Dianne Carr has always been an advocate of all animals as evidence of her involvement with the Humane Society’s in Georgetown, and Lexington for 2 decades . And would recommend that you consider her services for pet care in any Fashion!! Sincerely , Brian Mallory
Dianne took care of two dachshunds during my hospitalization and recovery and on several other occasions. She fed them, walked them, gave them their medicine and played with them. She made sure any accidents were cleaned up, bedding was clean and made sure fresh water was always available. She is very caring and responsible for the well-being of her own pets and takes great responsibility for the pets of others. If she makes a commitment, she will honor that explicitly.
Dianne is great with animals and is very trustworthy. No concerns about giving her access to our home.
Dianne is great with pets and treats your pet like it is her own.
Absolutely amazing!!! First time we’ve been away from our furbaby ever! We were so nervous but Jennifer sitting for Duke at home was so worth it! She made us feel at ease and Duke loved her too!!! Definitely will use her services again! I forgot to mention that she also fed to cats and gave Duke his meds. 😊 …
My experience was wonderful. My babies had a wonderful time. I know that I won't have a second thought leaving this again.
We were beyond pleased with our experience with Kat. Her property is perfect for boarding animals. The kennels are large and extremely clean with access to an outdoor area for play time. She doesn't just lock them up until they need to potty, she gets them out to play and actually spends time loving them while in her care. While we were on vacation, she updated us frequently and even sent pictures. It's obvious and admirable how very much Kat loves her job and every animal that passes through. We can't recommend her enough and will absolutely be using her again in the future!! Edited to add: Kat's daughter, Cassy, has joined in to offer grooming services. I've taken our dog Wrigley into her twice now and she's absolutely phenomenal. Having used more established and expensive groomers in the past, I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my animals to her in the future. The care and precision she puts into grooming the animals is only second to the love she shows them while in her care. Our dog doesn't come out smelling like he was doused with an entire spray bottle of perfume and shaking with nerves. He's actually clean, his coat is shiny and healthy, his nails look better than mine, and he's well at ease. I very highly recommend Cassy's grooming services. Her rates are extremely competitive and you know that you're getting top-notch service. More importantly, you know that your animal isn't just getting shampooed and trimmed, but also loved and treated like royalty. ❤️❤️❤️
I take my dogs here to board whenever I go out of state. I love this place. They are very flexible with last minute plans and try everything they can to help you out. They are super friendly not only with me, but with my dogs. My pups are always taken care of and they even send pictures and updates if I'm gone for a while. I recommend Kat's if you need to board your animals, as they're also very inexpensive!
They watched our mastiff for a full week while we went on vacation. They have extremely nice facility and send us pictures and kept us up to date. We will use them again!
The dogs looked great and they seemed to do great with their week long stay.
They went above and beyond taking care of our dog!!!!
