Jennifer is an absolute gem! She has been taking care of our cat for almost 4 years on every holiday and vacation as we travel quite a bit. She has a wonderful touch with animals (not only with our cat, we have seen her with dogs too), you can tell that she truly loves being around them. We know she will take care of our cat as well as we would. Our siberian kitty loves her, it almost makes me jealous :-) We receive pics and videos of our cat while on vacation and we get a kick of Jennifer's descriptions of the cat's shenanigans. When we are back we find her beautifully groomed, with nails clipped and looking very happy. We have complete confidence in Jennifer and are so very glad and thankful we found her.

I love Jennifer, and more importantly our Kitty Scooter loves her too! Jennifer is very reliable, she returns calls and text messages in a timely manner, and has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a pet sitter. She brings in mail, and has gone to the pet store for me when I didn't have time to before leaving town. We have used Jennifer's services for years now, and we so appreciate her being available when we need her to feed and love our Scooter Kitty!

Jennifer is amazing! She has been watching my 2 Rottweilers for almost 4 years, since they were puppies. She has such a wonderful way with animals,,they just love her and are super happy to see her. She is a true pack leader, training them to be the best leash walkers! They never pull anymore,walking right beside me. When I travel she stays here and when I come home the house is cleaner than when I left it and the dogs are freshly groomed and smell great! She sends nightly texts and pictures and I never worry about them. She's a gem!

Jennifer is a gem. She has cared for our almost 3 year Aussie for the last 2 1/2 years. She has stayed at our house, exercised a very active dog, and given him such loving attention. Tux always loves seeing her and going with her. I haves called Jennifer several times at the last minute, and she has always helped me out. She has come to our home early in the morning, and stayed late at night, based on our flights times. Jennifer is the best of the best.

Jennifer is the only person that I would have stay with my cat when I travel. She truly is an animal person. I never worry a bit while I'm away. I get daily pictures or videos. You can tell that this is not just a job for her but a passion. My cat comes running in when she hears her voice. I never get the "cold shoulder" from my cat when I get back home. She thinks her good friend has been staying with her. When I come home my cat is always clean, nails trimmed and my house is always cleaned up. It's nice not to worry about your precious ones while you travel.

I've used Jennifer as the go to for my two Dogs for about the last 10 yrs and have recommended her to many of my friends and others for their pets. I don't think there is another quite like her as many people have got into this business just for the money and not for the love of animals. First and foremost she has a true love for all animals and they really take to her. You will not have to worry as she will send you nightly videos or pic's whatever you want. Every time I return from my trip my Dogs are freshly washed and brushed and the house looks better than when I left it and no poop in the backyard. I've heard nightmarish stories from friends and colleagues who have had their dogs in the care of pet sitters only to come home and find their dogs looking very disheveled and the house tore up. Again, she is a true animal lover and the very best at what she does!

Jennifer has been taking care of my beloved Shih Tzu for nearly five years. My little dog means the world to me and I would not trust anyone besides Jennifer to walk and care for her while I am away. Jennifer also walks my mom's dog. Gemma (Shih Tzu) and Bingo (Bichon Mix) adore her. She understands animals and their unique personalities. Gemma and Bingo are both handfuls and Jennifer is so patient with them. I highly recommend her services to loving pet owners. She will treat your animal like family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer recently and couldn't be happier with her level of service. Whenever she needs to check-in on my 17 year old Devon Rex, I'm completely confident that he's in good hands and is being well taken care of. Jennifer is not only a devout animal lover but also a total professional. I highly recommend her for any pet-sitting needs.

Our dog Apollo received great training. He loves his trainer, Mark, & the rest of the staff! We've taken him back for several of the Saturday morning classes & have boarded him twice when we had to travel. He is very excited and happy every time we come back.

Snug Pet Resort And Animal Hospital is amazing! I have been bringing my four year-old border collie mix there since he was a puppy. I have seen hundreds of dogs go in and out and the staff treats the dogs and their owners with the utmost respect and professionalism. They all truly love what they do and it consistently shows. My dog also went through their eight week Boot Camp and has turned out to be the best well-trained dog I have ever seen. He also has been going to daycare regularly and is treated with love and caring consistently. The staff is wonderful and highly experienced. I have been to a lot of doggy daycare centers over the years and Snug Pet resort tops them all!

