I was referred here 16 years ago and I will never go any place else with my dogs. Jen the owner is very intuitive with dogs especially bully breeds. She understands and she listens. I've never had an incident or been told not to bring my dog back because they aren't socialized enough. I trust her implicitly. Her groomer is the best. All my dogs love Plateau Kennels. I can assure you that you will rest easy knowing your pup(s) are well cared for and having fun.

Jenn and her team are great. They have always done a great job with our dog. She had a bad experience at another kennel and would always fight going in. At Plateau she runs to Jenn and loves staying with her.

Jen LOST my cat. I boarded my dog and my cat at Plateau Kennels when I went on a week long trip out of town. The day I returned I received a call from Jen saying she had lost my cat. Apparently a window fan had fallen out of the window of the room she kept my cat in overnight, and my cat had escaped. It's gone. Probably forever. She had no front claws and has to try to survive on her own in the wild now. My children are devastated. I realize accidents happen, but when you board your dog or cat at a kennel you are paying them to take care of, and ensure the safety of, your pets. I can never in good conscience go back to Plateau Kennels.

Steve was AMAZING! He took such great care of my brother’s dog like if he was his own! Pictures and video everyday to update us and give us peace of mind. He is so genuine and caring, I would not hesitate to take our dogs to him!

Perfect! Steve has impeccable timing; he answered our first call fast and was even able to sit my puppy for almost three days at last minute. He gave frequent check ins through videos, photos, and messages. He always responded quickly. Steve has three dogs and they made my puppy feel so comfortable. My puppy's never been around dogs so up close before and for so long but she was able to play with them and even sniff them! My puppy's also not a huge fan of adults but she adored Steve and his partner, Randy. Their house and backyard was the perfect space for a puppy's vacation. It was like they gave her V.I.P. service! Steve gave her plenty of love, affection, toys, and treats! Definitely an amazing and wonderful first experience with a pet sitter. 10/10 will certainly come back again :)

Me and my husband used Steven’s doggy services to look after our 3 cats while we had a vacation in Italy for a week. He went above and beyond everyday and even sent photos and videos to us. Unfortunately he’s moving to a new area so we will have to find a new sitter in the future. But whoever has the opportunity to work with Steven will not have to worry about anything at all. He was awesome to work with and listened to all of our concerns and stayed in contact with us for months prior to our vacation. Excellent communication

I can’t say enough good things about Steven! He is kind, trustworthy and reliable! All the other reviews are true. He took amazing care of my 12 year old pup while we vacationed for two weeks. Steven provided updates the whole time to ensure we knew that our dog was well cared for. Knowing he was in such good hands really allowed us to enjoy our time away, guilt free! I can’t say enough great things about Steven and his way with my dogs! My 2 dogs are dog aggressive and Steven has helped me tremendously over the last 6 months get them to be calm and not go into attack mode when other dogs pass. My dogs love him and can’t wait for his daily visits. He genuinely cares for my pups as if they were his own! Truly the best!

We have used Steven's services a few times with our beloved cat Georgie. Being that George has severe separation anxiety, we worry about him on the frequent business trips we must take. Steven's care seems to do something a little extra to make our boy seem happier then when we left him. Prior to his service, asking family members or friends to tend for him, he seemed very distressed and a bit "destructive" when we returned. Since using Stevens, he has seemed much happier when we returned, has greatly reduced his destructive "incidents", and overall seems like a happier cat. Pets Are Inn took wonderful care of our cat while were were traveling for 2 weeks. They picked her up at our house, placed her a loving home where she was clearly well cared for, and then dropped her off at our house at the end of her visit. Driving around trying to enjoy the rainy day with my family and was tailgated by this company’s vehicle, license plate “pet paws” they were inches from our bumper and were driving very reckless… would not trust my dog in this vehicle if THATS how youre driving around, we also witnessed them tailgating several other vehicles once we let them in-front of us and going well over the speed limit. Do better.

