Fabulous, Faultless Five Star sitters! We were treated to daily photos, videos and anecdotes about our much loved pet, which our whole family could access, and we had absolute confidence that our dog was being loved and cared for as always. It was as if a family member was at home. Local friends saw them out on walks and our dog always looked happy, under control and well cared for. We didn’t meet this lovely couple unfortunately, but they were totally reliable and communicated efficiently to advise of their arrival and departure times, they are super organised and didn’t ask any unnecessary questions. The house was spotless on our return despite the fact our dog moults at this time of the year, all areas were thoroughly clean and tidy, and we had a helpful handover note. We couldn’t have asked for more, and don’t hesitate to recommend Claire & Mike!

Steven and Ariel were amazing house sitters. They came to meet my husband beforehand to introduce themselves, which I thought was nice and reassuring. They sent us frequent updates and photos of our lovely Fluffy. The kids and i enjoyed seeing what she was up to… she looked very happy with Steven and Ariel in the photos and videos and I could see they were treating her very well. Once we got home Fluffy was relaxed. They left our home exactly as they found it, plus they cleaned up a pan I had nearly destroyed and left a beautiful floral display. We were very pleased as they made our few days away worry free and the process was effortless. We would be happy for them both to stay in our home and look after Fluffy again.

This was our first time with housesitters and Libby and Peter were amazing! They were reassuring before we left, came to meet us and the dogs and arrived at the house soon after we'd left. We met with Gill and Clive prior to our trip and were very happy. They were very friendly and engaging and our dogs instantly bonded and played. Gill and Clive arrived on the day of our trip as planned and provided updates every couple of days during our trip, putting our minds at rest. Upon our return, our house was very clean and tidy and Gill had very kindly provided us with some basic essentials (bread, milk & eggs). Our dogs were happy and it was clear they had been very well cared for. We could not recommend Gill and Clive any higher to other zeewoi members.

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! Otis loves Phil and when I was taking Otis for a walk, I got dragged over to Phil by an excited Otis. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Alex and Phil took great care of our cat Jamie while we were in Devon for the week. We were impressed right from the initial meeting where Alex was extremely thorough and Jamie seemed comfortable around her straight away. Many thanks to Alex and Phil for looking after our two cats Millie and Scoots for a week. Both cats are quite timid, especially Scoots, and have never been looked after by anyone outside of family who they know. It made a huge difference and was very reassuring to know that they were looked after in their own home. The daily log of their activities was interesting to read as it showed Phil had a real understanding of their true characters. We would highly recommend this service.

Our 2.5 year old cockapoo Dusty has been walked (and loved) by the Petpals Basingstoke team for about 18 months ago and I can't recommend them highly enough. The care and love for the pets they look after is so very clear and Dusty gets stupidly excited just hearing the van turn up outside. Even though we've worked from home fully over the last year we've kept the walks as they are great socialisation and good for her happiness! So great to know that they can relied on, supporting at really short notice without any complaint and always making the dog number 1. Absolutely recommend to all!
So happy to have found Petpals Basingstoke. We have just came back from an 8days holiday and needed a reliable pet sitter to look after our two 20-months old kitties. The thought of leaving the cats by themselves was pretty nerve racking and cattery wasn't an option for us but Alex was fab. Came back to 2 happy kitties, as if we had never left. Highly recommended.
We left our 2 kittens with Alex for the whole weekend - 2 visits daily. They were both on medications so it wasn't an easy decision. Alex came to meet the kittens few days before and was keen to know their characters and habits. We also received text messages on Sat to confirm that they both eaten their medicines and they are doing fine. Over all - very pleasant and professional service.

My border collie girl Tala and I highly recommend We Love Pets Newbury. My girl is really anxious and has very specific handling needs which are always met, above and beyond. Her walker is so attentive to her needs, he's really earnt her trust and I am completely confident leaving her in his care. The team are so reliable, professional and adaptable even when walks are needed last minute. I've now used two branches of We Love Pets after moving area and I cannot fault the service.

