25 Year Dog Mom, now without my own fur children
Beth was absolutely amazing - from the moment she arrived I knew Gus would be in good hands. Beth offered to arrive a night early in order that she and Gus could get to know each other and he would be comfortable with her once we left. Gus was immediately at ease around Beth and we didn’t worry at all during our trip. Beth even made Gus’s meals extra special with a heart shaped ham garnish (his favorite!) on his food ❤️ The house was spotless when we arrived home - she had washed all of the sheets and towels and re-made the bed for us. Best of all, she left us a little piece of “artwork” that Gus made as a memento - we have it on display in our living room. Thank you Beth!!!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. Lady Charlee has been going for 5 years now and the employees are amazing with her. Over the years, she has evolved, its like school for her. She's really the judge for Big Easy. We had such a great experience with Big Easy's overnight boarding. Everyone that we dealt with there was kind, caring, and experienced. Our dog Benny is very hesitant to warm up to new people. He gets scared easily, and it occasionally causes him to lash out at strangers who approach him. He also does not get along with other dogs. We told the staff about these issues when we scheduled our appointment, half expecting them to turn us away. They didn't. Instead they assured us that they would have no problem making Benny comfortable and would give him lots of individual play time with staff since he isn't able to play with the other dogs. By the time we went to pick him up a few days later, he had made friends with at least 3 new people there and seemed happy as a clam. The staff went above and beyond to make us and Benny comfortable. I can't imagine boarding him anywhere else now. *This picture is not actually of Big Easy. It's just Benny passed out on our couch after we got home.

Big Easy Dog Daze is the best dog day care. I've been taking my two dogs there for years twice per week they come home Happy and tired. The dogs have room to play always supervised with a great team that truly has all the dogs care as their first priority. When researching dog day care facilities way back, this is the only one that did not smell of urine they keep the place clean. I highly recommend Big Easy Dog Daze. My recommendation still stands the team at Big Easy Dog Daze is fantastic!
This place is amazing. I have a dog who has some behavior problems and does not do well in boarding or daycare, and we have been turned away from places before. Dog Daze not only didn't turn us away, but they worked with us to better understand our dog and her situation. Even when she had some behavior problems while staying there (more than once!), they continued to let her come back. They worked with us and continued to make changes in how they dealt with her, which included updating some of their internal processes after she managed to sneak her way into a closed off area. Communication is always great. When the dog does have an incident, we are notified right away and updated on what is happening. Most places would have asked us not to come back. Dog Daze worked with us to make sure everyone could have a good and safe experience. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful place to leave our challenging dog, and are so grateful at the willingness to work with animals that aren't typical in a way that is safe and enjoyable for everyone. I'm honestly not sure what we would have done for the past 7 years if we didn't have this place!
Excellent staff. Excellent care of our three dogs while we were out of town. They texted updates and pictures while we were gone. Both Dog Daze and the Big Easy (which we've used twice in dire circumstances with our doggies) are superb. You can rest assured when your pets are in the care of Dog Daze and the Big Easy! I arrived 15 min late for a grooming appt so I was asked to reschedule. I called multiple times trying to make an appt. When I finally got a return call I was told they got a new phone system but they tried calling me 3 times. Not True because there were no messages. I was finally offered an appt for the following week. When I showed up, I was told my pup wasn't on the schedule. The communication is so poor. It’s such a shame because the groomer does great work. This review is not a reflection of The Big Easy vet.
We have been going to Dog Daze since they opened and everyone that works there is so caring and loving. Our dog (who passed away last year) was so loved by the dog daze family and absolutely loved going to daycare! They really gave our dog and us support and love through out his time there - especially the last few months of his life. During boarding, when he wasn't feeling great they called us immediately and had one of the vets check him out. They really go above and beyond! Our new dog who we adopted this winter also loves going to dog daze! He is a little shy around new dogs and people and they have really helped him to become more confident. The dog daze staff really loves your dog as their own!

Completely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of communication at Dog Daze grooming. We had an appointment for over 2 months and through a slew of complications and new policy changes, will no longer be utilizing their services. We understand that this has been a trying time for small businesses and we were trying everything to support them. However, when a policy change goes into effect and a prior appointment was made within the guidelines but "Dog Daze doesn't have that part written down" there should be some way things can be worked out. Staff went above and beyond!!! I had 2 Boerboels boarded. One of my dogs was older and became ill during boarding while we were on vacation. We’ve just started using unleashed to get our COVID puppy socialized with other dogs as well as get his energy out in winter. We’ve only been there 4 times but the staff has been fabulous. They remembered his name after the first day (🤯) and always give us a run down on how he did for the day. It’s really been great for our pup. He got so worn out today he asked to go to his crate when we got home and was OUT within a minute. Their pricing is affordable and the half-day option is awesome for those working from home who would rather their pup go have fun for awhile rather than sit there and watch them work (while we pray they don’t have to pee in the middle of a conference call 😂).
