It was an absolute pleasure to have Pam and Brian look after our cat, Ollie, and home while we were away. They are very kind, personable and down to earth people. We not only enjoyed having them sit but also enjoyed getting to know and meet with them. They are great at communicating and very reliable. They provided regular updates of Ollie and we could tell they truly cared about our cat. They also provided notes of their stay, detailing anytime Ollie was fed, had a hairball and whenever they were out/home etc, it was a very nice touch that we’ve never had from previous sits. They also left us a very unexpected and thoughtful gift on our return (thanks again!). We came home to a very clean flat (you couldn’t tell anyone had been here) and most importantly, a happy kitty. We could not have asked for more from Pam and Brian and anyone would be lucky to have them sit for them.

These two made accommodations for us, like meeting in person before our departure, in order for our dog to feel comfortable. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned.
