mind it gives me knowing my dog is cared for when I am away is priceless. The technology they use is easy to use and makes everything streamline. I can not say enough good things about all of the amazing people who work at Happy Tails!
Veronica has done drop in visits for our cat several times and we could not be more pleased with her work. She takes care to make sure our cat is healthy, feeds and waters him, and provides very detailed reports on what she sees. We will not hesitate to use Veronica in the future.
Veronica took our young pitty out for a walk, he returned happy and tired! Which is pretty crazy for him, usually he can go non-stop. He napped the rest of the afternoon. She was on time and has a great energy to her, part of her service includes a GPS where you can track your pet and see pictures from the walk. It was super cool! If you need a good person to trust with your fur child, Veronica is a sure bet!
Veronica and her team were so accommodating when we had to leave our 3 dogs and cat over night. Communication was great and I love the system they used. I love that they upload photos and give a little summary on how the visit went! I feel totally confident leaving my sweet babies in Happy Tails 406’s care and refer them to everyone!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I used Veronica and her team as I just moved to the area and needed someone to look after my black lab Cali. She was always prompt, caring and affectionate with girl. Don’t look anywhere else but Happy Tails 406! Thank you so much Veronica
I use Glacier Bark Kennel when I was visiting Glacier National Park. Erin was amazing, responded to my emails and explain how her kennel works. Drop off time and pick up time. Or overnight stay. She even text me Loves her place. My poodle love it there. Thank you Erin for taking care of my precious baby.
Super convenient location and happy that my dog had a safe, comfortable place to relax while we were at Glacier. Thank you!
I wasn’t going to leave a review even after reading all of the horrible reviews (someone’s dog has died here due to this businesses negligence and surprisingly the poor woman’s review was taken down but you can still read it on Facebook and Yelp). I still wasn’t going to leave a review even after the owners father took our dog’s leash out of my husband’s hand without asking and put our pup (Kyx) in the gated area, leash on, where he then pooped on it. All just felt a bit rushed. The man said he’d wash it, and I genuinely think he did but I guess didn’t check that poop was still smeared into the fabric. I now decided to leave my first bad review after getting our pup back with Kennel Cough (he was of course fully vaccinated against it). I can agree with the other reviews, judging how bad the office smelt I can only imagine how dirty the kennels are. When we got our pup back he smelt like the room and the blanket we gave him was soaked in pee. I also gave them two bags of food- one for each day. They only gave him one bag spread out between both days so when we got Kyx back he was so hungry. I just don’t think it’s calm environment for them in there and it seems neither the owner or the father spend much time in there with them at all. Just cages and they come in to let them out maybe 3 times a day for a potty break (idk the owner told me 4 but her dad told us 3 so). Definitely would consider one of the other kenneling services where they spend a bit of time with the pups to make it less stressful. Sorry just overall not a good experience Kyx seemed quite stressed for the rest of the day:/
We took our Great Pyrenees here for one week. She did well and seemed happy when I picked her up. The property is well maintained and securely fenced. We would definitely use this kennel again in the future if needed,
I worked with Erin at Glacier Bark Kennels and my AKC registered Rottweiler stayed with her for approximately 2 weeks. Immediately when I picked up my dog she was in great spirits and incredibly well behaved. Generally, if a dog has a poor experience or is in some way traumatized in a boarding situation they tend to act out when they come home and in my case it was the exact opposite. I can tell my dog loved it and so did I! I will definitely use the service again!
While visiting Glacier National Park on an RV trip, we arranged with Erin at Glacier Bark Kennels to take care of our dogs for two nights so we could have long stretches of time to explore the park. Erin was so easy to deal with. She was very responsive to our initial request. The kennel was located about 20 minutes from our RV park ( West Glacier KOA). We found it easily and it was immaculate with lots of fenced space for our pups to run. We found the rates to be very reasonable and took advantage of Erin’s ability to give them baths on the day we picked them up. Our “girls” seemed very happy and relaxed when we picked them up after three days in Erin’s care. We only wish there was a place like this in other places on our journey!
