They are utterly professional whist being lovely warm friendly people. Efficient, calm, organised, tidy, considerate, we could not have left our home and precious dog in better hands. Nothing phased them.( tree down in the storm). Jenny cooked us a lovely lunch before we left and then left the most delicious supper on our arrival home. They were packed and left after handing over leaving us to settle back in. They sent lovely photos and news of Tui ( who had a wonderful time and was beautifully looked after). We were very happy to welcome Susan and Peter back to our place for a second sit. Our usually very shy cat remembered Susan and was happy to see her again, we were able to get away stress free. When we returned we found everything beautifully clean and tidy and one very happy cat. There was an incident where our boiler failed and required attention from the technician. Fortunately Susan is able to speak French and had the problem solved within 24 hours. Susan and Peter made a (very entertaining) video on how to do a boiler reset, which we greatly appreciate! We would highly recommend Susan and Peter as house and pet sitters, they are reliable and trustworthy and communicate extremely well and we would welcome them back here in the future.

Although Covid meant the sit didn't go ahead, I know from our regular zoom chats during their extended previous sit, that Janet and Terry are great pet sitters. They are very responsible and great with the cats, who obviously adored them. They had some charges with health issues and even had to learn how to do injections! I have rated them anyway based on what I saw and heard of their previous sit. Our trip was to have been a long one so we had a few meets to discuss the sit. We felt they would be perfect, and felt relaxed about leaving them in charge of our home and pets. They were responsive and really helpful guiding us in what would have been our first time using sitters. As covid started to hit we both, sadly, realised we wouldn't be going to the US and they would need to stay on in their current sit. Lots of communication and understanding as we and they went into lockdown and we've continued to catch up since. I hope we can use Janet and Terry in the future. All the best Zoë

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.