We just had our first experience with Pets are Inn this past week with our 5 year old pug. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The service was exactly how it was explained to me on our initial call. The transportation was super convenient and I loved that I could send him with familiar things such as his bedding, toys and food. I received daily photos of my dog to let me know he was ok. I have been using Jen’s Happy Pet’s for several years on a regular basis. Lexi is our regular dog walker and she goes above & beyond for our fur baby, Daisy! She treats Daisy like her own & I am always at ease when I know Daisy is being cared for by Lexi. Recently, we had Lexi take care of Daisy while we were away & although I hate leaving my dog behind, I felt so comfortable knowing that she was getting so much love & attention. My experience with Jen’s has been great from the first contact with her business. We were new to the area last summer and were referred to her by several neighbors and pet stores in the area. I moved back into the Hunterdon County area in February 2024 with a Golden Retriever puppy named Beans; she was less than 4 months old at the time. Being I had to work full-time, I prayed that the perfect walker would come into her life and love her as their own. I was referred to Jen's Happy Pets. Well, even writing this now brings me tears. Jen, the owner, took the time to listen to the needs of my situation and empathized with the challenges of raising a puppy on my own. She promised she would pair me with the perfect fit. Jen's team exceeded my expectations. Jen paired me with TWO fantastic, loving, compassionate, responsible, caring, playful, respectful, and kind individuals; Nik and Mare. Jen, Mare, and Nik loved Beans as their own. Beans loved her second family; as I called them. On September 15th, 2024 my whole world changed; Beans went into the hospital and died on September 18th; being less than 1 year old. The team continued to shower me with empathy and love; bringing me food, flowers, and still continually check up on me to make sure I am doing ok. The pain of Beans' death is unexplainable and having a team like Jen's Happy Pets helps my sad days. I feel blessed that Beans' was surrounded by such an amazing extended family during her short time here, and that Beans helped me to meet all these wonderful people. Although, I am not ready for another puppy yet; I will absolutely be calling on them to help with my second; if that becomes my reality someday. Fetch! Pet Care is the best place I have ever brought our dog, Leo, for boarding or day care. Cora and Sue are kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable caretakers. What an amazing experience! This was my first time leaving my dog at home since moving to the area. From the very first phone call, Sue and Cora were professional, caring, and wonderful to talk to. We had a home visit where I got to meet the people who would be taking care of Sirius and they got to meet him - it was love at first sight on both sides! While I was away, I got an update with pictures and information for every visit. The journals were friendly and sweet and I looked forward to reading every word and seeing every picture. Janet and Marcia were amazing - taking such good care of Sirius and getting lots of kisses from him in return. I felt the love that everyone at Fetch has for dogs in every interaction. What a caring, kind, and professional service they provide! Sue even accommodated a key issue I had and never made me feel like I was putting them out with the extra attention needed to address the issue. I will be using them again. Highly recommend! 12/10

I wanted to say thank you to Fetch Pet Care for taking care of my kitties while I was away. Although this was an unplanned trip, they were able to fit me in and had their staff come over to learn about each cat's needs. While I was away, I appreciated the updates each morning and evening and I especially loved the comments along with the photos. My cats were happy and waiting for me when I got back.

We have had the best experiences with Fetch! Pet Care. Sue and Cora take wonderful care of our dog Luke, whether it's for daycare or when we go away on vacation. Luke has the best time making friends with the other dogs and running around the yard. We also used their dog walking service in the past for our old dog Ben. He loved his walks with Marcia and we always knew he was in good hands with her. We highly recommend using their service!!

We used Fetch for the first time this past weekend and it was such a great experience. This was also our first time leaving our dog alone over night and also had to let them know last minute that our cat would need medication twice a day. We have used Fetch for our pet care needs when we are away. Marcia is great providing a walk for our dog on days we cannot also checking in on our cat if we are traveling. Dog boarding is never easier and our pup loves to have a day (or night) of fun with his pup friends at Fetch!