Our pup, Myla, spent 5 days with Erin at Glacier Bark while we were spending some time in GNP. Every evening when we would come to pick Myla up, it was clear she was well cared for, having a blast and was enjoying vacation just as much as we were and maybe more. Erin treated Myla with lots of love and we were so grateful to find a daycare/kennel that took such good care of her for such a reasonable rate. We’ll be recommending Glacier Bark to anyone who travels to the area with their pup! Thank you so much Erin!
Do not go, absolutely horrible experience. Our dog stayed for just one night. When we picked him up, his bed and blanket were drenched in pee. He is potty trained and does not pee inside, even when nervous or anxious or at a kennel (and he has been to several kennels). He clearly had not been let out. To make it worse, the owner handed the drenched blanket directly to my husband (without warning of the pee), and then casually said “some dogs are like that” without any apology or explanation. Completely unacceptable. Not only was I horrified my dog had not been given potty breaks during his stay, I was also horrified at the lack of emotion or any caring whatsoever from the owner. We tossed our dog’s bed and blanket in the garbage and will be buying new ones, at our own expense. We will never go back to Glacier Bark Kennels.
Took my dog here while I spent some time with family in Glacier Park. He is a large 90 lb German Shepherd, that sometimes has anxiety when I leave him places. He loved it here! He ate almost all of his food that I left with him (which he usually doesn't do while being boarded) and they were available by text to let me know how he was doing. They also live on-site which is very valuable when boarding dogs. I will definitely go back when I am home visiting relatives and traveling. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in boarding around the Flathead Valley. It means a lot when you feel good about leaving fur-babies in good and trustworthy hands, so you don't have to worry while on vacation. :)
The grounds and Erin seem nice, but because of how my dogs reacted we won't be back. I don't like the fact they are only open certain hours, but it fit our schedule so we took them. They were safe, and they ate. So in a pinch this would work. But my girls couldn't wait to leave. My girls are easy to please. They both needed to go to the restroom as soon as we got home. I don't know why they were unhappy, but they were. Also I felt pressured to leave a tip. I'm already paying $20 per dog, frustrating. BTW, had my dogs enjoyed it more the tip wouldn't have bothered me.
This was the first time we have boarded our sweet 3 year old Golden Retriever, Scout. She stayed for 8 days and she was well taken care of and loved. I am glad that I added the "Exit Bath!" It was so nice to bring Scout home clean and fluffy.
First experience with Pawsitively Perfect and it was a great experience! Our 2 1/2 year old Goldendoodle is a nervous nelly and our 4 month old Goldendoodle is a rambunctious girl. They took such great care of both and the best haircuts I've ever seen out of three different groomers. Our pups spent half a day there for the day care and cuts and they enjoyed so much of it, even the shy one. They updated us as needed and were great to talk to. The pricing is right on par with any other groomers we've been to as well, but the cuts were so much better. I can't recommend it enough for your grooming, day care, or boarding needs!
Well, another great visit to Pawsitively Perfect for the two dogs. We have those monitoring collars for when they escape out into the farmland here and every time they come home from Pawsitively Perfect they've wracked up step counts well beyond what they get at home. So, they aren't just lounging around watching TV. Staff is wonderful and kind and the groomers do a great job. I really like this place, and so do the dogs -- they tell me every time when I drop them off and they bound out to the yards.
Our dogs absolutely love coming to daycare here. They always have the best time with other dogs. The staff is fantastic. They help with training and ensuring your pet is safe and happy while they are away from your home. Our two dogs always come home very happy and very tired.
My pup has been going to doggy daycare 1-2 days per week for about a month. This was our first time using a service like this and I'm so happy to have found Pawsitively Perfect. Staff helped her adjust when she was shy at first, and now she runs right in and comes home tired as can be. She loves the activities like playing ball, scavenger hunts for treats, and fun theme days. Its so clear she's well cared for while she's there and I couldn't be more thankful!
Our dog Trainer Tiffani at Terrific Canines recommended Pawsitively Perfect to help socialize our 10 month old golden retriever mix. He absolutely lovvves it! I love that they have activities for the dogs to do and work on something with the dogs each day they go to daycare! Our dog Bear is exhausted that night and the entire following day bing sleeps the entire day while my husband and I are working! Its also helped our pup not become overly excited every time he sees a neighbors dog because we have now allowed him his own time to socialize with his doggy friends once a week! Especially for the working couples or family’s with high energy dogs, I can’t recommend how much easier signing up your dog for daycare even just one say a week will make your life!
