Fabulous, Faultless Five Star sitters! We were treated to daily photos, videos and anecdotes about our much loved pet, which our whole family could access, and we had absolute confidence that our dog was being loved and cared for as always. It was as if a family member was at home. Local friends saw them out on walks and our dog always looked happy, under control and well cared for. We didn’t meet this lovely couple unfortunately, but they were totally reliable and communicated efficiently to advise of their arrival and departure times, they are super organised and didn’t ask any unnecessary questions. The house was spotless on our return despite the fact our dog moults at this time of the year, all areas were thoroughly clean and tidy, and we had a helpful handover note. We couldn’t have asked for more, and don’t hesitate to recommend Claire & Mike!

Steven and Ariel were amazing house sitters. They came to meet my husband beforehand to introduce themselves, which I thought was nice and reassuring. They sent us frequent updates and photos of our lovely Fluffy. The kids and i enjoyed seeing what she was up to… she looked very happy with Steven and Ariel in the photos and videos and I could see they were treating her very well. Once we got home Fluffy was relaxed. They left our home exactly as they found it, plus they cleaned up a pan I had nearly destroyed and left a beautiful floral display. We were very pleased as they made our few days away worry free and the process was effortless. We would be happy for them both to stay in our home and look after Fluffy again.

Michelle’s focus was our little cat. She is so organised and excellent at identifying the needs of the cat. The cat was so well cared for and Michelle was a great companion to her. We met with Gill and Clive prior to our trip and were very happy. They were very friendly and engaging and our dogs instantly bonded and played. Gill and Clive arrived on the day of our trip as planned and provided updates every couple of days during our trip, putting our minds at rest. Upon our return, our house was very clean and tidy and Gill had very kindly provided us with some basic essentials (bread, milk & eggs). Our dogs were happy and it was clear they had been very well cared for. We could not recommend Gill and Clive any higher to other zeewoi members.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands.
