Chloe did an excellent job of providing 4 mid-day visits. She was faithful in giving me a report (with pictures) each day. When my flight home got canceled, she agreed to visit on the 5th day. The web portal is easy to send emails, payments, etc. I’ll use again and I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about this pet sitter! She was reliable and thorough. Every morning I woke up to a full daily report of her visit including updates on what she did each visit and how our cat was doing, with a few cute pictures as well. She was thoughtful in taking care of the house and was very responsive in the communication portal. She truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful to have someone to count on when traveling out of town. Highly recommend! Thanks so much, Leah.

We LOVE our pet sitter, Kathy! It can be so nerve wrecking to find someone you trust to come into your home and take care of your pets, and we are so thankful for her! One of our pets is prone to medical issues and has been on lots of different medications and food. Each time we have to leave them we know Kathy can handle it and follow new and specific directions. We also LOVE getting a picture of them every time she comes to visit!

We have used Distinctive pet care several times over the last few years. We have used them for many different type of visits, from brief "mid day potty breaks" for random long work days, to two week long trips for mom and dad to go to Europe where they visit three times a day. It is never easy leaving our babies behind but DPC (specifically Cheryl (retired now) and Nikki) are AMAZING. They are responsible, keep us well informed and ease our minds when we have to leave them behind. I am so grateful for their service and commitment to our pets. Holly at Distinctive Pet Care did a wonderful job taking care of our bunny while we were on vacation. It was comforting to know he was in such good hands and the daily reports she sent after every visit were filled with information and pictures so we always knew what was going on. Holly's communication was stellar, her care for Milo was above and beyond and we will definitely use Distinctive Pet Care again.

I literally cannot say enough about Fran and Holly with distinctive pet care!!! I have a12 week old puppy and travel A LOT for work which would be very difficult if not for Fran and Holly. They do daily visits, overnight sitting and training. They are amazing with her and REALLY love her and care about her development and happiness.....it feels like family (only better because Fran is such a fabulous trainer) I would pay them twice as much as they charge for everything they have done for me and my sweet puppy!!!! Our pups have always gotten wonderful treatment from distinctive pet care! We count on them for mid day dog walks whenever we can't get home in time. They are always less anxious when I come home after a lunch time walk with Cat.

We have been customers of Distinctive Pet Care for more than ten years, and our pet sitters have been responsible and caring. We've had one adverse situation with one pet sitter some years ago, but the company acted professionally and did the right thing. We've confidently continued our service with DPC and have had no further issues since that occasion. Tango happily goes into Bergen Bark Inn whether it’s for daycare or boarding and he’s always in a cheerful mood when we pick him up. That says it all about his time there! The staff is personable and efficient. Most important, they are sweet and affectionate with the dogs, while maintaining a safe and controlled environment!

We take our dog here to get groomed & he comes home looking beautiful! We usually get an appointment that's convenient for us & within a few weeks. They do such a great job! And with the holiday he got a cute little tie too. This is the day after his groom. I highly recommend them.

As with so many others, we are very particular about where we board Max. Bergen Bark boarded Max for this past eeek. The experience was outstanding in every way. We will not hesitate to board Max at Bergen Bark on future trips to Evergreen. The updates, Christmas treat dinner, photo with Santa Paws , etc. illustrates the quality of the boarding experience.

We absolutely love Bergen Bark Inn. Our dog looks forward to his daycare and play day each week and we love that it helps to get his energy out. They have cameras in the play areas that you can log into to check on your pup when you have a day scheduled and they always have employees in the play groups to keep the dogs aligned. The facility is always clean and the front desk staff are helpful and kind. They also know our dog very well and we can tell he’s very comfortable with them. We’ve also boarded our dog and booked the private room for the camera to check on him. He’s always happy when we pick him up from daycare or boarding which tells us he’s happy there!

My puppy , Rip, has visited twice so far and he seems to like it. He comes home tired! :). I also think the people there are very nice and accommodating and will do whatever you need. I’m so glad I found them!

We love Bergen Bark Inn! They are so accommodating of our two dogs and make the entire boarding process very easy.

Took my large breed dog for an evaluation for a boarding stay and we will not ever be returning. I had to walk back to help get my dog out of their yard because he was so frightened by the woman yelling at him to leave. I do not think they realized the windows were open to the lobby, or they would have hopefully spoken more kindly to my dog. We had to walk back thru the facility to help get my dog to leave because he was so terrified. The actual boarding facility or standard rooms were absolutely filthy. The smell of urine and poop almost knocked us over walking back. I am mortified at these conditions and the level of stress my dog was in after we left. I THINK THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. If you plan on boarding your dog here or putting them in day care, ask to see the place and listen to how they speak to your pet first.