The staff at Pawsitively Perfect is amazing! They are friendly and caring - it is obvious that everyone loves the dogs! They post tons of photos on Facebook. Happy dogs everywhere! The facility is clean and managed super well. My dog loves to go and is so tired after a day of play.
🐾Izzy Loves her visits to Pawsitively Perfect kennel, daycare & grooming! The staff is very attentive and kind; we travel with no worries as Izzy is happy to be there‼️🐾 …
Our border collie Pepper absolutely loves his time at Pawsitively Perfect! He always comes home happy and exhausted. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We’re so grateful for their care and attention. It’s the perfect place for our furry friend to socialize and play.
All the staff were wonderful! It was my dog’s first time at daycare and they made sure she was comfy and happy. Will be going back every week now!
Colleen was awesome with my dogs and took really great care of my puppy on her first time away from home. They came back happy and squeaky clean! Thanks
Left my cat here while I went to visit family. Had to leave him for an extra day, and they were adaptable to my change of plans. Cat area is super clean, and every cat gets a private space. When I picked him up, his litter box was spotless, water was fresh, and he seemed like he had been well socialized in my absence. It's never easy to leave your kitty, but if you must, this is the place to choose!
My Annie (miniature dachshund) doesn't mind going here at all. She walks right up to and through the door. Colleen and the staff take spectacular care of her while I am at work. I am so thrilled I found this kennel for her. I know she is safe and loved. I highly recommend Hound's Hideaway!
The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Our pup has a medical condition, and they gladly accommodated for his meds and feeding routine.
The owner was absolutely amazing and the kennels were clean and well taken care of. Each cat had his own private space and a little balcony to go outside. It was perfect for our vacation in Montana.
We have used the Cat's Meow for our dogs multiple times now when traveling. Our dogs got to stay together in the same cage. We have a 9 month old German Shepherd and we were turned down by other kennels because of the "possibly of her going into heat. We drove 100 miles one way to bring them here, were she was loved and embraced with open arms.
My dog Roxy seemed to be in great spirits, and not stressed out when we picked her up from a 10 day stay, friendly staff and reasonable rates. Thank you Coleen!
Very good boarding care for our cat. And the “hostess” cat Nellie is about the cutest cat ever.
We use this place whenever we go out of town. It's safe and affordable.
Wonderful place and people. Our dog lives it there. They kiss him when we come and leave.
We absolutely love having our Pyrenees attend here anytime we can’t take him with. The staff genuinely loves what they do (who doesn’t love to hang out with fluffy best friends all day?!) ! They always communicate very efficiently and work hard to be transparent about times that book out quickly and availability for our dog to participate in group sessions or individual play. The summer time pool time is our dogs favorite (we can tell from the cute photos!) and we know he feels loved when he goes because even if months are between his visits he wags his tale when we pull in for check in. Super greatful for their availability for our big guy and for making it a home away from home!
I recently left my small dog for nine nights while I had to fly out of state. I had used Glacier K9 before several years ago but this was the first time in a while. They were very kind and accommodating and she was able to stay in the West Wing off the lobby. Its clean and well organized She seemed very happy and healthy when I picked her up.
You and your fur babies will be absolutely blessed to join the Glacier K9 daycare/night care. They are beyond the best in the valley/ state. Boris and Willis ❤️u
By far one of the best places to your dogs. The staff is ALWAYS amazing. You can really tell when they love where they work. Our dogs are always happy to visit and after an accumulative couple of months staying there, we have never had a single problem. Thank you guys for being awesome!
Truly the most amazing staff! They genuinely care about your pet as they would their own. Would highly recommend bringing your dog or cat here - whether just for a play date to socialize or to board while you’re away. Not to mention, their amazing facility with outdoor space for them to enjoy during the day, and enrichment classes to participate in for a little extra fun. Bentley loves it here. Glacier k9 is the best!!
