We were kept updated throughout and when one of our cats unusually stayed out all night, they kept looking for her until she showed up again which really put our minds at rest. Julia and Joe were brilliant sitters. We had a video call prior to the sit and I felt really comfortable with them immediately. It was great to meet them and introduce them to my cat when they arrived for the sit and I felt totally relaxed leaving them in my home. They communicated well and sent me photos of my cat looking really relaxed and happy while I was away. I came home to a very tidy house and a very chilled and happy cat. Susie and her friend Lisa stayed here with Kahlisi as we went away for a three week summer break. Never before have I had such wonderful contact with the sitters (even before the sit!) Susie organised a whatsappgroup and not only did we get updates and photos of Kahlisi and the garden (and the animals visiting the garden), but we also got to have a true feeling of friendship. Susie and Kahlisi fell deeply in love, and we are waiting for her visit here in Berlin next month, so that they could reunite for an evening. Teddy absolutely loves Dave. Within minutes of him arriving he has come down from his hiding place and is circling his feet. They are best buddies. Dave did a lovely job taking care of our home and kept it lovely clean and tidy. He also sorted out an ant problem we weren’t aware of and was careful to buy pet friendly products.

We struck gold when Laura, Ben and Emery came to dog sit. We had the pleasure of having them stay the evening before and sharing dinner together and it was immediately obvious that Arthur’s was in the best hands! He was walked, played with and loved! Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

We've had our 20 month old retriever here a number of times in the last couple of months. We weren't sure how she'd get on and felt like bad dog parents for leaving her, but it turned out to be a godsend! Sarah is so kind and welcoming and Rosie loves to go and stay at doggy daycare. As soon as I turn into the drive, she gets excited and it's one of her favourite places to go. Plus, it's really affordable. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone

Sarah provides an amazing service!!!!! We were anxious about our 2 dogs boarding, but Sarah is so lovely with them, that our anxieties went immediately!!!! Tracey and Russ are simply lovely. They welcome and treat our fussy little white dog as their own. She doesn't look back when she visits, just rushes inside to see Ziggy. Tracey sends photos and videos of Poppy so that l know she is enjoying herself. As soon as we met Tracey we knew Rufus would settle very well with her in her home. She understands our & Rufus needs & she does this with wonderful care & attention for Rufus. On his second visit he jumped out the car & run into her house! Clearly very happy in her company & home. Couldn’t recommend highly enough & feel very safe when Rufus is boarding here.
Bran spent nearly a week with Tracey and obviously loved every minute of it! He was taken wonderful walks, had new friends to play with, new places to go and was certainly looked after very well indeed. The house and garden are just so well adapted for the dogs with plenty space to keep them separate if required. Bran had his own bed, food and toys which helped him feel at home. Tracey is brilliant with her ‘’guests’ and sends you daily updates showing what they’ve been up to that day which is very reassuring. Ziggy’s place is a marvellous new facility on Arran and I highly recommend it. Bran is looking forward to his next visit!
Absolutely wonderful place to send our 8 month old puppy Amber for 2 nights. Tracey is so attentive to detail in regards of what Ambers needs, likes and dislikes are. A home from home for Amber. I highly recommend Ziggys place for both day care and home boarding dogs. My dog Didi has been for both day care and boarding and loves it. She gets 5 star care and love whilst staying including a long walk every day. She bonded with Tracey at her meet and greet session within minutes. Tracy also sends a What’s App photo/video of Didi enjoying life.

Was extremely happy with our doggy day out here with our miniature jack russel Toby & fostered Rottweiler Archie. Such a great planned out place with peace of mind for ourselves to let our doggies enjoy themselves. Only regret was not booking longer as could easily spend longer there they really have thought of everything it’s a lovely place and love the quirky features. Will definitely be booking again and can’t wait for our next visit!

