Pet Sitting in Kitimat

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. 
Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention.
He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. 
He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. 
The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! 
We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. 
We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. 
Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). 
In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. 
We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Kate was amazing all around and I would be thrilled to have her sit for me again at any time. Thanks for everything!

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets.  We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home.  The pictures and the comments they sent  showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets  were safe and happy! Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days.  We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was.  We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out.  All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely.  Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for.  The koi were also active and happy.  

Janis is a “cat whisperer”.  She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background).  Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. 

Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children.  They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. 

Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish.  We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again.  If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.

Jessica was an awesome pet sitter for my cat Fifi. 
She texted photos and updates everyday so I knew that Fifi was being well cared for. 
She was communicative and asked a lot of good questions to make sure she understood Fifi's needs. 
My home was equally as clean (if not more so) upon my return.
