Pet Sitters in Kitty Hawk

Jon and Freda are the most kind and caring people we have ever met. Our dogs Sandi and Lucy were treated more special than anyone could imagine. They became a part of their family with lots of attention and tender loving care. Both dogs were spoiled and enjoyed ventures to Tractor Supply, Petsmart and Home Depot and even rides around the local lakes. Lucy received a special new cuddly bed on one trip. Our pups were more than well cared for as was obvious by Jon and Freda’s attention to detail making them feel well loved. They very quickly learned their personalities and were great about communicating with questions or concerns to ensure that the best possible care was given. We received pictures, special moments and regular updates on our fur kids. We came home to a well-maintained house inside and out. We were and are so appreciative to have such a great couple (Jon and Freda) to stay in our house and to take care of our dogs, Sandi and Lucy. We came back to two very calm, relaxed and happy dogs. I know that they missed them when they left since they looked around to find them after they had left. There were also some beautiful flowers left for us when we returned home; so very thoughtful! It is very comforting to know that when you go away that you have such fantastic people watching your house and dogs. We would love to have them come sit at our house sometime in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a perfect house/dog sitter……on a scale of 1 to 10….10 is not a high enough rating. A great big thanks to Jon and Freda for helping us with some flexibility as we were able to be there for our son's college graduation and do all of the necessary things to move him out of his apartment as well as visit some family and friends. Mary Lou & Donald were excellent sitters. We felt very comfortable leaving our sweet Gypsy & Jett in their hands. The dogs were well cared for with long walks and many belly rubs! Communication was quick and easy with updates & pictures. Both Mary Lou & Donald are very organized and followed the dog's daily schedule. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival which I really appreciate. We highly recommend Mary Lou & Donald as your next sitters.

Andrea and I started out with a great video conversation and I knew she would be a solid housesitter and give Osity cat lots of attention. I was certainly not let down! Andrea showed up on time, was attentive to the details of my house and pet needs and my cat took to her arrival and touch quickly. Andrea was in touch daily with some sweet updates and photos and also water some garden area for me where I had recently planted. The house was clean and sheets washed. No issues whatsoever and Ostiy cat and I would def welcome Andrea back another time!

The BEST! Sharon took care of our old tripod, Penny, and the young energetic dog, Paco, like royalty. The old tripod needs extra TLC and has some incontinence issues so it wasn't all that easy. She came over to walk through the house and meet the pups the day before we left for 2.5 weeks and sent regular updates and pictures while we were away. We came home to a spotless house and happy dogs. Thank you Sharon!!!

Robert was lovely to have as a sitter! I was away in the mountains over the weekend and he managed beautifully despite me basically not having service the whole weekend unexpectedly. I came home to a happy, healthy kitty and a clean home. Robert was communicative before and after the stay (and tried to be during, but I was not reachable) and understanding. Really appreciate you!

House was excellent on return. Pets were happy, obviously had fun playing.

Suveyda & Alperen sat for our cat, Luca, for a few days over thanksgiving. We were so grateful to have sitters while we were away for the holiday! Luca was happy and healthy when we got home and the house was very clean. Thank you Suveyda & Alperen!

Tanya was so much fun! Not only did she take great care of my dogs and goats, she endured my inappropriately assertive male goat. Lol. Tanya is now a friend, and I look forward to having her visit as such in the future!🐐 I 🐾🦮🐶

It was a pleasure to have Stephen come and stay while I was on holiday. My cat Tabitha immediately snuggled up to him in preference to me and stayed with him all week. Stephen is really easy to get along with and e had some great conversations sharing our experiences. I hope our paths cross again one day.

Did not read the welcome guide and said they had issues seeing it on the app, but even after I screen shoted the entire thing and sent it to them they still never read it. I only got updates on my pets after saying that she had yet to do so. She did however complain about the cleanliness of my home. I admit I forgot to clean the stove and there was some pices of shredded cheese on top. I admit that I had hard to clean areas that were not perfect, but I have 3 kids and several pets and just missed those places. We agreed to call in a pro cleaning service. As mentioned before the welcome guide was never read and they did not follow the directions to put our pets up at night and so our dogs made a mess all over downstairs. The mess was still there after 24 hours when the cleaners showed up. Since the cleaners were not there to do laundry the poo stayed on my child's bed ruining the brand new sheets we had purchased for the housesitters. They also failed to inform us about a leak coming from upstairs, the cleaners told us about it. It was the a/c so we called someone out and they fixed the issue but said that it was a significant leak and was very obvious that it had been leaking for at least a day. We had to end the housesit early and call a friend to take care of our pets. It was pretty bad to get home from vacation and find some of my kids clothes, toys, and shoes had been thrown in the trash along with some of our food. My entire kitchen had been rearranged, which I can understand moving things around to where you're comfortable, but put it back. We also had to make sure the water damage didn't make that part of the 2nd floor unsafe. I felt very violated. They came in my home, where my children live and I live, and threw our things away and left dog poo on my child's sheets. This was our 1st time using zeewoi, and will probably be our last.