We have been coming here for 6 years. It is doggie heaven! Only downside is one of my dogs barks constantly from leaving home all through the 40 minute journey as he is so excited and knows where we are going!! 😲 All the other dogs do the same when we leave the bypass! 😁 Always something new being added. Margaret has created an amazing place.
Fantastic facility for a dog birthday party! Large field area with plunge pool for the dogs and outdoor seating for the adults. Agility area for the budding crufts enthusiats or just for the dogs to run about daft. Then a beautiful wooded area with a stream for the dogs to cool down in the shade.
My favourite place in Ayrshire for a secure walk with my dogs. They give the perfect space for dogs to run in an open field whilst also having a lovely woodland area with a small stream in it. Perfect
An excellent adventure for dogs and kids alike. Our Hugo hated it!!! He hated waiting in the car for his turn, he hated going back in the car to go home. But he loved everything else that was on offer from the agility course to the plunge pool. He even paid his respect to he who went before him. All hail Axl. We and our dogs absolutely love it here. Been twice now and it's such an amazing feeling letting our little terriers off the lead to follow their noses until their heart is content! Highly recommend this place, the owners are obviously very passionate about making this an amazing place for the dogs (and us humans) to have fun! Haven't used the agility bit as ours are not into it. But they love the field and the go sniff area! Secure, fun and beautiful with the wood carvings and the fairy house. The Go Wash facilities are great and the owner is always there to make sure everything is ok or to see if you need any help. Last time we washed the dogs, they smelled lovely for weeks! Such lovely products, clean and very efficient shower! Thank you so much for creating this amazing place!
Go play go sniff is amazing for dogs & owners as ur dogs are off lead in a very secure area. All 3 areas are very well maintained and Margaret has put her heart & soul into making it the best place around for dogs would recommend to everyone
Been lots and lots of times. But sadly this was the first since our boy Hardi passed away he was lucky to have his own special visit before he passed away . Owners made sure he we could fulfil a bucket list for him they go above and beyond . Highly recommend here to anyone and if you haven't been what are you waiting for get booked !! Booked our dog in to cover our upcoming honeymoon this August directly after a successful stay in February. 2 weeks before our wedding and Knowhead are unresponsive to us on any means of communication, phone, text, Facebook or email. Had to find last minute accommodation for our dog, a simple reply to any of our communications even if they had made a mistake in the booking is the minimum level of customer service I expect to receive from a company. **update due to reply to review, we had been trying to contact for several weeks with no reply, if this was due to a holiday then fair enough but to this day, several weeks later we still have not recieved any correspondence from any messages we sent or answer phone messages we left, only a reply to this review**

I have two very elderly cats and have used North Ayrshire Pet Sitters for a few years. They have been great making sure both cats are safe and well and providing the daily medication. Its reassuring to get regular pictures and updates. Highly recommend their services.
North Ayrshire Pet sitters have looked after our 2 cats for over a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have had many occasions this year where I have had to travel down south for family emergencies and Lorraine has always managed to accommodate me and I’ve not had to worry about my cats once.
As one of North Ayrshire Pet Sitters earliest customers the fact that we are still using their service a decade later speaks for itself. We are now on our second generation of cats and always have complete peace of mind that they are being taken care of properly; not simply fed but getting play and fussing during the visits. We receive daily updates with pictures, and we know that we will come home to find them well tended and befriended.
Absolutely outstanding service from Lorraine and Lorna. Otto has come on no end with his confidence and is now out walking alongside his pals and spends the weekend sulking until Monday comes around again.
Our cat Molly was recently looked after by the girls and we could not recommend them highly enough. Highly recommend Lorraine at North Ayrshire Pet Sitters. I have been using Lorraine for about 2 years since our eldest cat found it too stressful to go to cattery. Lorraine comes to the house, feeds them, sends updates and nothing is too much trouble, especially when I forget to leave extra treats. She also looks after the chickens, which is an added bonus. The kids love to get a picture through of the cats snoozing around the house. I trust Lorraine 100% and throughout the recent covid times she has put in extra reassuring measures. Highly recommend
We have an oddball assortment of rescue and ex-feral cats so a cattery isn’t really an option for us. Also, asking friends or relatives to look in on our cats twice a day feels a bit too much when everyone is busy….but, thankfully, Lorraine from North Ayrshire Pet Sitters came to our rescue! We were able to go away for an over-night break, safe in the knowledge that Lorraine would be popping in to feed them their breakfast and dinner and making sure they were all ok. Lorraine sent us a wee picture of the cats when she popped in to see them, and I have to say it was really nice to see them looking content whilst we weren't there and gave us great peace of mind. Lorraine at North Ayrshire Pet Sitters has been looking after my 8 month pup for the last year and has been very accommodating with late requests due to my work schedule. She has been really great with my lab and always sends photos when out on walks or playing which is good updates. Lorraine is good with nervous or wary dogs as she is very patient and understanding .
I've been using this business for over 18 months now & Lorraine has taken my dog for walks in all kinds of weather, she has never let us down. I am disabled & was worried about my dog not getting enough exercise or having to be left alone too long while I attend hospital appointments so called on this business to help, I have never regretted it. My dog waits at the window for her to arrive every time so he's obviously happy & that's what I wanted. Trustworthy, cheerful & reliable, her attention to detail due to the Coronavirus lately has to be admired, her van has everything she needs to keep herself & her 'clients' safe.
