No problems whatsoever, every few days updates on our cats with pictures and videos, a totally clean flat when we came back after nearly 4 weeks and two happy and relaxed cats. And not to forget: Jennifer again welcomed us with a wonderful dinner. Jennifer and Steve have become friends, and we highly recommend them as house and pet sitters. Erum was a fantastic sitter to my dog, Griz! I’m always worried when I leave him, but Erum put me at ease. She asked great questions during our initial visit, which showed her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Erum sent lots of photos, and gave me updates throughout the weekend. It was clear Griz was very comfortable during the stay! She also took care to leave the house clean, even washing the bedding. I can only recommend Anika, she is definitely very gifted with pets, attentive to their needs and personality. She got very close to my cat in a short time and my cat was falling for her, as I could see from many cute pics they were sending me regularly. Anika was also very self-sufficient and communicative. The flat was tidy and in great condition and my cat calm and happy as a relaxed as a zen monk ☺️❤️

Deirdre stayed in our home for three weeks watching our cat. Deirdre is a clear communicator. We hopped on a call before confirming the sit and since that call we had confidence in her ability to watch our home for an extended period of time. During the stay we had a few unexpected house issues that needed attention. Deirdre was excellent at communicating the issue and coordinating with contractors as needed. Deirdre was also wonderful with our cat. Deirdre had questions about our cat's personality the first few days as she got to know him and I am glad she asked us. We received frequent pictures/videos and we came back to a stress free cat.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). From my experience Best Friends always keeps our dog happy safe and well fed during his trips there. Anytime I have a concern or question or change in schedule they always try to accommodate. They love seeing Charlie’s face when he arrives and their new groomer has bonded with him which is not easy to do!!!

My dog Obi has been a regular visitor to Best Friends for many years and absolutely loves it! Whenever I tell him that we’re going to go “see his friends,” he pulls me over to the car because he can’t wait to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they treat all of the animals with care and respect.
Our pooch loves Best Friends like it's her second home. We've been boarding our dog here for about 3 years and the staff has always been phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly and it's a very welcoming environment. I admittedly get nervous when my dog and other dogs "meet," but she always does great at group play at Best Friends. I don't know what kind of magic they work but I get a little bit of a "training session" myself each time I chat with the staff at Best Friends when I pick her up. I have used Lisa Burke from Family Style Pet Sitting as my pet sitter for 13 years now. My old dog would actually get excited when he saw us packing for vacation because he knew he was going to go to Lisa’s house for his “vacation.” I never worried about him because I knew he was in the best possible hands. When he was sick and required special care and medicine, she was the only one I trusted. She also takes care of my two cats and my new dog, and she used to take care of my chickens when we had them as well. Highly recommend!!

I have been using Jim for dog walking and boarding since my 10 year old dog was a puppy. He is reliable, flexible, and trustworthy. Most importantly my dog is crazy about him.
I didn't think I'd be able to find anybody that I trusted as much as much as my close friend who had been walking my dog while he was in between jobs. Not only is Jim very dependable, but he's also willing to deal with my sometimes fluxuating schedule. I highly recommend him.
Asked Jim pretty last minute to see my cat when we went away for for a week. He came over the next day, got oriented, and then checked on her every day for a week. Rates seem fair, he played with her, did litter and food and brushing. Seemed to look for things to do for my cat. Will use again and do recommend.

My dogs have been going here for approximately two years and we absolutely love Camp Jeans! They have plenty of room to run inside and out. Jean and her staff treat my dogs like family. They also have boarding which we have done. so when we go on vacation, I know they are on vacation, and very well taken care of! I can’t say enough good things about Camp Jeans and I highly recommend her.

I have been taking my 2 year old Beagle Dakota to Camp Jean's for easily over a Year now and she and I love it!!! Jean is Amazing with the Dogs and Dakota is so Happy and Healthy because of the individual attention from Jean and her workers and group affection she receives from the other animals.Absolutely a 5 star facility
Took my labradoodle there once for a quick visit and once for an hour trial and had a bad experience with the runner of the program. Also it wasn’t exactly the nicest looking or smelling indoor space so the cleanliness wasn’t high. Last thing is that the workers that I got to meet were not able to really play with the dogs which frustrated me as well. Nice workers, but I wasn’t satisfied.

Private area available for those fur-babies requiring it, ask for further info. Inside outside play area, akrcondition for those hot hot 🐕 days! Pools and many other 'woof-tastic' dog friendly amenities. Some of the canine clients have even been known to say it's 'fur'tabulous and gave it a 5 paws rateing

I’ve travelled quite a bit for work and personal travel over these last few years and I’ve always been able to rely on Content Critter to be there. The online booking system makes it super easy to schedule and they’ll email updates with photos while you’re away. My cat is always well fed, played with, and the litter box is left clean when I return.