My Buster went through the boot camp, one on one training sessions, and group training sessions. Before all of this, he was so loud and obnoxious. He was embarrassing to take in public. He is such a different boy now! He is a good boy!!! He is ignoring distractions, looking at me for guidance, and not embarrassing to take in public anymore! Alyx is a phenomenal trainer. Buster loves her so much and gets so excited to see her at the group sessions. THANK YOU, Alyx and SNUG!!!

We did the 10 day board and train for our fear aggressive/reactive dog and it went great! Our trainer Brian Lee is clearly an experienced trainer with aggressive dogs of his own. It was a relief knowing our dog was being well cared for and trained by a professional. Brian was able to answer all our questions, give us specific and useful tips moving forward and honestly he’s just a cool dude. With Brian’s help our dog is behaving much better (no pulling on walks, obedient, not reactionary). It’s a work in progress of course but it’s good to know Brian has our back and will be available for follow ups.

My boy Jax and I absolutely LOVE Snug! We have never experienced anything but great service and care from the entire team. Barb cares for my boy as if he is one of her own. We would not trust anyone else! Snug and team deserve 6 stars!

We have taken our dog, Moose, there from the second we got her. Not just for Daycare but for Training as well. My wife and I could not be more appreciative of the amazing staff, the best experiences for our furry family member, and the consistent amazing service we receive every week we are there. Feeling like your pet is safe and the staff has the experience and ability to handle her around other dogs is one of the best feelings and they feel like an extension of our family. If we could record how excited Moose gets to go to Snug, I would post it. Snug is Moose’s home away from home and it has been since day one.

We sent our rottweiler for the board and train for 4 weeks. He is not the most socialized rescue so we were concerned how it would go with so many new people. Luckily our fears were unfounded! He made a ton of new friends with the great staff there, trainers and vets alike. We are very happy with his progress and have learned a lot on how to better help him. Aaron is a fantastic trainer! It's so great to see our boy trust another human and expand his world. The facility is nice and I love that they have an on-site vet in case of any emergency. We are even planning to bring our other dog for board and train so that they're both on the same page. Highly recommend, especially if you're struggling with a dog that can be labeled aggressive or fearful.

Mark the trainer is the best knees!!! He is ALWAYS so helpful, understanding, and patient. Our senior boxer did a 3 week board and train and came home to us as a whole new dog. Mark helped him learn obedience and showed him how to make the right decisions. This training has without a doubt increased our dogs quality of life and our enjoyment with him. Barb, at the front desk, is the cats pajamas! Even though she is clearly very busy she is always quick, efficient, and kind. She helps the other staff, has excellent working knowledge of her job and the resort, and has always been a pleasure to encounter.

We sent our dog, Spencer, for the 3 week boot camp. From the beginning we received constant updates and pictures. Then when we picked him up, our jaws dropped at his newfound skills and behavior. Next up was our training so that we could reinforce all the progress at home. His trainer, Dominique, has been amazing, patient and helpful through the whole process and Spencer adores her. If we add any other dogs to our family, they will definitely be trained by Snug.

Snug is outstanding. AARON is the best dog trainer ever. I was very anxious about leaving my dog with anyone for such a long period. But I am extremely excited about the results. Everyone at Snug loves dogs and it shows. My little guy is a very happy obedient dog. Aaron went WAY above and beyond my expectations. So much so that I decided to bring Max back for the masters class to become a service dog. He always answered all my questions and kept in touch with me with regular updates and photos. Aaron anticipated my needs before I even conveyed them. He really knows what he is doing and I trust him completely to take good care of my boy. Max loves him too!! He works with Alicia who also put a lot of time and effort into training Max. I want to thank her for training my dog and treating her like her own. Also, I can’t do this review without mentioning Barb at the front desk is also amazing. She did all the paperwork and admin stuff I’m the kind of person who needs to know everything about everything. I’m sure I was a pain in the a** for them. I email and call a lot. But they never ever made me feel like I was. They answered my call, texts and emails with a pleasant friendly tone and a smile. I’m so glad that I found this place. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you are considering a board and train program that you call these guys and setup a site visit. You’ll see what I saw. This really is a resort for dogs. Remember, you get what you pay for. This is your dog. The cost is well worth the investment you are making in your dog. Don’t skimp when it comes to your fur baby. As long as you reinforce the concepts and commands with your pet, this training will last a lifetime. You have to do your part as well. I would not take my dog anywhere else. These guys are definitely 5 stars across the board. Forget about Petco or Petsmart. If you want experts training and caring for your animal—take them to Snug.