Our dog Kodi has been coming to Glacier K9 since she was a puppy. 5 years later she still LOVES to come play with her friends, help babysit the new pups in the house, and partake in the Enrichment Program shenanigans & fun! We love traveling with Kodi, but sometimes she stays in Slumber Party where she can maintain her scheduled routine, play with her friends, and get lots of love from the wonderful staff. When we pick Kodi up she always runs out with a smile on her face, tail wagging and jumps into our arms with a big hug! She’s tuckered out for the rest of the evening, and snores her way through the night. Other than with her family-it’s her favorite place to be! Thank you Glacier K9 & Staff!! Tammy Mangold & Family
This was the first place we have boarded our dogs in the 11 years we've had them. Trust me when I say my dogs will be coming back here. It's affordable, they are very accommodating for the pets, customer service still exist here. I actually look forward to talking my pets here.
I had to travel to Kalispell for a doctor's appointment and with temperatures close to 100, there's no way to leave my 2 Dachunds in the car. I was able to contact the on a Sunday and with help from the staff, was able to get the proper vaccination paperwork to them and they were ready to take my girls in when we arrived. Fantastic customer service, especially on a Sunday.
Really clean friendly welcoming staff. My dogs spent 6 days which is the longest we’ve been away due to a doc appt out of state. Dogs were cared for and the staff let us know how the dogs did and what they did to ensure our dogs stay was comfortable.
Five Stars. I'd give ten. The people are great, the dogs are great, the variety of services options are just perfect. I am so grateful this business exists. Keep up the great work! Love, Bella
This is a sad review for me to write. I've taken my dogs here for a couple years now and the staff has always been caring, my dogs have enjoyed going here. I haven't used their services for probably 6 months. Today I took my dogs in and when the live cams came up, I saw my dog was wearing an e-collar. Since I had never seen them use one, I called to make sure that the collar wasn't capable of shocking, and was assured multiple times that they are only vibration collars, and do not shock. She also told me the collar wouldn't be on for long periods. I was keeping an extra eye on the camera, to make sure she wasn't having a bad reaction, and saw her (white dog in right hand corner, you have to click the video to see the whole thing) have a very strong reaction to the collar. I immediately called and spoke to the owner, who again stated they don't use shock collars, just vibrate. I asked her to take off the collar immediately, and let her know I was on my way to pick up my dogs. When I got there, she stated that my dogs reaction was because that was the first time it had vibrated, even though she had been wearing it for at least 3 hours, around barking dogs. When I asked to see one of the collars, the story changed to "some of our collars do have the capability to shock, but we don't use that" She did seem to feel bad when I showed her the video, and said "Oh, and she was just standing there" I was then taken into the "back" where we met with the lead trainer, who told me the collar had not been on the whole time, but had been taken off and put back on, which I know not to be true from 1000 on. When asked, from a business standpoint why would they purchase the more expensive shock collars, instead of the ones that just beep and vibrate if they werent going to use that functionality, nobody had a response for that. I don't know if this was an accident, if they know they shock them, or if my dog just had a strong reaction to the vibration, but I do know that after this sort of reaction the collar should not have been put back on at all, that they lied about the shock capability of the collars, and about how long my dog had one on. I trimmed the video so the staff can't be seen, because I have never met a staff member (aside from now the 2 ladies and head trainer) that I felt I couldn't trust. The staff member watching my dog did immediately run to her and take off the collar to change something on it before putting it back on. The staff here has always been great, and I do truly believe they care for the dogs. Regardless, these collars are not appropriate for training in this setting. My dog wasn't barking, or even moving when the shock or vibration happened. I suggest changing your policy so that dog owners are notified when a "training collar" will be used, and above all, honesty when answering questions about the capabilities of the collar. If, when I called in the morning, I was told the truth, we would have been able to figure this out and I would be a returning customer for years to come. A simple "we'll make sure that she has the vibration only collar" and then follow through, would have fixed it 😭 sad to say, but my dogs won't be back.
