Catherine was such an amazing sitter for our house of pets! Once of which is a puppy and needs extra care and attention. She was very communicative every day, sending us photos and updates on how everyone was doing. She also took our puppy out on walks daily and kept her busy at the dog park. We came home to a very tidy house as well! We could not recommend Catherine more, and hope to have her sit for us again in the future.

Toccara, Samuel and Rowan were absolutely wonderful house sitters. Very kind and friendly, and very organized. They were patient and calm with our timid cat, and gave her enough space to make her feel comfortable. By the first evening she was already coming out of her shell with them, something which normally takes her a few days. We received regular updates. The house was in magnificent order when we returned home. We can't thank them enough for taking such good care of our home and more importantly our cat. Torti gave them a paws up, so we will definitely be asking them back!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

I was so lucky to get to meet Rachel before I went on my two month trip. I will for sure. Try to work with her again if things if it’s possible, what do you want a pet sitter you want someone who loves your cat and you want someone who is reliable ultra reliable so that never on your trip. You have to worry about what’s happening back home. This is what we got with Rachel, she’s disciplined and mature and low-key and we corresponded throughout the two months and she did some small things above and beyond her assignment and I literally never had to worry about my house and I never had to worry about my cat. I would hire her again in a second in fact, you would be smart to do so , honestly there’s no downsides. I would say so believe me and I think that this service is so great and I’m so lucky to get her and I think she has something like 55 star reviews now she has 51 so definitely hire her. She’s amazing.

Pet-love and greenery welcome
Lynne answered a last minute posting to stay at our house for a long weekend. She left the house just as we left it and the kitties were happy when we got home! I actually accidentally posted that we would be away one more day than expected and she was very understanding when I let her know we would be home sooner than expected. I would have liked to have gotten prompter responses to my text messages checking-in to make sure everything was ok, but all in all everything went smoothly and we were appreciative that Lynne was able to stay and take good care of the kitties!

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

I recently had an in-person consultation with Baleigh for my seven pets, and she's absolutely fantastic! We hit it off immediately, and I felt completely at ease hiring her. My original pet sitter, whom I had hired for my wedding in just two weeks, bailed on me at the last minute! Thankfully, Baleigh came to my rescue. I highly recommend this company. Baileigh was amazing. I needed someone to feed my hummingbirds while we were on vacation. We have 6 feeders that needed to be refilled once or twice a day. If you've had in-house pet-sitting done before, you know that it takes time to find one that you can trust. We had a pet-sitter in the past work less days than agreed but still took all of the fees, which were paid up front. This time, we've been very fortunate to work with Balleigh, with pet service beyond what was expected. For example, we're new rabbit owners and Balleigh was new to rabbit care as well, and we didn't know that our rabbit sometimes gets clogged in her rear (fur + feces). Balleigh took the time to learn how to care and clean for this type of pet and trimmed the clogged area, all while holding a kicking bunny that didn't like to be carried. Also, one of our two cats is shy and would always hide but Balleigh made sure to check and photograph where he would hide, just to let us know he's doing ok. There's more but our point is that we're lucky to have found Balleigh and her pet-sitting service and will continue to build on that trust going forward.