There is no need to look any further for your local, reliable dog walker, we Love Pets Newbury are highly recommended! Julie has always been very accommodating of the needs of our two dogs and last minute changes are never too much trouble. Having previously used a number of different dog walking companies in the area the communication and administration for We Love Pets is by far the best! We were lucky to be assigned Tracey as our regular dog walker and she is great with the dogs, sending pictures and updates after each walk and always communicating with us on the odd occasion she is running behind schedule. It is such a comfort knowing that they are being taken care of so well when we are away at work. I have used We Love Pets since my cavapoo Roxy was just 9 weeks old! Roxy is nearly 3 now and Kate has been her primary dog walker the whole time. I can’t recommend Kate enough. She loves Roxy and Roxy loves her back! Kate is always on time and always sends me updates and photos of her walks. Most of all I love how Kate genuinely cares for Roxy and enjoys their time together. She is so great at her job and I totally trust her. If Kate is ever away she lets me know and We love pets will always arrange an alternative walker. They are also great at accommodating last minute changes to schedules! My regular dog sitter was fully booked, so needless to say I was quite nervous about finding a new sitter for my furry baby while we were supposed to go on vacation. After intensive search for a new host, I got in touch with Kevin & Crystal from Buddy's Pet Care. Chester usually barks at strangers, needs a bit of time to warm up to people. As soon as we got at their place for a meet and greet, instead of barking he was all kisses and jumps of joy. I realized that Chester will be in good hands during his 3 weeks stay with them. During our vacation, I received updates with photos and comforting words to let me know that Chester was doing great. It was obvious that they care about dogs - loves and treats them as they are their own. Kevin and Crystal are beyond awesome. Thank you very much for putting me at ease and for taking such a good care of our boy. Highly recommended for all the pet parents. 5 Stars review, very well deserved. Kevin and Cristal are great. Really knowledgeable and lovely - super accommodating. I picked up my two dogs from an overnight stay and they were very happy - they had been brilliantly taken care of and they clearly really like Cristal, Kevin and Buddy! Total peace of mind.
When my parents were unexpectedly taken ill at very short notice, Kevin was able to collect my parent’s puppy and look after him for us, while they recovered. Initially this was to be for a long weekend, and they ended up having Toby for two weeks. Very reliable, and totally flexible, nothing was too much trouble for Kevin and Crystal. Toby has obviously been extremely well looked after, and has come home happy and well. We will definitely use their services again, and recommend to all our doggy friends.
Our dogs love it. They are well cared for and happy to go each time! They also offer boarding if you need it. We left our dogs for a week while we were away on a trip that wasn't dog friendly. They were happy and healthy and while pleased to see us visible happy to be at buddy's.
Jan 2023: Our dog has just spent the last 2.5 years with Buddy, Kevin and Cristal. Our dog would bound out the front door, so excited to see them - they've been a huge part of his development. Kevin and Cristal treated our dog like their own and gave us advice when we asked for it. Freddie spent many nights and a few weeks whilst we went away, without a single issue. So sad we have now moved away from the area, but hoping our dog gets his holidays at Buddy's still. Thank you Kevin and Cristal, you're amazing! Nov 2020: Our dog absolutely loves his days with Buddy and the other pooches. We haven't used Buddy's for any overnights yet, just daycare - but we won't hesitate too.
Kevin has looked after our outdoor rabbit on several occasions and he is always reliable, trustworthy, does an excellent job and often goes above and beyond. When it was very hot he put ice bottles out for the bunny to cool down against! We will continue to be using him and thoroughly recommend his services for any pets.

One loves a lot of attention and the other is very reserved and only likes a little. Hilary understood and accommodated both their needs. Leaving your pet when travelling can always be a little daunting but Hilary and the team at Paws at Home made us feel completely at ease and we knew our cat Nellie was in the best hands whilst we were away. The pricing is very reasonable & the team offer a top notch service including a daily report on your return. 100% would use Paws at Home each time we go on holiday!
This is our first time not having friends or family looking after our fur babies and we'll definitely use Paws at Home again. Not only are they incredibly professional but the cats were very well looked after and the bin was even emptied for us!! I would have no hesitation recommending Hilary and co for anyone who has cats who would prefer to stay in their own home while you are away.