Bear always loves coming to Bergen Bark. They have been excellent at accommodating us during construction work on my house.

Wonderful boarding and day care! Spacious facility with a loving and friendly staff. My babies come home exhausted and happy! They have special events (like an Easter Bunny visit/photo, a "kissing booth" photo set up and treats for Valentines Day, birthday celebration treats, etc), and truly treat our pets like family!

My friends leave their dog here when they travel and I often do the dropoff and pickup. He’s always happy to be left there and has a great time. Nice staff.

Amy is wonderful with our two dogs and treats them like one of her own. We know our dogs are well taken care of and get plenty of exercise when they are with Amy. I would highly recommend Amy’s dog boarding!

Very happy with our overnight boarding. We were in from out of town and because we had all our vaccinations and good behavior at other doggy daycare, they let my boy stay. He socialized a little but not too much just because of being new. But boy was my guy tired afterwards. Will waiting to pick up my guy, another customer spoke so highly of this location too. If I’m back in the area, @sirbaileyshark will be a regular!

So thankful to have found this gem!!! I don’t worry about my shepherd at all while I’m away. I love the when I pick her up I can tell for sure she has received her eye drops cause her eyes look incredible!!! Thank You for the awesome care for my pooch when I’m out of town!!!!

Buyer’s beware if I could rate this facility 0 stars, I would. they throw dogs in large groups of other dogs putting the pets under stress and my dog formed horrible bad habits such as barking incessantly, fear and reactivity. he also got very sick in their care and I was not informed until pick up. Kids run this place like their own personal playground and the owners cater to their older affluent clients without regard to the “common” folk in the neighborhood. horrible experience for all involved. If you want your dog to have a better experience In The mountains, bring them elsewhere.

I love Canine Canyon! That they are open early on the weekends makes life so much easier for early morning trips to the mountains, and they have been incredibly helpful to accommodate me and my pups needs. Sasha always comes home happy and tired, and I can tell they really love the dogs. Love bringing her here!

This review is specific to the owner. We boarded our puppy here in late September. When I picked him up, it was clear he had picked up kennel cough while he was boarded so I called the next morning to let them know. The owner denied they had an outbreak and said he probably got it from a dog park (which we don't take our dog to). Ok. But he did offer to pay the vet bill if he needed care. The kennel cough turned into a case of severe bacterial pneumonia a few days later, which he was treated for and I submitted the bill. I was then told that they don't pay vet bills, but gave me a credit for future care. I let them know that I would likely not be back, but they said the credit was all they could do. We decided that we would use the credit for day care since the dogs are outside most of the day and at less risk for picking up something. Yesterday, we were in a bind for dog care and I dropped him off. When I picked my dog up, the owner decided it was a good time to berate and belittle me in front of other customers for sending "nasty emails" and informed me that they no longer offer credits for illnesses sustained while in their care. If you didn't want me to come back, why give me a credit at all? I was appalled at the way I was treated and feel the need to share this experience. I think the staff is great with the dogs, but the owner needs a lesson in customer service.

We rely on Canines Canyon periodically to help us with caring for our two dogs. They are so loving towards our dogs, and it is clear that they are passionate about what they do. We are so happy to have them as a resource so close to home.

Jen, (newest groomer to Canine’s Canyon) is absolutely wonderful! I have a large, very nervous, shepherd mix that she is so amazing with. I have used Jen for the last 2 years and I am so happy that she has found a new home at Canine’s canyon!! My pup has an undercoat that Jen is able to tame with a De-Shed treatment that allows me to wait about 6 weeks in between grooming without hardly any shedding!! Her cost is very reasonable considering other places around town. She is the only groomer that has been able to make my dog feel comfortable, especially in his old age. My dog always leaves Jen smelling so fresh, fluffy, hardly shedding and most of all, happy and stress free!!! I highly recommend Jen at the Canine’s Canyon to anyone!!! She’s just the best!!