I dislike having p to write this review as we came to the Dog Club for both daycare and grooming several times as it’s conveniently located near my house and work. Well, our first incident was dog coming home with a bleed on her chest after being at daycare all day. The staff was kind in caring for the situation (although they had no idea how it happened) and gave me a free day for the future. My big gentle Newfoundland attended daycare frequently until a new employee showed up and stated that she couldn’t come back due to “being aggressive and not spayed). I travel with my dog frequently and she at many boarding and daycare facilities around the state with 0 issues. So we started to go elsewhere for daycare which was fine because my dog loves access to the outside and DOG Club does not provide any outside access. My final straw was just this past week, I had a grooming appt for which I typically drop offf before work as pick up when she’s done. I called the morning of and stated I could drop at 7:50 or 8:45 and to call me back - no one called back and when I attempted to drop off at 8:30 the same employee who stopped us from daycare was rude and refused my grooming appt. That we had waited 6 weeks for, bummer. I’m now finding a new groomer and we’ve already switched daycare to a facility with kind employees, access to outside, and daily enrichment activities. Goodbye DOG Club a we’re not sorry to leave. New employees are disrespectful and dogs deserve access to fresh air, room to run around, and not peeing/pooping directly on the floor.
Impressive! I have had dogs all my life with some challenging like a Jack Russell and many different breeds and never did official training. At 70 I decided my next dog would be a German shepherd/heeler mix. She is 7 months old and wonderful but so very challenging. I knew I needed help so I went to The Dog Club. All the staff were wonderful. I enrolled in the private training classes with Kelly. This was the best thing I could have done as I was overwhelmed with this new breed. Koda excelled and we both learned so much! Koda has also gone to The Dog Club for daycare to get exposure and play with other dogs. I don't know where we would be without this place. Thank you so much for being here!
I am not happy wirh my recent experience. I left my dog twice at Doggy Day Care. First time - initiated fee $40.00. I was told from then on it would be 20.00 for 1/2 day. The second time my dog was there approximately 4 hrs. When I picked him up she charged me 29.00. Plus, she kept shouting, "What's your name?" Which I found extremely rude. Of course, when I got ready to leave she acted all goody two shoes, wanting you to come back. I've been told by several people they're sure their dog had been abused while there. I will not tolerate abuse of any kind, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
I highly recommend the Dog Club! Milo was well loved and taken care of while we were in Glacier National Park. The staff was absolutely wonderful and I can’t say enough good things about their doggy daycare. Thank you for taking care of my baby!
Cosmo is always so excited to come here and he is thoroughly worn out at the end of the day. The staff is always great and they excitedly greet him in the morning. I'm very grateful for Kalispell Dog Club!
Alpha loves going to doggy daycare, she gets excited when we get to the building, and loves everyone who takes good care of her there. She is a happy, tired pup after her visits, and we just enjoy how much love she gets from arrival to the end of her visit from the staff. Thanks, Dog Club! A very grateful dog-mom's doesn't have to worry about her baby when at work. :)
These folks are amazing. Not only the nicest bunch but they genuinely love what they do. My Doodle is ecstatic when I mention going to see his "friends at daycare" in the mornings. ❤️
We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Dog Club!!! It is the friendliest place and our Smokey gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. I love knowing he is surrounded by kind and knowledgeable people and I love knowing they do enrichment activities while he’s there. The staff helped Smokey go from being a very timid puppy to being a social butterfly with other dogs. Their groomer is also wonderful. She was able to put our Smokey at ease with his first grooming experiences. I also love the cozy, home-like set-up they provide for overnight boarding. And the web cams! My son loved being able to see his puppy playing when we had to go out of town. Smokey couldn’t be in better hands while he’s at the Dog Club! 6/29/2021 Update: We still love the Dog Club!!! And SmokeyJoe couldn’t have come home with a cuter summer groom! You guys are the best!!! 🐾❤️🐾
The staff at what is now dubbed "The Dog Club" really do care about your furry companions. This isn't the most glamorous calling but you can see the passion for animal care in their eyes and hear it in their voices! The facilities are continually on the update. Expanding and offering more for the animals during their stay. They have a groomer on site and a well known professional dog psychologist and trainer in often to work with the pooches and employees as well. If you want the comfort of mind knowing your furry family members will be taken care of, this is the place to have them watched over! You can also tune in to their live cams online.
This place has been asked numerous times to keep their dogs in for the neighborhood but they don't care. All they care about is themselves to make money. The owner lives out of state then have people come twice a day to let the poor dogs out. The dogs bark nonstop and they are so clueless when it comes to being respectful. I miss the old owners at least they kept the dogs quite. Be better neighbors/people!!!
