This was honestly the first time I've ever felt comfortable and totally at ease with a petsitter. We were a long way from home, and Stefanie looked after our 4 dogs fabulously. She even took care of a post foot-op recovery with absolute ease. She sent little video updates of them regularly, and honestly they were as happy as they normally are when we are at home. This is a first, as they normally pine for us for the first few days and then give us a bit of a sulk when we return, but we had none of that. We also had a lovely meal prepared for us upon our return. Stefanie is self-sufficient and reliable and I would totally recommend her as a babysitter.

A big thank you to Ina and Will for looking after our doggies and our home. Unfortunately for them, Betsie had gone into season days before we left and it was quite a challenge for them when Beau (our neutered boy) got so confused. But, they rose to that challenge and handled it admirably. We have returned home to three very happy dogs and a lovely clean and tidy home. And they even helped do some weeding in our garden. More than happy to recommend them to look after your pets.

Martijn was an amazing sitter for our cat Max! He kept in constant contact with us with updates and photos/videos of Max. We could tell instantly that he was great with animals and made our pet comfortable where he otherwise can be really shy and reserved. Enjoying life with animals
Renske is an excellent pet sitter. She looked after our cat & our tortoise for 2 weeks whilst we were on our summer holiday and even though she had never looked after a tortoise before she was very diligent & took a lot of time to care for him & ensure she was feeding him correctly with the correct food. She communicated well with us & asked questions when she wasn’t sure of anything. We have come back to a very clean & tidy house & would happily have Renske back in the future to look after our animals. We would highly recommend her.

We outdoor enthusiasts will care for your home and pets with love
Just want to start by saying that Lisa and Koen have been the best pet sitters we had so far, and all of them have been excellent, but coming to a spotless home (better than we left it) and a groomed and happy dog and cat was beyond our expectations. They were very communicative sending us daily updated with pictures as we requested. They are tranquil, clean and friendly. Our dog and cat were extremely chilled and happy on our arrival. And our dog got spoiled with some lovely hikes and trips to the lake (his favorite activities). We’ve been always selecting +50 couples, but Lisa and Koen has widen our age range with the outstanding care they took of our pets and house. I can’t recommend them enough and would love to have them back each time. And anyone who get’s a request from them can be reassured that they will deliver an outstanding sit in all ways.

Anja was brilliant - she was very conscientious in caring for our slightly temperamental cat, and she kept the house and garden in lovely shape - she even made some improvements to our wayward garden, which we really appreciated. She was very good at keeping us informed about how she and Sooty were doing, and was not fazed by a few small problems with the house, which she addressed very capably after consulting with us. We came back to a happy cat, a lovely clean house and tidy garden and we would be very happy if she was able to cat-sit for us again one day, Thanks so much, Anja!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high. We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none.