We love Canine’s Canyon. Our dog, Duke, always gets so excited when we tell him where he is going. And when we pick him up he is always smiling ear to ear. The team at CC gives us peace of mind when we are away on trips. We always know Duke is being very well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and the property is ideal. We boarded our dog here for the first time last weekend and they were so nice and attentive to her! Normally she’s nervous around strangers, but by the time I came to get her a couple days later she seemed happy, relaxed, and so comfortable with everyone there. We have taken her to other places before and that just wasn’t the case, so I know the staff here took the time to spend with her and get to know her. We will definitely be back, hands down! Dogs Colorado is a wonderful business that I could not recommend more highly! The walkers (“pup tenders”) are all amazing! I get detailed notes and photos for every walk! My dog is reactive and I have had bad experiences in the past with other dog walkers not understanding her specific needs. The professionals at Dogs Colorado go above and beyond to walk her safely. Just had our first vacation service with Dogs Colorado over thanksgiving after recently moving to the area. We thought we had a great pet sitter in our old neighborhood, but our puptender, Jess, blew us out of the water with her care! She wrote the sweetest most detailed post-visit notes and took tons of pictures - it was obvious from our pets’ expressions they absolutely adored her and had the best staycation — even our kitties, who usually just hide from strangers, waited for snuggles from Jess on every visit! Usually when we get home from trips they’re so anxious and thrilled to see us, but after being in Jess’s care for 4 days, our boys were relaxed, mellow, and (though happy to see us), slightly bummed we weren't their new friend :) it is so much easier leaving your pets when you know they’re having a blast, and we are so glad we found Jess and Dogs Colorado!

We have been using Dogs of Colorado for almost 2 years now. Our dog Duke loves his walks! All walkers have been exceptionally wonderful with Duke, watching him carefully for his desires; slow walk, fast walk, whatever he is in the mood for is what he gets. Lots of sniffs, pets, exercise; you name it, he gets it. We are very happy with the Dogs of Colorado team.

We really rely on Dogs Colorado and our primary pup tender Victoria. Taco and Cleve LOVE their weekly walks with Victoria, and she continues to work with us on their slightly antisocial behavior! Victoria has also been a life saver when we have had emergency travel and changes to travel plans. The overnight pup sitting is a fabulous bargain and ensures our bearded dragon gets fed too. Its an amazing group of people all in all. I always feel like there is backup and coverage and the team works really hard to make sure they can cover our crazy travel schedules. the app is a great way to make reservations and get help too.

I was visiting Colorado with my 5 month old GSD puppy and needed someone to walk/stay with him for a few hours while I was at a concert a Red Rocks since I didn’t want to leave him in his crate for many hours. The day before Adair came to meet him and took perfect notes as to what I wanted and needed for her time with Louie the next day. She was warm and engaging with Louie and myself. I felt so assured that he was going to be just fine when she was with him. Adair came on time, sent pictures and texts letting me know how everything was going that evening. She let me know when she left. Louie was happy as can be when I came home that night. Adair was amazing. If I come back to Colorado next summer I will definitely use this company for help with my pup. They were excellent with communication from the first moment I reached out to them.

We have been using Dogs Colorado for a couple years now to provide in-home overnight stays for our two dogs in Denver when my wife and I go on vacation. We have used them for weekend trips out of town, as well as a couple of extended trips to Europe (longer than a week). Overall I would rate the service as excellent. Most importantly, they have been dependable, with the person who is scheduled to come and take care of our dogs (called a "puptender") actually showing up with no drama (table stakes, I know, but this is the most important thing, right?). It makes us feel so much better that our dogs get to stay in their own house rather than having to go to a kennel, plus having the puptender in the house provides us with a sense of safety/security about our house as well while we are gone (they even bring the amazon deliveries inside the house). But the absolute best thing is you get a nice write-up from the puptender with lots of pictures of your dogs every day on your phone with the Time to Pet app. There is nothing more reassuring than waking up while on vacation in Europe and seeing a message about your dogs safe at home with a bunch of cute pictures of them playing! Our experience with Dogs Colorado has been great, and I highly recommend them.

Surprised there are so few reviews for Mountain Adventure Camp & Pet Lodge. This place has it all, friendly competent staff like Renee, on-site vet clinic, boarding, great rates but most importantly, they take vaccinations and dog behavior seriously. People who bring their dogs here can rest assured the other dogs they will be playing with have decent manors and won't get your dogs sick. My Aussies LOVE it there and always return with huge smiles on their face!

Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. They are so kind and loving to my little terrier. They always check vaccination status. I feel my dog is safe and happy at the day camp and when we board her overnight. Having the veterinary clinic next door is also a great asset. Great place!!!