I never thought of myself as a “dog person.” But, after 16 years of begging, and a global pandemic, my son finally convinced me to get a dog. He did the research and we brought home a doodle puppy, Brooklyn, when she was just 8 weeks. The one thing we didn’t think through was how we would handle daycare and boarding needs. Enter Fetch! Pet Care. We are so thankful to have met Sue and Cora. Brooklyn loves to visit them and her furry friends for a day of play each week. We have taken multiple vacations and Brooklyn has been cared for like she was their own during our time away. I am now a “dog person” and wouldn’t leave our Brooklyn with anyone else!

BCK has been fabulous for our lab-mix rescue, who has been in doggie day care each week for several years. She loves getting to run and play with the other dogs, and we love that the staff provides such great supervision and direction.

Went to sign up my 2 rescue dogs for training and while signing up, a car pulled up and my dogs were in the car barking at the dogs who just arrived. The arriving dogs were unaffected, but a women came up to my husband and asked him to close the windows to the car, opened about 5". He said to her, do you know how fast it would get hot in that car, he said he couldn't do that. She kept insisting he close the windows, even after the other dogs were inside. As it turns out it was the owner and she has yet to call us about getting our rescue pups some training. Beware of leaving your dogs behind at this center especially if they are barkers.

Clean, professional, they love your dog as much as you do. :) Great care, would not take my dog anywhere else. Piece of mind knowing that your pet is getting wonderful care and having a blast while You are away!

Our dogs love Pierson Creek. Usually our dogs are nervous when we get to kennels but whenever we get to Pierson Creek, the dogs run up to the owners with tails wagging and they excitedly go into the kennels. They're always happy when we pick them up too. We have been using this family run business for about 5 years now and never had any issues. We highly recommend them for your fur babies!

We booked our dogs stay back in February fir a two week stay from July 9- July 25. We bring our dogs to drop off and everything was fine when we left, not even 10 min I get a phone from Kyle the owner sayin that my dogs stay and we have to come and pick them up can't keep the dogs and we have to pick up right away.We were scheduled to leave on vacation July 10. They didn't even give my dogs a chance to get used to them. The owner is rude and nasty. I would not recommend this place at all. BEWARE. They can't handle dogs they should not be allowed to. Kylie the owner called the cops because we where talking to his wife and took to long. Any place like this be very aware of them. Nice to your face but do they really take care of your dogs while your gone I doubt. They can't even handle dogs at all not a dog friendly place. Thanks for nothing and I will make sure no body I know ever brings there dogs to your unfriendly place.

An excellent dog boarding service, operated by very nice people. Our dog always behaves normally when we pick him up from Pierson Creek--proof that he was well cared for during his time there.

These people do not have the temperament to be watching your dogs. Full stop. I have the perspective of traveling while my dog was at Pierson Creek Kennels. During that time I encountered people who were kind, patient, and pleasant to their customers. I wasn't in one place either, it happened again and again everywhere I went. It was great to see people's good side and be treated like a human being. I had a great experience, and made some new friends. Then I encountered Keith. I probably interacted with him for 5 seconds before he turned on me. He was short, argumentative, and of course had to have the last word. This was for making a K-turn in his driveway. Had he 1/10th of a second of patience, he would have seen me put the car in reverse. Instead he assumed I was an idiot and I was going to park in middle of the (very small) parking lot. Then when I finally explained what I was doing he shamed me for being "argumentative", when I said "I am not being argumentative" he had to add "THEN DONT!" and stormed off. Anyone with this abusive personality and zero patience should not be watching your dog, or mine. AVOID THIS PLACE.

This was my two girls first visit to a kennel and I am so happy that I had Pierson Creek Kennels take care of them. Excellent care, clean, great customer service, and the owners live there. They took excellent care of my girls and treated them like their own. I highly recommend Pierson Creek Kennel to anyone who loves their animals and want a place to take care of them like they do. Thank you for taking such good care of my girls.

DO NOT USE THIS KENNEL! My dog became very ill after staying here. I never received any updates from the owner on his condition. It took several days for my dog to recover. The owner, Kyle, is also very rude and unprofessional. If you show up a few minutes late or early he will throw a tantrum and start acting belligerent. There are many other highly qualified kennels out there. Do not use this one.

