Denise and Dennis have to be the best EVER house sitters! If you get the offer for them to come look after your pets don’t even hesitate to accept! They looked after my pets for 2 weeks while I was away and my little dog was poorly following an operation on his spine.. I couldn’t have left him with anyone else! They were completely unphased by the situation and took the responsibility very seriously, having had previous experience with poorly dogs. They sent me regular updates on Wilfs progress and lots of photos which meant I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing he was in such good hands! Aside from their caring qualities, this Canadian couple are such fun, interesting genuine people, who enjoyed staying in my house which they treated with complete respect. We had a lovely evening at the pub with them and they welcomed us home with a cooked meal. I can’t thank them enough and would love to have them visit anytime ! Thank you Denise and Dennis :)

Alison and David are an absolute godsend when it comes to housesitting! We entrusted them with our home, our beloved dog Paxton, and our two furry feline kids JoJo and Riley, and they exceeded every expectation. First and foremost, walking back into our house after our trip felt was a joy. It was not just clean, but immaculate—seriously, it seemed cleaner than when we left it! From top to bottom, every corner sparkled. But it's not just about the cleanliness of the house—Alison and David took the time to truly care for our pets as if they were their own. Paxton was as happy and healthy as ever, and our cats JoJo and Riley were clearly content and well-loved during our absence. They didn't just go through the motions; they formed genuine connections with our furry family members, providing them with the affection and attention they needed. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. They kept us updated regularly with photos and messages, giving us peace of mind knowing that everything was running smoothly at home. WFH, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews, love all types of pets.
My only concern about Nicole and Ryan was that they provided such excellent care for our cat Minnie while we were away I got worried Minnie would find us inadequate after two weeks of being pampered !! Seriously, I felt very happy with our choice of house sitter as soon as N&R mentioned that they would be in our area a couple of months before the sit, and that they could come by to chat, look at the house, meet Minnie. Which they did, and this was great because for our actual holiday, we would have to leave early in the morning, so there wouldn't have been a lot of time to show them around. N&R set up a Google drive and uploaded photos and videos of Minnie every day that we were away. Minnie's body language in the videos clearly showed she was relaxed and trusting, so this gave us peace of mind. Bonus: because of our travel arrangements, N&R very kindly agreed to drive us to the airport and pick us up too -- we only felt OK asking because the airport is only 15 mins away. They left our home spotless, our cat happy and healthy. I just don't know how we could've asked for more and will definitely be contacting Nicole and Ryan in the future.

Footloose with an awesome dog
Laurra and Peter did an amazing job. Our 10 year old labradoodle was actually sad to see them leave - she stood at the window as they drove off. The house was very clean and tidy. They even cleaned the inside of my car! We received frequent photos and updates. I would highly recommend both of these kind and competent people and would welcome them back any time!

Ann was wonderful <3. I was not the most organized on this sit and she took everything in stride. We had a last-minute minor health issue with Peekaboo, and Ann carefully applied paw cream three times a day so it was all cleared up when we got home! She left the place super tidy and was so friendly and communicative. We'd be glad to have Ann back any time.

Kat and her friend were great sitters who took wonderful care of our dog. With an epileptic dog it can be nerve wracking to have someone new watch her but she sent us regular updates and checked in often! I would recommend doing a video call with them ahead of the sit to ensure you’re on the same page about sit/house rules and guidelines and overall needs for the sit. She’s a great sitter we would definitely recommend!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.

Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.
