We could not recommend Rex in the City more. Fran is such a professional and we have total comfort that our precious Cockapoo is looked after very well. Fran is really responsive and is always available if we need last minute walks. Our dog also boards with Fran some weekends/if we are away on holiday and she loves it. We are so grateful to have found Fran and so is our dog - she loves her!

Fran and her team at Rex In The City have been caring for my dachshund Fubu for 5 amazing years. He has flourished under Fran's guidance, becoming obedient and well-trained. Rex In the City is absolutely fantastic. We needed occasional boarding and walking for our dog when we moved into the area, and were drawn to Fran by the great reviews. They're all true! We were feeling anxious (and guilty!) about leaving our dog Cali behind while traveling. Fran put us at ease with her professional and pleasant demeanor, and also by sharing photos and videos while we're away. Cali loves her completely. We always come home to find her happy, relaxed and thoroughly exercised. Fran is highly responsive, caring and a joy to work with. We recommend her highly. Thank you Rex In the City!

Highly recommend Fran. My Cockapoo Monty sits at the top of the stairs waiting for her to arrive each day and runs out without a backwards glance. He loves the walks, the swims and the fun. Fran is super helpful and flexible. Great day care, daily walks and overnight boarding. My dog is my most precious family and my best friend. I feel completely safe when he’s having fun with Fran.

I’ve been fortunate enough to know Fran and her team for the last 4 years and she’s been looking after my Boxer Disraeli throughout that time. Her ethos is all about caring for him as if he were her own and that’s what puts Fran’s approach above all the other dog care businesses in the area. Disraeli was visibly excited every time it was ready for pick up and just wanted to tell me all about it when he returned. He even got excited when we bumped into Fran and her kids in the street. We booked walks, daycare and one overnight stay and were always 100% confident that he would have a good time. Fran was flexible when required, covering short notice bookings and switching others when work required it. If you want your dog to be cared for, rather than kept, by a team, led by Fran, with an affinity for our special canine family, then I recommend Rex in the City.

I can definitely recommend Fran and Rex in the City. Fran has a wonderful way with dogs and my miniature schnauzer (who was very nervous of walkers after a bad experience) adores her and sits waiting at the door for her to arrive. Fran has always been totally flexible and will go out of her way to accommodate Coco for the day or overnight and she always comes back happy, relaxed and exhausted (with no bad habits!). A really great service and highly recommended.

We boarded our dog, Zoey, with Fran for over a week and could not have had a better experience. We felt confident that she was being well cared for and receiving plenty of love while were away on holiday. We received several photo and video updates and are very happy with the entire experience. Zoey adores Fran and came home a tired & happy girl! We will continue to use the services Rex in the City has to offer - we highly recommend Fran!

I can highly recommend Fran and the team. They've been regularly taking out our Irish Terrier since he was a very excitable puppy (not that he's any less excitable now!). He clearly hugely enjoys going out with his friends in the pack and always comes back well worn out. It's great that in Fran and the team we have people we can trust, knowing that he'll be well looked-after on those days we can't take him out ourselves.

Rex in the City have been looking after our cocker spaniel, Humphrey, since he was a small pup. Fran provides a loving family environment for her charges and they get plenty of exercise and stimulation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rex in the City for dog walking, daycare and boarding.

I wanted a genuine service, with people who love dogs and would treat my boy like their own... that's what I got. My little Jack Russell came back fully exercised, happy and healthy. Fran and her team offered me a very Personal service which I loved and trust. Rex in the city is definitely a service to use!

Clair is just absolutely lovely. She's the first dog walker I've ever used and she came to meet my puppy at a suitable time for me and then followed up checking in to make sure both me and my pup felt comfortable with her. When they went on their first walk my dog happily walked off with her, tail wagging and didn't even look back. Cannot recommend her enough!

We could not recommend Clair more! She has looked after Dennis since we first picked him up at 10 weeks. She’s reliable, trustworthy and absolutely wonderful with Den. Not only is she great with him, she also helped above and beyond with guidance and tips when he was a small pup. Dennis loves his time with Clair and his dog pals. It means an awful lot know he’s in such great hands.

Clair is the best dog Walker! I’m pretty sure my dog loves her more than he loves me (haha(:) she is wonderful and fantastic with animals. I can always rely on Clair for walks or week long holiday stays.

We stumbled upon Clair in our local dog park and we could very quickly see how great she was with her pupils - so it was a no brainier when she said she’d be able to take on our Maya as well. We’re so lucky we’ve found Clair. She was terrific with our tiny puppy and gave her the much needed play time with other pals. We’re heartbroken as we’ve moved out of the area now. Maya misses Clair and her pals 😢 We’d recommend her for every doggy parent in the area! She clearly cares for each and every doggy in the squad, gives them each the attention and time they need and looks after any particular needs they have - and on top of all that, Clair truly is a lovely person too.

Claire's doggy walking service is absolutely brilliant. Our dog loves her to bits and always comes back very tired and happy. Claire is very much a dog person and is professional and polite at all times. I 100% recommend using her service.

Clair is absolutely incredible. My dog Pearl has had a few dog walkers / been walked by some people from larger companies and has always hated it. Clair has been totally different. Pearl loves her and Clair has been outstanding with her.

Clair helped us out at the last minute and took great care of our cat, Whipper. We were gone for a week and Clair sent us regular updates and photos. Whipper is an older cant and needed some special care, including pills twice/day, but this wasn't a problem for Clair. We were very satisfied with her service and look forward to using her again!

