Pets 'R Us : a professional, reliable couple who will love your pets
We were very happy to welcome Susan and Peter back to our place for a second sit. Our usually very shy cat remembered Susan and was happy to see her again, we were able to get away stress free. When we returned we found everything beautifully clean and tidy and one very happy cat. There was an incident where our boiler failed and required attention from the technician. Fortunately Susan is able to speak French and had the problem solved within 24 hours. Susan and Peter made a (very entertaining) video on how to do a boiler reset, which we greatly appreciate! We would highly recommend Susan and Peter as house and pet sitters, they are reliable and trustworthy and communicate extremely well and we would welcome them back here in the future.

Helen is a very nice lady, chatty, confident, organised and caring. She sent me pictures every day of our pets, and exercised our very energetic cocker spaniel twice a day! We came back to calm and happy pets, which we are extremely thankful for. As local to us she came to visit before our trip so we went away feeling secure and confident that our pets were going to be well looked after, which is exactly what happened. I couldn't have asked for lovelier sitters than Eva & Guillaume. Their calm, happy energy meant my two boys were soon totally comfy and relaxed with their company. Eva sent me a little highlight video at the end of each day which had me smiling seeing how happy my animals were in their company and meant I could enjoy every minute of my time away with my family knowing all was going well at home. Shirani and Craig stayed for a week while we were away on holiday looking after our two dogs Hebe & Yogi and our house and Airbnb. They were absolutely fantastic and so helpful when we had a power cut and our gates wouldn’t work. We were often with no coverage on our phones but we’re patient and understanding. Andrew took care of Pepper for us for 2.5 weeks. He was easy to communicate with, flexible, organised and very self sufficient and able to deal with issues like running out of some doggie medications. Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival.
