Martin arrived the previous night due to a long drive to ours which was agreed on both parts. This allowed us to start our holiday a day earlier. Martin kept in touch everyday. Videos pictures and updates on their walks; forever grateful for these. Frank has become a fussy eater recently. Martin changed his daily allowance to twice a day which Frank has enjoyed; will continue to do so hopefully. House was immaculate on return. Bedding washed and hung on the line. They took such great care of Chilli and Rocket, sending regular updates with photos of them out and about having a wonderful time on their walks or at home enjoying lots of cuddles. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. Mabel has been going out for weekly walks for over a year now. She loves getting together with other dogs and gets so excited when the van pulls onto our driveway. I highly recommend heathers pet care services and always mention them to other dog owners.
Just finished Heathers pet services puppy classes as Rosemary Lodge. We really enjoyed the sessions and my pup and I will both benefit from what we have learnt. Sophie N was fantastic. She is really engaging, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions separate from the lesson content. I wasn’t looking forward to being out on a cold Wednesday evening but am now sad it’s finished. Would def recommend. Will be looking to book some of Heather’s other pet services.
We did not have the best experience with Heather’s Pet Services. We genuinely appreciated how understanding and hard working the staff were, however the customer service really let us and our two cats down. I understand this is a predominantly dog-centred service, but we were assured they could look after Persian cats and their additional specific needs. We were extremely anxious about leaving our cats alone, to the point that it’s prevented us from taking trips since before the pandemic. It took a few visits for them to get used to these and I took particular care to update our information in their online portal. After each visit we could tell the staff really took on our feedback, which was amazing. However, on arriving home after the last two visits, we found one or both cats had become unwell and left unpleasant smells and messes to attend to, definitely not a nice environment to come home to after being away. After letting customer service know about this, the response was very unsympathetic and unprofessional. We were blamed for their errors and told we were at fault for making a staff member ill with the feedback we gave previously. I have never come across a business take so little responsibility for the quality of their services (at frankly extortionate prices) or the wellbeing of their staff, and I was particularly shocked by the lack of interest in the wellbeing of our cats after the final visit. Unfortunately, we would not feel safe leaving our cats under their supervision again.
About 5 years ago our cockapoo Barney began to get very agitated whilst being groomed. This got steadily worse to the point that the groomer said they would not be able to groom him without him being sedated…. We did this reluctantly, as we hated the effect the drugs had on him. I was chatting it through with the vet as this had been going on for a couple of years and I felt that it could not be good to do this as Barney was nearing 9. A number of people mentioned that Heather’s pets had a lady who was a trained dog behaviourist and wonderfully patient grooming team. I felt it was worth a go although did wonder if the saying ‘ you cannot teach an old dog new tricks’ would be validated! Sophie a trained dog behaviourist and Chloe the chief groomer have worked wonders- between them they have taken time with Barney to ensure he is comfortable with them and in their grooming room. They have cared for him and eased him in gradually to being able to be first washed and cleaned with them and now groomed without any sedation at all! It is such a relief and I am so grateful- they always reassured me too that I was not being a paranoid dog owner and that it would be worth taking this time- and it certainly has been. We are all so thankful they are fantastic!
My dog has been having regular weekly walks with the staff at heathers pet care services. Mabel loves being collected and going out with a group of dogs. The staff are dedicated animal lovers and take great care of your pets. Mabel has a brilliant bond with whichever walker she has and get super excited when she sees them walk up our path. Heather’s Pet Care Services is fantastic! I attended the puppy training classes & found them to be really informative, interactive & supportive. Sophie led the classes & found her to be really professional, helpful & so knowledgeable! I also take my dog along to their pet groomer Chloe, who has been amazing with her & always do a fantastic groom. My dog was not keen with being groomed, however in Chloe’s care, we haven’t looked back! I thoroughly recommend you use Heather’s Pet care Services for all your pet needs!
We have only positive things to say about both Sophie and Heathers Pet Care Services. We arranged some 121 sessions with Sophie for our little Cockapoo recently - and Sophie was so friendly, knowledgeable and Sophie made every session exciting. The best thing we could have done for our two Labradors is introduce them to Dene and her Happy Doggy Daycare. They get so excited when they hear her car arrive for their weekly group walk. It's so reassuring for us to know they get this regular socialisation and variation with someone we trust implicitly. Being on Dene's books also gives us the piece of mind I thought would be impossible; we can completely switch off from any worry. Dene is reliable, professional and caring. Dene has provided day care and holidays for Hugo and Coco for almost 4 years and comes highly recommended. I always have total peace of mind when Dene is caring from them and it is just like home from home. Happy Doggy Daycare is a wonderful service, Dene is very professional aswell as being caring with myself and Coco. This is great value for money as you know the dogs are well looked after and always kept safe and cared for. My dogs reaction when Dene pulls up to get her just says it all, her tail bangs like a drum and she runs around whining in circles it is lovely to see. We have had occasional behaviour issues which Dene has highlighted and given us some guidance from previous experiences with other dogs and we have tried to nip this in the bud and each time its worked perfectly. Cannot tell you how happy we are with Denes service as leaving your dog is like leaving a child.
Dene is absolutely fantastic. Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to Dene's house and comes home content and tired from all the walking, playing and stimulation she gets from being with Dene and other friendly dogs. The email we get of the route map and photos of their walk are really enjoyable too. We've used other dog walkers and day care in the past but they've never been as professional as this.
Dene is such a wonderful lady. She looks after my two dogs, Blue & Luna, as if they were her own. They adore her. Dene goes above and beyond and offers an exceptional home from home service as well as taking the dogs on the most amazing walks. You only have to see their happy faces in the photos. We're been lucky enough to use Happy Doggy (Trowbridge) services since 2017, and it has been a godsend. Our diva dog adores Dene, and HAS to have kisses whenever she arrives. She gets taken to beautiful, open spaces, where she can run off her beans with friends. I have 100% confidence that she will be looked after well and have a great time.
I have every confidence in Dene and the service she provides is superb. We have a very happy dog as a result and when we leave her for overnights stays we feel relaxed in the knowledge that she is safe and contented.

