This was the second time Aunt Edina and Uncle Casemiro came to visit, and we’re SO delighted they agreed to come back! As soon as they arrived our gang rushed out to greet them, they definitely remembered them from a previous visit and were over the moon to see them again! We left knowing we had nothing to worry about and that everything was in the best hands possible. Our travel times were tight, so we didn’t get to spend as much time handing over as we would have liked, but we were also 100% confident that our house and babies were in good hands. We’ve had one very poorly doggie awaiting surgery, and they handled him beautifully including medication and vet visits. It's only because we knew we could totally trust them that we didn't cancel the holiday completely - that's how much confidence we have in them. I have to say that Edina and Casemiro have become friends for us, they’re just two beautiful people and we really look forward to getting to know them more and nurturing a lasting friendship!

Irene and Mark were excellent house sitters for our cat Wazzy and our 3 guinea pigs when we were away for 2 weeks. They love cats and so gave Wazzy all the attention and love he wanted and took great care of him. They mentioned they had never looked after guinea pigs before, but listened to everything we told them about their care and did an amazing job, even cleaning their cage multiple times. They were very reliable and kept us up to date every day with how the pets were doing with pictures and updates which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax whilst we were away knowing our pets were in good hands. Irene and Mark were very lovely and kind and went above and beyond in looking after our home, our pets and in helping us.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
