We don't know where to start with how amazing Philip and Isabella were! They came a day early because something came up and we needed to get away earlier than planned. Even though their flight was delayed (they arrived to our house at 4am!!) they woke up early to do a walk-through of all walking paths for our dog and to learn how to prepare his food and prep the cats food as well. And all on a cup of coffee! They sent photos to let us know our monsters were behaving and they were communicative when things came up that didn't seem "normal" (all was fine, but we appreciated their level of care more than they will know!!!). We will definitely (100%, most certainly) have them sit again should they ever find their way back to Toronto and highly recommend them to anyone who are "crazy pet parents" like we are. <3 On top of all the amazing pet care, they left our house cleaner than they found it and took awesome care of our bikes. We just loved having them stay!

Cathy's pet sitting with our two dogs was excellent. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience. Cathy was interested in the dogs' routine and was also very willing to do her best to ensure the dogs were well looked after. She was very gentle and gentle with our dogs and took them on many walks. While we were away she also sent us regular photos of them and updates on their behaviour. We also had the chance to get to know her a little and had some interesting discussions. Cathy is not only a good pet sitter but also a wonderful person with lots of stories and an open mind. Our door is always open to her. We can recommend her to anyone without a doubt.

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
