We were kept updated throughout and when one of our cats unusually stayed out all night, they kept looking for her until she showed up again which really put our minds at rest. Wow! Muileng and Cyrille were amazing throughout the entire process. I had absolutely no hesitation leaving Morton in their capable hands. The moment Morton met Muileng and Cyrille he connected with them. They communicated extremely well from the moment I met them online and we instantly got on when we met. Morton was a very happy boy when I came home and the condo was immaculate. Muileng was staying on in Singapore and even offered to help with Morton until she departs. Stephen and Nallely (and their daughter Iona) were great house and pet sitters. Right from when they arrived they connected with our cats, and it was clear that they were very competent - well-equipped with everything they needed for their stay. They are also delightful people, and very thoughtful - for example they used their own sleeping bags on the last night so that they could wash and hang all the bedding up, so that we would not have to wash it on our return. They endured some appalling weather - including two long power cuts - while staying here, but seemed completely unfazed by this. They left the house very clean and tidy. Overall they really are excellent people to welcome into your home.

All I can say is WOW! Helen was totally amazing from start to finish and I would certainly call her a cat whisperer. Our cat Coco can be extremely timid and Helen was aware of this but I think Coco had other plans once she met Helen as was happy to be around her and let her brush her and even nudged Helen with a hello. This allowed us to be on holiday with confidence. Helen and I had already discussed communication while we were away, as I did not feel I needed photos etc as trusted what Helen said. We did actually message a few times during the 14 days and Coco was always doing well. We came home to an immaculate home! I was expecting to have to clean etc on return but did not need to ( and that’s most unlike me!). Our home was so well looked after and Coco was a happy girl too, in fact I think she may have preferred Helen to have walked through the door. We will most definitely be asking Helen to come back and just have everything crossed, that when we have dates set, she can come to us again. I know Coco would be thrilled to see her again. This was our first time using the site and we are so happy we found Helen, she is cat lovers dream.

Teddy absolutely loves Dave. Within minutes of him arriving he has come down from his hiding place and is circling his feet. They are best buddies. Dave did a lovely job taking care of our home and kept it lovely clean and tidy. He also sorted out an ant problem we weren’t aware of and was careful to buy pet friendly products.

We struck gold when Laura, Ben and Emery came to dog sit. We had the pleasure of having them stay the evening before and sharing dinner together and it was immediately obvious that Arthur’s was in the best hands! He was walked, played with and loved! We had wonderful photos, videos and messages keeping us up to date with their adventures. Arthur will miss them hugely but I hope they will come back to us again in the future!

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Sonja is one of just few people whom my girl trusts and feels comfortable with. She is very competent, patient and caring, she also sends updates with photos which is really nice. She makes sure Tessa is treated with love and care and she respects and values her differences. She provides enriched walks in a beautiful scenery and safe environment in her own house. Her own dog Sorrell is great company for my dog and Sonja also makes sure that each dog has their own safe space. Tessa is always happy to see us, when collecting her, but I have strong feeling she would happily stay with Sonja and Sorrell for longer :) Ballachulish Bed and Biscuits is indeed luxury holiday for any dog!
Sonja ensured she spent time with my collie Shadow before allowing her to stay. She posted pictures everyday and kept in touch to tell me how she was getting on. I was a little anxious as I'd never left her before with other dogs but sonja was so experienced and I was soon put at ease. I will definitely use sonjas services again and recommend her to anyone.
We were visiting from Ireland and needed a dog minder for a few days. Sonja was absolutely brilliant with our doggie Elvis. He can be a very nervous dog but Sonja made him feel at ease within the few hours of the meet & greet. She is extremely competent, kind and qualified and we wouldn't hesitate a second to bring Elvis back to her.
Our dog had never boarded with anyone before so i was nervous, but i really shouldn't have been. Our dog was in safe first class hands and paws (Sorrell- Sonjas dog) and had a brilliant time. Couldn't recommend Sonja enough. Will definitely choose her next time!
Perfect place for my dogs to have gone, no kitted out kennels for my old ladies. I was so worried about my girls having to go onto kennels for a weekend away, so much so I was going to cancel. Then Bed & Biscuits/Sonja was recommended to me. She even had a meet and greet to make sure both girls were happy to be there. All was triumphant and I got away for the first time in 6 years. My dogs are a bit quirky with one deaf and one blind and both 13 years old and all their needs were taken into consideration. I will not ever have to cancel an away day/weekend ever again, knowing my girls will be in very safe hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Bruno spent a week at Bed and Biscuits at the end of October. This was his second visit and was the longest time we had left him, however we needn’t have worried since as soon as we arrived Bruno was straining to get out of the car to greet Sonja before dashing into the garden to see where Sorrell was. Sonja kept us updated during the visit and sent beautiful pictures. When we picked Bruno I don’t think he wanted to leave. I think he has a girlfriend in Sorrell. He since spent just a day time visit and really enjoys being with Sonja and Sorrell. Thank you Sonja.
Thank you Sonja and Sorrell! We were very lucky to find Sonja who looked after our little Margot so well - and walked in the morning so she was sleepy for the car journey back. Sonja also sent us pictures and little updates which was really sweet. One of those described Margot as an "awesome dog" which I will never forget - proud moment. Sonja's comms and detail is fab - which I really appreciate. We hope we will be back to see Sonja and Sorrell again! Sonja also helped us with local recommendations and walks - as well as general dog advice. A real pleasure to meet Sonja and grateful for her help.
Sonja is a wonderful dog carer. When I leave my precious pup with her I can relax completely in the knowledge she is being loved and exercised thoroughly.
Sonja looked after my wee dog Molli, who suffers from seperation anxiety, Sonja kept me up todate with photos and videos everyday putting my mind at rest, I cannot rate this service high enough my dog had the time of her life experienced living and playing with other dogs safely she was very very well looked after by Sonja & her beautiful dog Sorrell, would definitely use her again fantastic service 🐶🐶