We were nervous about leaving our rescue cat for the first time in many years after a bad experience at a cattery, however, he was very chilled when we returned and not stressed at all. I usually only write reviews when I am very satisfied with a service. Last year I used the services of a hotel for cats, which I don't even want to remember. It was a terrible experience. This year we decided that our boy Max should stay in his house and have someone come to take care of him. I googled and found this wonderful team,, Paws at home limited". I read reviews and contacted them. It was the best choice, we will definitely be doing it again. Geoff looked after Max for 11 days. Days happy and peaceful for us and for Max who received a lot of love and attention in our absence. I have no words to thank this team. I recommend with all my heart you will not regret it as we wished. Good luck to this team in the future!
Paws at Home are absolutely wonderful. I absolutely trust them with my home and my cats, and you can tell how much they care and love what they do. I have used them numerous times and will continue to do so every time we go away - they are amazing. Whenever they come to collect/drop off keys you can see the bond between them and my cats (including one who is usually skittish!) as they are instantly right in their face wanting cuddles. Knowing my cats are not only looked after but cuddled and loved while we’re away gives me such peace of mind, and the updates they send are much appreciated. Thank you guys for all you do!
I needed last minute cat care at very short notice. Hilary was accommodating and professional. She sent updates and pictures and my cats were calm and content when I returned home. House was as it was. Highly recommend Paws at Home in Basingstoke. Thanks, Hilary.
Hilary was very professional and very diligent with all the paperwork and information needed to make sure that her visits were smooth. Hilary was friendly and showed vast knowledge when it comes to cats, she was very caring and thoughtful with Stitchy's joint issues. Stitch was content when we got home!
Hilary and Paws At Home team have been brilliant looking after my cat. They are super professional, loved to play with my cat and also provided a daily report recap at the end of the cat sitting! Definitely recommended!

Simon is fantastic and we can’t recommend him enough. He has been taking our 1 year lab called Blake out about 3 times a week for the past 3 months. He is reliable, friendly and absolutely loves dogs. He has helped us with lots of advice and we really trust him. Simon house sits too and his prices for everything are very reasonable. We would struggle without him and Blake loves his walks.
Simon pet care is amazing, he is so good with our year old puppy Fuse, Fuse is so excited when he hears Simon coming and I know he is great hands when out on walks. Simon will always help us when needed and was so supportive when Fuse was a tiny puppy.
Simon has been walking our dog Ruby for over 6 years since she was a puppy, he is reliable and accommodating. He has been great from day one flexible and always has the best interest of the dogs, we wouldn’t use anyone else, fantastic person and dog Walker, we couldn’t recommend more highly, thanks for everything you fo for our Ruby
I would not leave my dog with anyone else. Simon and his associates are amazing, always really accomodating and more importantly have a great way with dogs and other animals. I have used Simon for dog walking and for dog and house sitting while away for weeks at a time and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My fiancée contacted Trusted Pet Carers to enquire how they could help us on our wedding day, to look after our dog and have her as part of our day. During the initial communications, we dealt with Norman. A zoom call was set up with a link sent to us. We joined the call on the specified date and time, but nobody from Trusted Pet Carers joined. We waited 10 minutes and then gave up. I would not recommend this company.
My English Bulldog Luke, doesn’t like being alone for long periods of time and has a fear of kennels. It was always difficult to find someone to look after him due to these issues, until I came across Trusted Pet Carers. When I gave them details on the issues, they immediately understood and worked with me to find a carer who would be able to work with these issues. Now I’m happy that I can go on holiday and not have to worry about Luke.

I searched for a while for the perfect place to take my little 3-legged romanian rescue Maggie and couldn’t find somewhere i thought was good enough until i found Coral and her Doggy daycare! Not only is it in the loveliest destination, a gorgeous country cottage surrounded by woodland walks, Coral herself is just amazing. She has been so helpful, patient and loving with my Maggie, treating her like one of her own. Maggie gets so excited when we go to her house now, it’s like her home away from home! Couldn’t reccomend this day care more❤️