Our dog loves going to camp here so much. The staff are always super friendly. It is almost impossible to tire this dog out but when he comes home from camp, he is done. He plays so hard all day he has nothing left to give. If I could put a video up on here I would just show how excited he is in the car once he knows where he is going.

My dog Norbert loves going to day camp here! He has great pals, human and canine. He has also enjoyed staying there for overnights when we are out of town.

My husky pack loves going to Mountain Adventure Camp! Outstanding staff who take great care of my besties. Fun place for doggie daycare and boarding with large areas to run, play, and swim in the doggie pools. Always clean and well kept. We particularly love the soft, natural ground cover vs gravel or artificial turf at other places and how convenient it is to our home in S. Evergreen. Highly recommend MAC for good times and happy dogs!

I've been with Mountain Parks for vet, ped lodging and day camp services for my two aussie/heelers for more than two years now and could not be happier with the professionalism, knowledge and loving care they provide. Have been extremely happy with Mountain Adventure Camp. Our husky is always happy to get there and play with his buddies. Being able to look in on him through out the day is an added bonus, via the cams. He comes home happy and tired.

I am writing this review while I'm out of town and it is my baby's first stay with Lynns Loving Pet Care. First of all, Lynn and her closest ones have been taking great care of my baby Biscuit. She sends video/text updates very frequently and makes sure that I am enjoying my vacation while she is taking care of my baby. Biscuit is a tiny 5lbs dog with very sensitive stomach. Any little thing can affect his stomach like mommy being away, new home environment and other many things. I brought up my concern when I dropped Biscuit off and as I expected, he started vomiting blood in couple days of myself being away. Lynn handled the situation VERY professionally. She gave me a call right away, noted me with the incident, asked me about medication dosage for treatment and kept him on a bland diet until he felt better. Biscuit was able to recover without any issues in a day. I now trust Lynn with my baby 200%. She will be my go-to boarding for Biscuit if I need to travel out of town. She will love your baby as much as you do and take care of your baby with all her heart. Thank you Lynn, Scott and Jimmy. See you soon when I'm back ❤️

We boarded our 11 year old dog Bear with Lynn’s Loving Pet Care. He could not have had better care. He has many health issues and was taken care of so well. Lynn kept us updated about him and sent videos and pictures of him enjoying himself. There are no cages involved and he enjoyed lying on the couches and bed. Lynn deserves more than a 5 star rating. We will be happy to board Bear with Lynn again.

Lynn’s Loving Pet Care is the absolute best. I originally stumbled across her website when my planned pet sitter had to cancel at the last minute. Trusting your fur babies to strangers can be incredibly stressful. But Lynn immediately relieved that stress. You quickly realize that your babies become her babies. I won’t leave our fur baby anywhere else. It is truly her home away from home.

I recently used Lynn for the first time, for my two Yorkies. I was gone for a week, which is a long time for a first time stay. But the energy I got from her on the meet and greet was amazing. Lynn and her family were awesome! I had no doubt that my babies were VERY well cared for. She was communicative, sent daily pictures and videos, and was extremely understanding about a super late pick up time. I highly recommend Lynn for any pet sitting needs. I'm so glad I finally found someone I can truly trust!

Lynn came to our rescue a few months ago when our dog sitter canceled on us. And we were in need of someone we can trust with our girls. She did not disappoint. She is an amazing dog sitter! The girls absolutely love her and Scott! They enjoy their time with her and the other fur babies. She sends us pictures and videos so we know how the girls are doing pretty much the whole time they are with her. She is very informative and very serious about taking good care of your dog or dogs. Look how peaceful they are when they are there. I highly recommend her!

I swear there is a person who reviews the place every year and they don't even work here anymore haven't seen em in the last 2 years 😂 the owner is paying them. As a personal dog owner and someone who worked here. please don't bring your dog here. I beg you 🙏 iykyk it's just a dangerous place. They like to mix dogs who will probably hate each other and don't care the managers mom is a vet and they have to call them for help lmao. Severely underrated by multiple dog trainers who tell you not to bring your dog here. just don't. I was bit here by multiple dogs. it's also in a very awkward place to get to just check Rover and have somebody reliable take care of your dogs not some people who can't even take care of themselves.