Anne and Ewan checked in on our indoor cat while we were getting married over a weekend and they were brilliant. Annie & Ewan have been walking our two dogs since they started, and they recently had them for a week while we went on our our first foreign holiday in years. Annie & Ewan have built a great relationship with our two, who can be challenging at times being rescues, so we had no qualms about leaving them there. We got daily updates and photos which put our minds at rest, and it is clear that the dogs love both the walks and staying over. Highly recommend them for their friendly, personal, caring approach, they are clearly dog people first and foremost.
Annie and Ewan have looked after our cat in our home a few times. Their service is superb. The updates of how she is getting on together with photos/videos is a great touch and loved by all of us. We will definitely be booking their services the next time we go away.

Annie and Ewan reassured us and kept us updated with pictures of Harry, when he stayed while we were on holiday. Even his yucky raw food was not a problem. He is a big dog and his tail can be quite a weapon, I understand he is a lot to take on and I over fuss but he genuinely seemed happy staying there, I was reassured by their experience of dogs.
No hesitation in recommending Loch Leven Petcare. From my initial enquiry they were professional but friendly too. I was looking for a week long holiday home for our young Cavapoo. They offered a couple of 'practice' nights away which put both me and my dog at ease. In fact my dog was obviously excited to be back when I dropped her off! I know they looked after her well, keeping her busy with walks and playtime. The updates and photos while we were away were an added bonus. I will definitely be using Annie and Ewan again.
We were looking for dog boarding for our dog Millie at short notice and over the Christmas period. Ewan and Anne were recommended to us on a Facebook community group and when we got in touch we found they were very helpful and friendly. They cared for Millie like she was their own and sent us plenty of updates and photos during her stay. We now use Loch Leven Petcare for regular walks and we couldn't be happier with the service. They even have a tracking tag they use on Millie's collar, so they can show us on a map how far she has ran on her walk! If you love your pet, you'll love these guys!
Had read some great reviews on the local community page and got in touch with Annie and Ewan. They replied very promptly with links to the forms we needed to fill in for Jack and Finn. What was so brilliant though was that they wanted to meet our dogs in their own home to get an idea of what they were like. Both Annie and Ewan spent a lot of time playing and talking to our boys, Ewan even sat on the floor whilst Finn jumped all over him. The boys had a great time and we were both so delighted that they were with a couple who really loved dogs. Already planning their next stay - Highly recommend...
We left Nellie with Annie and Ewan while we went to a wedding. It was our first visit to the area and we were a little concerned about leaving her, especially as she has not been left since the first lockdown. We needn’t have worried. We got updates about how she was settling and pictures. She got walked and cuddled and we are hoping to leave her again on our next visit.