My puppy Lettie adores Clair! She’s been great help and very accommodating, from the length of walks (shorter walks when puppy is younger, so would pick Lettie up in a car) and challenges of puppy adolescence. Lettie gets to do group walks which teach her to be around other dogs and just loves being out with Clair. I couldn’t do without her.

Kate & Shay are the perfect cat sitters, I've used their services for the last 3 years after my vet recommended them as trustworthy & caring - which they've proved to be. I have a very nervous rescue cat but she immediately took to them at first meeting! On my last trip, my flight home was cancelled at the last minute but it was no problem for Lucky Paws to schedule an extra feeding until I could get home again the next day. Very happy with them in every way :)

I have been using LuckyPaws for a few months now to petsit for Pablo and Maya my two cats. They are reliable, friendly and caring petsitters. Always available to petsit at anytime, really appreciate their services, I would highly recommend.

I’ve used Lucky Paws for about 2 years now. They are absolutely fantastic! I regularly travel, and I feel really comfortable and secure knowing they take care of my cats so well when I am away from home. They respond really quickly to any query - and have never failed to agree to any request - no matter how short notice. My favourite thing of all is that they post an Instagram picture of my cats each morning or evening after they’ve visited. It gives me such reassurance and peace of mind to see my cats happy and fed! We've been using Lucky Paws to feed our cats whenever we're away for a couple of years now. Kate and Shay are clearly big animal lovers - you feel confident that you are leaving your pets in good hands - and they always go the extra mile. We particularly appreciate the way they always check that we've arrived home safely, in case the cats need an extra feed due to our being delayed. We would highly recommend them.

Kate and Shay have been great dog walkers! Reliable, conscientious, and very caring and consistent with our dog. He always seems happy with them, and I might even say he has been better behaved since he started his walks with them! He's not the easiest dog and we have been through a lot of walkers so it was a relief to find a dependable service with Lucky Paws!!

Lucky Paws have been our cat sitters for the last 18 months for our nervous rescue cat. They have been perfect and I feel totally confident leaving her with them. I can see from the videos that my cat adores them. They are the only people she’ll tolerate apart from me and my husband.

I could not recommend Lucky Paws highly enough! They are so reliable, professional and friendly. It takes a while for our slightly anti-social sausage dog to get used to people... but he loves going on walks with the team and misses them when we work from home! We look forward to seeing what he has been up to through the regular picture updates on instagram. Kate and Shay are so helpful and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Excellent pet care!

Lisa is not to be trusted! I really wish I could write a nice review, because I believe Lisa did a good job with our cat. We returned home after a week and found our cat in better spirits than she usually is when we leave for a few days. However, the reason for this 1-star review and why I say she can't be trusted is because Lisa stole over £300 of our personal property. There was also evidence that she (or someone she gave access to) had stayed in our flat overnight, in violation of our agreement of just twice daily visits. We also are not sure of the frequency of her visits. She would send us photos of our cat presumably when she was there visiting, but some photos that were supposedly from a daytime visit were taken in the evening. She had also sent the same photo on two different occasions. We tried to contact her to discuss this matter, but she promptly blocked us on all channels.

Lisa has looked after my dog on several occasions, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service. She is incredibly considerate and attentive to my dog's needs, making sure he is well cared for and happy. My dog absolutely adores her, which is a testament to her kind and patient nature. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter.

Lisa has sat for our cat several times now. She has been a godsend, trustworthy and very good vet knowledge , especially comforting when he became unwell during one of our trips away. She has an easy, friendly, caring nature and got on well with him. Regular updates with pictures were reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend her services

Lisa has taken care of our pets since her business opened & we are so pleased she is so busy - we have to book well ahead of time & she always makes time for our pets. They adore her & it feels like they have a little holiday from us - cannot recommend highly enough !

Meeting Lisa has been a wonderful experience. She is very professional and really has a way with dogs. We have a senior dog with special needs and she has perfectly accommodated for him and has built a bond with him while gaining our full trust. We were delighted when we discovered Lisa, she is kind, reliable, knowledgeable and obviously cares very much for animals. Our elderly Cavapoo has a few medical needs, so it’s very reassuring to leave him in her care with her veterinary experience. We can’t recommend her service enough!

Lisa has been carrying for our two pups for over a year now whenever we need a walk or a sitter. It has been so nice to know that we can leave town for days or even weeks at a time when needed and know that our fur babies are being cuddled and loved on as they were her own. She is not just loving to them, but also knowledgeable with conditions (one is a senior with a highly sensitive diet and the other is excitable, but very anxious) and she always knows how to care for them as well as give recommendations to help. we couldn’t recommend her enough, and are so grateful to have found Lisa.

Lisa does a really wonderful job. She has looked after my very timid little cat on several occasions and he is always happy, relaxed and healthy when I get back. Lisa is also a vet nurse and has given me some really helpful advice about cat health and care. I would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone needing a cat or dog sitter.

Lisa was really helpful and capable in taking care of our high energy bengal kitty. We returned home to find that our cat was well-fed and in good spirits, evidently from all the attention given by Lisa. Lisa even took the extra step to help clean up some of our leftover food in the fridge and left us a Christmas card, which was a really nice touch! I do not hesitate to recommend this lady, she is fantastic!

Eva has cat sat for me a couple of times now. Each time I need a weekend sitter to pop in I can always rely on her to look after the little man. He's always happy to see her and is gaurenteed play time along with his food twice a day.