Our 10yo Husky Smoke has serious separation anxiety. Rover Retreat did a great job with him while we were gone for four days over Easter weekend 2017. Below are some photos they emailed and he seems happy. This is the only dog I have ever had that would break its teeth to exit whatever was keeping him away from people. After Smoke damaged some teeth in 2013 when we left him with a vet clinic over a long weekend we decided never again. I encourage you to give Rover Retreat a try, I have no doubt your puppy will come home worn out and happy.

My dog absolutely loves Rover Retreat. We always feel comfortable leaving her in their care. The staff is kind and friendly. They take the time to get to know each dog individually and make sure they have a fun and safe day. My dog always comes home happy and exhausted from all the playing. Truly recommend.

Rover retreat has been a consistent for our dogs over the last 9 years. Last weekend they went above and beyond to care for our 16 yr old dog that had some health issues. They were calm and communicated often with us while we were out of town. They kept our dog overnight and she was well cared for until we got there. We appreciate their exemplary care!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I brought my dog for daycare almost every Monday for the last 6 weeks. I dropped him off 2/12 and he was super energetic and lively, when I pick him up around 5:30pm he was drooling and could barely walk out the door. I rushed him to an emergency vet 12 mins away and they told me he had a 106 fever and a lung infection and was borderline septic. After a few days at the hospital his body was not responding to antibiotics and I had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep. I asked multiple different veterinarians in this process if I had been notified earlier when his behavior first changed if it would have helped his outcome and all agreed that it absolutely would have. When the manager at rover retreat contacted me after I voiced my frustration upon my dog’s initial hospital stay, she only stated the staff gave a note to the front desk and the front desk failed to notify me. That the front desk personnel had been reprimanded and retrained, and then offered a refund for my one day of day care. If any of the staff had voiced a concern they should have followed up and in this case if my dog was this bad off the staff should have demanded I come get him. None of this happened, and now my seemingly healthy 2 year old lab is no longer with us. The lack of accountability and oversight clearly shows the staff at this doggy daycare are not properly trained or have no care for the animals they are put in charge of, my dog was suffering for at minimum the last few hours he was in their care, with no communication to me about it.

Our 8 1/2 mo. old Golden doodle Breck loved his preview day on Oct. 23, immediately followed by a 2 night stay on October 24th and 25th. The staff seems competent and helpful. However, Breck got very sick 3 days after coming home and ended up at our vet on Friday afternoon and then later that night a visit to Arvada Urgent Care from 11:30 pm - 1:30 pm. He was diagnosed with Canine Influenza by our vet and Kennel Cough by the urgent care. A vet visit with antibiotics as well as urgent care visit with x-rays that evening cost a lot of money. X-rays were to make sure he didn't have pneumonia. Breck threw up 6 piles of white foam within 30 minutes and was crying and having a hard time breathing. The mucus was so thick he could't get a breath so kept throwing up. He received an anti-nausea shot and stopped throwing up soon after. He's on the mend and finally feeling better. Breck has not been around any other dogs so we know the Kennel Cough came from Rover Retreat. What a sad day for us. I just got a call from Jessy the manager at Rover Retreat and she wants to earn our business back. We will certainly try another overnight stay in the future and give them a second chance. Again, the staff seems very competent and Breck was very happy, he unfortunately, even though fully immunized, got very ill from his stay.

If former staff says to not use this place, I think that says it all. I would use caution at this place. Communication from the staff is exceptionally poor. Each time we picked up our dog she seemed more and more stressed from her times there. We have stopped using this place and have continued to hear other negative stories from FORMER STAFF MEMBERs and customers.

I have a very shy, nervous dog and wasn’t sure how she would do at daycare. I am amazed with how our experience has been at Rover Retreat! It’s evident when I drop her off that the staff truly cares for her and goes out of their way to make her feel welcomed and loved. Her confidence is growing each time she visits, and we have benefited so much in how she behaves out in public now thanks to the confidence she has gained at daycare. My two dogs love going to Rover Retreat! The staff has always been kind and communicative and I trust taking my high energy dogs to them. They come home tired and happy and it's obvious how much they adore the staff, based on their excitement level when we take the exit for Rover and when picking them up after being boarded - they are always loving on the staff members. Rover Retreat is awesome! Our Golden Retriever, Willy loves spending the day with his furry friends and he always comes home tired and happy. Doggy day care has been so helpful because I work from home and sometimes I have long days of Zoom meetings that require the house to be quiet. I know that when Willy is at Rover Retreat he is in a safe, fun environment surrounded by friendly people who love dogs and care for him like he's their own. Highly recommend!
