Christine was so kind and generous with her time as she stayed longer on leaving day because we were delayed getting back. The animals loved her and I was delighted to hear the cats came to say hi a lot which is good progress for them so they obviously felt very happy in her company. Christine had taken the time to come visit once before so that preparation helped the animals who were excited to see her. Our home was well looked after and I had nothing to worry about when I was away which is wonderful. I had lovely voice messages from Christine giving me updates on my pets and I appreciated her caring and calm manner. I highly recommend Christine! Thank you:)))

Five stars all the way! Tom and Mahendra are the perfect house sitters or should I say guests! In fact I don't want to praise them too highly or others may steal! Our pups were so happy with them, we came home to them sweet smelling after their baths and very mellow - the pups that is. Our home was treated like theirs. Will be very happy to have them back to look after our home and Oakley and Wilson. It is so important to have that peace of mind when you go on holiday. Just need to book another! We felt completely at ease leaving Tog and Santi ( and our home ) with Benjamin. Despite being sad and subdued as we were leaving , they were asleep on Benjamin’s lap on the sofa just after we left ! They were calm and happy with him , he was fully attentive to all their needs and our home was left clean and tidy . He even put fresh sheets on the bed for our arrival home . Benjamin was an excellent sitter and we hope he can sit again in the future.

Reliable Pet and Plant Lovers
Hélène and Felicien were the perfect house- and pet-sitters for us. We have 5 cats, 2 of them have to be kept separate from the rest, 2 of them are very shy, 2 of them are very wild, and Hélène and Felicien handled all of that with ease and grace and a good sense of humor. They took great care of our home, but most importantly all of our cats fell in love with them. From the start they were very good communicators, answering all our questions, replying promptly to ideas and suggestions, and staying in touch during our trip. They sent daily updates and pictures of our kitties, and didn't hesitate to ask when they had questions. All of that allowed us to enjoy our time away, knowing that our home and our beloved cats were in good hands. Moving forward we would love to have them back - if and when we'll travel next, and we can highly recommend this wonderfully kind couple to watch over your home and your pets.

Joy and Vincent were able to arrive the evening before we were due to leave in the early morning. This was very helpful in order to introduce our pets and their routine. We felt confident that our home and pets would be in good hands with Joy and Vincent. We therefore had a great time away and not worried about our pets at all. Joy let us know that things were fine. On our return home we were greeted by very happy and content pets. We are very grateful to Joy and Vincent for their support in helping us have a great holiday. From the handover on our return it sounds like they had a good time at our house and exploring to area around.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
