Lena and Aviram were great pet sitters and I would not hesitate to have them back again. Communication was clear and easy before the sit. We met in person at the start of the sit and they were friendly, respectful and clearly love animals. One of my cats was sit healing from surgery and they took great care of him and administered his medication everyday. They also were understanding of his refusal to eat any food not in the center of his bowl (I have overly spoilt him!). Communication while I was away was friendly and easy. They kept me updated with pictures of my fur babies as requested and my cats clearly had a lovely time with them. My cats love human interaction and I came home to 2 very happy kitties. The house was definitely cleaner than when I left it so they did an excellent job keeping the place clean and tidy. And they gave me a clear point by point breakdown on where everything stood. Excellent pet sitters, your fur babies will be in good hands with them!

Raissa was a very self-sufficient soul. She adored our dogs, and loved the locality of Teddington, having only spent the previous week in East London, on her first ever visit to the UK. She had a few issues with the transport system (who doesn’t) at the beginning, but settled in well, asking many questions about how to care for the dogs. I always endeavour to spend the first night with our sitters - this has worked well for us every time. Raissa is widely travelled and resilient, so did not have any problems following our usual routine, and the dogs were entirely comfortable in her company. The frequent pics and videos were very reassuring, and they always looked happy in familiar surroundings, especially Bushy Park, their favourite place! The house was clean and tidy and well organised on our return, which is always very welcomed! Thank you Raissa for taking such good care of our two boys - I genuinely think she would have taken them home with her if she could have!

Vera and Rose stayed at our house for 6 days and they were amazing pet-, plant- and house-sitters! They arrived at our place directly after previous housesitters who were not as clean and tidy as could have been hoped, and they were very nice about it, and left the house much cleaner than they found it. They took excellent care of our elderly cat and of our numerous plants, contacting us when they had a concern about Heather's feeding or about how the plants were coping with the heatwave during their stay, but they were otherwise entirely self-sufficient and resourceful. Communication was super fluid, friendly and easy. I cannot recommend them enough to other pet owners who need trustworthy sitters! Thanks so much Vera and Rose!

We were so fortunate to have had Chris and Heidi return for a weekend sit with our babies. We felt completely at ease leaving them in their very capable hands. They looked after them like their own and kept us up to date with lots of photos and videos. It was evident that the animals were all very happy to see them again!! Our home was well cared for and left spotlessly clean. I sincerely hope we have the pleasure to welcome the lovely Chris and Heidi again, wonderful pet sitters :)

Torben and his family were absolutely wonderful and I wish we would’ve been able to meet them!! We got pictures of our beloved cats everyday and they looked so happy. Amanda and Marlon were brilliant pet sitters and I would happily recommend them to anyone. They were communicative before and during their sit and sent updates including photos most days. Their journey to and from here was disrupted because of a fire at the airport and a storm and they took it all in their stride! Upon meeting them I was immediately at ease with leaving Ace and Jasper in their care. Annika took great care of Minerva and Alice and I have no doubt they had a great time together! When I came back, everything was in perfect order, both cats happy and healthy (and also the plants :) ). Friendly couple - flexible and reliable
Elke and Johannes were fantastic house guests. They looked after Fergie and Stripes so well. They sent regular updates and were very responsive throughout the housesit. They were particularly attentive to Fergie who is a slightly nervous rescue; she clearly had a great time. The house was exactly as I had left it on my return too. Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.
