Sylvain and Guill were ideal pet sitters. Communication before and during their stay was perfect : they kept me informed of their travel plans and progress from France, and ensured that, during my trip away, Kwabi received the love and attention he has come to expect as his right. I was provided with regular updates and photos of King Kwabi whilst away which showed just how relaxed and happy he was. They obviously made the most of their stay here, and took delight in taking trips out during the day. The house was spotless when I returned, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine they brought from France as a gift with my first meal back home. Akiko and her daughters spent a week with our 2 dogs in Scotland. The communication was excellent and Akiko did exactly what she said she would do. The dogs have been very well looked after and the house is immaculate - we always make sure the place is clean and presentable for Housesitters and it’s lovely to receive it back in the same condition. Akiko has even been watering our pot plants for us. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Matthias and Lenni were excellent sitters. Communication was easy before and during the sit and we felt we could trust them completely. Unfortunately we couldn't be there in person to welcome them at the start of the sit, so we gave instructions and a tour of the house in a video call. Jennifer and Matthias were very thoughtful and had no issues in taking up the sit independently and this was very helpful for us. They took excellent care of our cats and we would love to welcome them back any time! Highly recommended!

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home.
