Catherine was such an amazing sitter for our house of pets! Once of which is a puppy and needs extra care and attention. She was very communicative every day, sending us photos and updates on how everyone was doing. She also took our puppy out on walks daily and kept her busy at the dog park. We came home to a very tidy house as well! We could not recommend Catherine more, and hope to have her sit for us again in the future.

I was so lucky to get to meet Rachel before I went on my two month trip. I will for sure. Try to work with her again if things if it’s possible, what do you want a pet sitter you want someone who loves your cat and you want someone who is reliable ultra reliable so that never on your trip. You have to worry about what’s happening back home. This is what we got with Rachel, she’s disciplined and mature and low-key and we corresponded throughout the two months and she did some small things above and beyond her assignment and I literally never had to worry about my house and I never had to worry about my cat. I would hire her again in a second in fact, you would be smart to do so , honestly there’s no downsides. I would say so believe me and I think that this service is so great and I’m so lucky to get her and I think she has something like 55 star reviews now she has 51 so definitely hire her. She’s amazing.

Alexandria was great, she was very communicative, updated us regularly, our cats loved her. Even Caesar who is the most skittish of all our cats was really friendly with her and seemed to really like her. Our cats didn’t even bother to say hi when we came home, that is how I know they were well taken care of and spoiled. The house was clean, everything went fine. Pet-love and greenery welcome
Lynne answered a last minute posting to stay at our house for a long weekend. She left the house just as we left it and the kitties were happy when we got home! I actually accidentally posted that we would be away one more day than expected and she was very understanding when I let her know we would be home sooner than expected. I would have liked to have gotten prompter responses to my text messages checking-in to make sure everything was ok, but all in all everything went smoothly and we were appreciative that Lynne was able to stay and take good care of the kitties!

Olivia and Tylar were absolutely amazing during the entire sit (which was nearly 2.5 weeks). I received regular updates and wonderful photos from Olivia. Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Liz is wonderful, she is very professional. Every direction left for the care of my dog was followed. My pet gets home sick when he is in other homes, therefore we need someone to come and care for him at home when we travel. She came and took care of him in the mornings and in the evenings. You can ask to be send updates for each visit or once a day. She would also send me pictures of my pet as updates, which makes being away from him a little less worrisome. I am really satisfied with her pet care service. She loves what she does and it shows as my dog loves having her around. I have referred Melvin Pet Care to an acquainted. They send their dog to board with Melvin Pet Care, and have Liz visit their cat at home too. They have reported their complete satisfaction with the service. From my experience and the experience of my acquainted, I can truly recommend Melvin Pet Care if you are traveling or just need extra help in taking care of your pets.