Rosie helped us last minute when our friend broke her foot and couldn’t walk Rudy whilst we were on holiday. Rudy is a high energy dog that gets excited at the sight of anything that moves, Rosie knew exactly how to deal with him and made sure he had the best walks!

My dog Luna has been staying with Yvonne since she was a gangly puppy. I cannot rate her highly enough - she’s seen Luna through her awkward teenage years and now into a slightly greying dog with medication needs. Yvonne’s care for my dog is exemplary and Luna starts wagging her tail as soon as we turn in to her road - she’s so happy there and it gives me such peace of mind to know she is so well cared for when I’m away.

I've been using we love pets for a number of years now and they've been fantastic. I've 3 cats and I always feel they're in safe hands and will get little updates when I'm away and always come home to 3 happy cats. The team are amazing.
I don't think I've ever left a negative review before but.. It was good the first time for our spaniel. But the second time was awful. Had done skinny legs, ears length was different, they had cut all her eyebrow lashes and whiskers off which are now growing awkwardly now curling in her eye (they don't effect her health though right?) Definitely wasn't a show cocker cut like I had asked. I shouldn't have paid even though I said at the time that was a lot shorter than I had agreed but I just couldn't get over it. So I then contacted them to say I wasn't happy. Basically was told it was my fault? For over £50 I'd expect them to groom her, not just basically shave everything off which is NOT what you do with a show type. Didn't receive a refund as I was fed up with arguing. Was so expensive for what was done. No offence but I could have done that. Do not recommend.
I highly recommend this dog groomers. My dogs come home looking and smelling amazing. The ladies are very pleasant and interested in the dogs background. The pricing of treatments is very reasonable especially with the cost of living going up. Highly recommend supporting this lovely business.
Milo is a big dog, no doubt about it. Anna at we love pets hasn't been fazed by this and has been absolutely fantastic with him for his walks. Occasionally we have been home to see how excited he gets when she arrives to take him out. We're even more happy to see how tired out he is when he gets home. Not to mention the price for a one to one walk is really good. Very good value for money! So far our experience with We Love Pets has been fantastic. I'm sure they will continue to impress.

Our dog loves Tania and has been attending doggy daycare for a couple of years now. Tania is reliable and trustworthy. We know our dog is safe in her capable hands. He always comes back tired out after a busy fun filled day! Would highly recommend Willsbridge Walkies to anyone

We are first time dog owners and Skye has thrived through attending doggy day care weekly. The care and attention she gets is fantastic and I love the regular updates seeing her having fun with the other dogs. Holidays have always been important to us and was nervous leaving Skye overnight. I had no need to worry, the luxury boarding service is amazing, tailored to our needs for Skye providing us with reassurance that Skye is happy and well looked after whilst we are away. I cannot recommend Willsbridge Walkies enough for the brilliant service and care provided for the dogs.
Willsbridge Walkies has been fantastic for us in the bringing up of our pup. At first we thought the doggy day care was for us to have a day off each week. However, we have come to realise that Mabel has thrived and is so well socialised now with other dogs. She is always so excited when we pull up on the drive and is always welcomed in with such love. It is a lovely location and they have a great setup there. The regular photos sent throughout the day are brilliant and we especially like the team photo of all the dogs together that are there each day. Willsbridge Walkies have been looking after our spaniel for nearly 2 years now. Tania and her family care for the dogs as if they were their own and our dog loves them. I am so glad I was recommended by my friend to use Willsbridge Walkies! My collie Pip absolutely loves it there and runs in when I drop her off! Tania is very professional and organised and sends me pics throughout the day with updates of how much fun Pip is having with her friends. It gives me huge peace of mind when I’m at work, knowing she’s being well looked after. Highly recommend WW for top doggy daycare 🐾
Tania and her family are fabulous dog sitters. They are totally trustworthy, care for the dogs like they are their own and go out of their way to help. No wonder they are always busy and well supported by their clients. They have been great during the pandemic when we have had to change dates and holidays have been cancelled - nothing is too much trouble for them. Lovely family who provide a fabulous service
