This is the second time that the lovely Katie and David have looked after our two cocker Spaniels (‘The Boys’) for us. We felt so fortunate that they were able to be here for our three week holiday - we knew that the boys would be looked after well. Katie and David communicate brilliantly, are reliable and empathetic. They checked in with us where appropriate about the boys’ care while we were away and also sent fabulous photos which were reassuring and often humorous! They looked after our home well and enabled us to really relax, confident that all was well. Our neighbours even commented on their friendliness and how well behaved the boys were with them. For this visit Katie and David used our car. This worked especially well as they took the boys for some great adventures and it enabled them to enjoy where we live more widely too. Needless to say - we absolutely trusted them to take care of our car! Huge thanks go from us to them both. If you are choosing pet sitters, Katie and David come with our full recommendation.

Fred and Lisa were awesome. We face timed prior to the sit so that we would both get comfortable with each other. This was Fred's great suggestion. Fred and Lisa came into town the night before to accommodate our early departure the next day. They came over in the morning so we could all meet and go over the dogs schedule and needs as well as where things were in the house. Fred and Lisa pet, hugged and loved on all 3 of the dogs before we left. It was apparent that they loved dogs. We felt very comfortable leaving. Each morning we received a picture of the kids and a note. When we returned home, everything was in perfect order just as we left it. This was my first zeewoi experience and it could not have been better. I highly suggest having Fred and Lisa care for your kids. My hope is that Fred and Lisa are available some other time we need to go away!

Hello! My name is Ana and I LOVE animals!
Ana is an ideal pet (and home) sitter, and I emphatically recommend her! Ana watched my two dogs and my home for an entire month while I was out of the country. She was the perfect sitter for the extended sit. She is friendly, communicative, calm, conscientious, dedicated, and resourceful, and an extremely experienced pet sitter. My dogs absolutely loved her, and she loved and cared for them like they were her very own (they even had custom toppers on their food). Ana would take each dog on their own separate hike nearly every day, which they absolutely loved – and which I really appreciated, since one of my dogs is reactive and so walking them together can be a challenge if there are lots of other dogs around. Ana sent me pictures and email updates every few days, as well as texts if anything needed my immediate response. She looked after my house very conscientiously, and if she noticed something was off, she let me know right away so that I could address it. My dogs are quirky, and she handled that in stride, and also followed the detailed instructions I left for how to manage them. Both my home and my car were clean and tidy when I returned home. Both my dogs and I look forward to another sit with Ana (they were sad for a few days after she left). If she applies to your listing – be sure to grab her!

Victoria was so tidy I couldn't tell she was even there. Her natural instinct with birds was fantastic. Pretty went right to her when she arrived. She wasn't as interactive as Pretty prefers but after all she is a very spoiled bird.

Jennifer was a joy to work with! She stayed with my two 80 pound shepherd puppies and gave them lots of walks, playtime, and ear scratches. She learned their schedule and helped keep it while we traveled. The communication and coordination between us was never an issue. Jennifer sent lots of pictures with the puppies showing them on walks and playtime. After a full day of travel, I wasn’t looking forward to sweeping up the piles of puppy hair I was expecting when I returned. When I looked around, hardly a hair was in sight! Thanks so much to Jennifer for making my return so welcoming. So happy I got to meet her and would definitely invite her to come back and sit again.

Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Thank you for taking great care for the dogs and the house.

Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care.