Wonderful
OWNER: Bob Stevens PET: Finn FIRST STARTED: First month opened in Frankfort. I cannot recommend using Tin Woof Inn’s services enough. The owners and employees are all wonderful people and truly care about my pet and seeing to his needs. The owners and employees all have dogs and they will treat your dog like their own. My border collie, Finn, has been going to daycare at the Frankfort location since it opened 5 years ago. He is high energy and they have taken loving care of him. Finn comes home happy and is definitely more social from getting to play every day with other dogs. He is great around other dogs and people and I attribute that to the love and care he gets at Tin Woof Inn. They will take the time to get to know your dog and will match your dog with other dogs that are similar. They create play groups that allow your dog to socialize and not be overwhelmed. High energy dog-high energy groups. Low energy dog-then a slower paced group. They notice the individual personalities of the dogs and do an incredible job matching the dogs up to play together. I have also taken advantage of the training that has been offered by Tin Woof Inn. It is top notch and has wonderful trainers. It is nice to see the owners and employees also in the classes just like the rest of us. Finn has taken obedience and agility classes at Tin Woof Inn and the facilities are the best. Tin Woof Inn has been such a wonderful addition to the Frankfort community and a godsend to help Finn expend some energy, especially on days I may not be able to walk him or get him to the dog park because of obligations or weather. Tin Woof Inn is open rain or shine. I truly appreciate the care they give Finn, including washing him off on those days he gets particularly dirty from playing. It is little things like that, that lets me know they care. Finn gets so excited when I ask him if he wants to go visit and play. Normally, as a border collie, he is fixated with what I am doing. When I pull up to take him inside, it is the one time that he will ignore me and want to get to playing with the employees and other dogs. Tin Woof Inn offers a complete range of services and they would be and are the first place I go for daycare, training, grooming, boarding, and aqua therapy needs. I highly recommend if you have a dog (or a cat-since they offer services for cats also) to take them for a day to experience what Tin Woof Inn has to offer. Sincerely, Bob Stevens and Finn
Toby loves it there. As soon as we pull in the parking lot, his tail starts wagging. He enjoyed puppy training with Dog Wizard and we look forward to dog training soon. He loves all the staff, fellow boarding friends and the swimming pool. Peace of mind for us when we are out of town or just need a few hours of care.
So happy Tin Woof Inn exists!! Our 2 Black Lab Girls are beyond excited playing in the Pool. And we are thrilled that they have a place to get low impact exercise. The Staff is super helpful, accommodating and friendly and the Facility is kept immaculate. Update: still as good as my first comment, just LOVE this place 👍💖
We recently boarded our 5 pups during our two-week cross country trip. Our senior girls were not used to the boarding situation, and Kimberly, Mary, and crew made sure everyone was cared for exceptionally well. Our bigger pups stayed in a suite together and had an absolute ball! Our senior girls were treated like princesses. They even laundered our soft goods and had our totes ready to go. I can't say enough about the TWI Frankfort crew. I was so anxious about it, and they put me at ease. Even sent photos when I checked in for updates. Exceptional organization!
They don’t value your business. We boarded our dog for 17 days costing $800. We scheduled a grooming for the day we picked up and confirmed the day prior that the grooming would be done by 10am. We arrived for pick up at 10:10am to an extra $36 “daycare” fee. They explained that because we arrived after 10am (8 minutes after to be exact) their boarding policy allows this charge, seemingly unaware of the correspondence of the grooming appt. lasting until 10. They never even called and communicated our dog was ready for pick up earlier so why would we arrive before? I tried to address the unreasonable nature of the “daycare” fee with the manager Kimberly at time of payment and she was unwilling to discuss how this extra fee could be considered frivolous or unnecessary. She seemed to be more interested in making me feel like I was in the wrong for even questioning the situation. It seems some people would rather be right than respect their customers. If they don’t have compassion for their customers I don’t trust they have compassion for the animals they are responsible for.
Wonderful staff and awesome care for our dog. We love boarding there and also our dog’s grooming is always really great. Definitely recommend!
Used their boarding services 3 weeks ago. My dog had one of his ears split open, half of it ripped off. When I picked him up they didn’t mention anything about it. I didn't notice it until we got home. It’s not something that could’ve been missed he’s a white Maltese. He has stayed at other places for boarding and I’ve never had something like this happened. What a terrible boarding experience. Do not recommend!
Great place, friendly staff! My dogs always come back happy (and tired from all the playing)! I recommend this place for anyone needing to board their dogs!
I just want to say that this was by far one of the best experience i have ever had. My dog and I learned so much, I truly will miss everyone here Andrea and Steve were absolutely two of the best trainers I've had the pleasure of meeting and getting to work with, they exceeded my expectations and im amazed at how quick my dog learn from their techniques.Tin Woof inn has the most friendly staff that i have ever met. My dig loves them as do I. We are sad to be leaving and hope to be back someday.
My dogs have enjoyed going to Critter Cradle. They are worn out at the end of the day. Unfortunately we are moving away from the area. Wish I had found out about sooner! Great staff!