Made appt with Nikki, super friendly. They have individual rooms for cats with window, condo, rocking chair. My cat hasn't stayed yet, but so far I'm very impressed!@
I’ve boarded my pets twice and they really love it here. We have young pups and are pretty new to dog parenting, so there’s a lot of anxiety leaving them. They couldn’t be happier! The staff send updates while away so we get to feel comfortable. The first time we boarded our social, hyper pup and he was all smiles. The second time we did a longer boarding for both our pups while I recovered from unexpected circumstances. This place is great, visiting a farm for our sweeties and the staff is so nice and communicative. Very happy and highly recommend!
I camped for two nights in Glacier NP and used Lost Creek for two nights. Location was perfectly located about 45min from west entrance. The owner Anissa was very quick to check on her openings last minute and booked me quick and provided me with all the details needed for my dogs stay. When I arrived, she was so nice and listened to me explain how fearful my recently adopted dog was and the care needed etc. she had no issues accommodating as best as she could and agreed to follow precautions I provided. Her set up is great and she allowed me to see the kennel and the play yard. It is small with about 14 kennels which was perfect for my nervous girl. When asked for an update, Anissa was quick to share how my dog was doing. Upon pick up, Anissa shared details of her stay and provided a quick check out. I highly recommend this kennel whether you’re visiting from out of town or local. Wish she was here in my state!
This place was a lifesaver for my cats! Our apt informed us that we could not move in due to construction not being on time and this left us homeless for two months. During that time we found this place to board up our two kitties. Neo and Sparrow. The individual rooms they have for the cats were so much better then being in any cage! The cats had blankets, scratchers, toys and a window where they could bird watch. Our kitties were taken very well care of and I definitely would recommend this place.
Lost Kennel came to us by referral. We are so thankful for Lost Creek Kennels. They took the greatest care of our 14 year old senior and 6 year old drama queen boxer mix. We were able to have them stay together and they had oodles of attention during their stay. Thanks to Lost Creek kennels we were able to do a day of rafting nearby without any worry. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful grounds! Kennel manager could not have been more kind, helpful or accommodating! I felt at home immeadiately & new my pet was in loving hands! She went out of her way to learn all about "Cowboy" & his needs. As long as she is in charge I will ALWAYS bring my many pets here! Most highly recommend!
Phenomenal & Professional! We boarded our 9 year old border collie for 10 days in December 2022. We left her with a list of medications, and a specific feeding and treat schedule. Emma and Sarah went above and beyond to meet all our dog’s needs and were more than competent. They took the time to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns. We knew our dog was in good hands from the moment we stepped foot in the kennel. We received text updates as well as pictures which were much appreciated. We picked up a very happy dog! The only thing I would comment on is I’m glad I brought our dog’s bed because all that was provided was a blanket on the tile floor. However, I would not expect a provided bed from the kennel anyways All in all we are very happy customers! Thank you, we will be returning customers for sure!
I am so grateful that I found a reliable kennel for my fur-babies. I was so pleased with the facility, which was spotless, organized, and quiet(they were almost full and not a single dog was barking). Kathleen and Tim were so kind; they are truly wonderful people and you can tell that they take so much pride in what they do. My dogs were there for 10 days; they had never been boarded before, and they came home just as happy and healthy as the day I dropped them off. I am a vet tech at a small animal clinic, and I can tell you first hand, this is by far the best boarding facility in the valley!!
Fantastic kennel. Very responsive owner who lives on the (beautiful) premises. Excellent communication before and throughout our pets' stay - we even received unsolicited photos and videos of our dogs; very reassuring and appreciated! Requirements for dog vaccinations and health records are well beyond the usual baseline. And respectful adherence to statewide COVID-19 health mandates for owners; very impressive. Kennels are bright, clean and cozy, with nice outdoor space and easy in/out access. Our dogs clearly received personal attention, and Kathleen is quite obviously an animal lover. She even thoughtfully sent home a sample of the dog food that she recommends, and that our dogs enjoyed during their stay. Thanks, Kathleen! Highly recommend Lost Creek Kennels.