Our beagle Wesson always leaves happy after a visit. Kyle and Sharon do a great job caring for him during his stay.

Ben and his great crew are the best! Our two dogs are very well taken care of and Doylestown Dogs are super flexible with changes in schedule, unexpected travel, etc. It is a much better alternative to boarding in our view and experience. Our girls get to stay in their own home and aren’t faced with the stress of a kennel.

Ben and his team took great care of our dog Rita while we were on vacation! She had always been cared for by family members when we would travel so it was our first time working with Ben. Rita is shy but his patience and kindness allowed her to realize she was just as loved. The company provided great communication about the visits.

We took our 11.5 month old boxer puppies to Holiday House this week. We have 2 males and our trainer recommended day care and having them in different groups. Holiday House took care of them in their VIP group and let us know halfway thru the day how they were doing. Some part of the day they were with other dogs, taking nature walks or playing with the staff. We also received a written summary of their day! They were very professional and the puppies were very tired! We look forward to sending the puppies again soon!

My dog Jax stayed at Holiday House for the 20 day training with Mark and his team. Overall, it was a great experience. Jax had a lot of fun and learned so much from Mark and the team. He worked on basic obedience and leash walking during his stay. I see a big improvement from when I first dropped him off with his leash walking and command skills. Thank you Mark and Holiday House!

Once again Holiday House Pet Resort exceeded my expectations. We have our border collie bathed and groomed there. Our technician is Joann and she is the best. Missy does not like us to brush her. Her hair gets out of control very quickly, and don't get me started on the shedding. Joann does an amazing job. Missy not only looks beautiful, she is calm and relaxed after the experience. I highly recommend this business ... and Joann.

My dog is so anxious and hates spa day typically. But this was our first time here and he seemed much more relaxed and looked absolutely stunning! I couldn’t be happier!! And it was cheaper than PetSmart! ♥️

Our pup, Ripley spent 15 days for a stay and learn program with Mark and Skylar. Mark put us at ease right away with how much he truly loves dogs and what he does and it was obvious our girl loved him right back! Mark and Skylar were communicative, honest about Ripley's behavior and what can and can't be accomplished, and we are so impressed with what Rip did learn while in their care. The entire experience with Holiday House- from the initial contact, through the check in, during our vacation, through pick up- was fantastic. Everyone was kind, genuinely invested in our girl, which made it so much easier for us to leave her there. Thank you Mark and team!

First time and will definitely be back. We boarded for 2 nights and it was evident that our pup was taken great care of. His report card was a nice touch, and it was relieving to see how happy he was the whole time. On top of all that, it was affordable and the property is bucolic!

Mark at Holiday House was truly the best! Rocco, our 4- month-old Frenchie really thrived under his direction. He knows all of commands and it was just impressive to see how much he improved. Rocco did the 20 day stay and learn and it was definitely money well spent! When we picked Rocco up, you could see the bond Mark and Rocco shared.

Our two year old chocolate lab was at Holiday House for 20 day training. Mark and his crew trained Arthur on basic commands and walking behavior. I picked Arthur up today and was amazed at the transformation. Mark taught Arthur basic commands, and taught us the verbal and visual commands to make Arthur a well mannered dog. Arthur was reluctant to leave. Mark and the Holiday House staff took wonderful care of Arthur. Well worth the investment!

Quite the nice facility. Staff is plentiful and courteous. We always get the bath before picking up after a week stay. It's so nice to pick up GSD Victor when he's all happy and nicely groomed.

We have 6 Labrador Retrievers who we had never boarded before. We were nervous to say the least. Holiday House took EXCELLENT care of all my babies!! They were happy and smelled and looked amazing after their baths. All the employees were SO NICE. I have peace of mind knowing they are safe and happy when they are there! THANK YOU TO ALL AT HOLIDAY HOUSE !!!

