We don't know where to start with how amazing Philip and Isabella were! They came a day early because something came up and we needed to get away earlier than planned. Even though their flight was delayed (they arrived to our house at 4am!!) they woke up early to do a walk-through of all walking paths for our dog and to learn how to prepare his food and prep the cats food as well. And all on a cup of coffee! They sent photos to let us know our monsters were behaving and they were communicative when things came up that didn't seem "normal" (all was fine, but we appreciated their level of care more than they will know!!!). We will definitely (100%, most certainly) have them sit again should they ever find their way back to Toronto and highly recommend them to anyone who are "crazy pet parents" like we are. <3 On top of all the amazing pet care, they left our house cleaner than they found it and took awesome care of our bikes. We just loved having them stay!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby!
