Suni is exceptional! We have used her for housesitting/pet care in the past and she is our go-to when we need someone. She’s responsible, conscientious, and caring. She had big plans one of the days while we were gone, preapproved, and canceled them since our dog was acting out of sorts. While we felt terrible about her canceling her plans, it meant so much to us that she was that conscientious to stay here with him. Her communication is fabulous and care of our home as well as our aging dog and two cats is stellar. We will try to use her again, again, and again!

Josh and Jenalee did a wonderful job with the dogs. The communication with the was easy and seamless. They were not shy to give updates and send pictures even though it was not asked of them. The dogs all seemed very happy. They went above and beyond with the tidying up of the house. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own.