Janry Pet Resort made me and my 20lb shorkie new customers since going to them 5 years ago. Cocoa is a loveable dog that does not like groomers as does many dogs. Previous groomers wanted me to sedate Cocoa to calm him down which I am against. Groomer LeAnn at Janry is a professional and from day 1 has never asked me to sedate my dog. She said there was no need to. He doesn't bite. LeAnn does a fantastic job grooming Cocoa. I don't have to tell her what I want because she's a professional and knows what that type of dog should look like groomed. Thank you LeAnn/Janry

I cannot recommend Janry enough! From the moment I walked in, I knew my furry friend was going to have a fantastic time. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of every dog in their care. The facilities are top-notch, with spacious play areas both indoors and outdoors, ensuring that even the most energetic pups have plenty of room to run and play. I only wish they would provide daily photos / updates or have cameras to watch the pups like some daycares do. My dog comes home tired and happy after a day at Janry, and I can't thank the staff enough for the love and care they provide. If you're looking for a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for your furry family member, look no further !

My crazy Bernedoodle Winnie started daycare twice a week at Janry and I couldn’t be happier! As a first time dog, mom, I was super apprehensive about sending her somewhere, but I am so glad we did. Every time I drop her off at Janry her tail just wags nonstop. It is so reassuring, knowing that the staff takes such good care of her and gets her nice and tired for me at night! We also utilized their lodging and couldn’t be happier! The on staff Groomer is also amazing, I had a really hard time finding someone who could cut a doodle properly and Liane is very talented. Thank you Janry for taking such good care of my little crazy girl!

There are so many great things I can say about this place , If you haven’t Brought your furry baby to janry yet you need to see for yourself , the grounds are well kept always, the animals have a beautiful safe area to explore and have fun , the staff greets each dog by name and shows love and affection to all. Plus they have a grooming area which my pup Hasn’t experience yet but we are planing too . It’s a 10 rating 🐾🐾 from Blue and family oxo Chloe, our teacup Pomeranian, enjoys going to Janry for her spa day and returns home smelling amazing, looking clean, and feeling happy.Thank you for always taken such good care of her 🐾

Janry Pet Resort has been such an amazing place for my dog to spend time at. From daycare to boarding, their service is top of the line. I was so nervous for my dog's first time boarding, but Janry gave me tons of confidence that my boy was happy, safe and not missing us at all. Their facilities offer endless fun for my pup, I highly recommend any of their services. EDIT: I have now been using Janry’s services for almost a year - Best. Facility. Ever. My pup gets so excited even just hearing their pre-recorded message when I call to get him in to daycare. He absolutely loves the place and we are so grateful to the staff for their dedication and love for dogs. Thanks, Janry! Attentive and caring. What a great experience. Before talking to one of their agents, I was concerned it might be more expensive than I was looking for. It turns out their fees are quite reasonable, and even lower than someone than some local "professionals ". I had a bad experience with a dog caretaker before. Nothing that belongs here, but due to that experience I spent a great deal of time looking for the right place. The right place for me is one that caters for the animals. Takes good care of them. Good and clean lodging, proper handling, socializing with other dogs and with humans. Loved to get pictures of my pup in nature hikes and walks, and in group play. For me, this is the right place for my dog.

My sister and I boarded two 10 mo. old goldens for 2 weeks in June. They were rescues (adopted them at 6 mos), and we had our concerns about possible regression in their behavior as they were just starting to feel secure in their forever homes. My first experience with a pet resort and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Every staff member from reservationist, to kennel care, grooming and playtime, were wonderful. The managers, Eileen and Elliot, are respectful and professional. It's now comforting to us to know we have a very reliable and caring place for them. Marilyn S

Janry Pet Resort was a recommendation from a post I made on FB, for a place to leave my fur baby a couple of days. I took a tour of the grounds & fell in ♥️. The grounds were beautifully manicured & the workers were doggie lovers. The love displayed was overwhelming, I knew immediately this was the facility to leave my pup worry free. Pups are pampered & loved daily. Janry Pet Resort is a win win for all. You enjoy your getaway, while your pups enjoys being well cared for.

Ollie, Bernedoodle, loves Janry. He attends daycare and is boarded at Janry. He is excited to go and comes home a happy and tired pup. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and wonderful with the pups.
