Avery and Daniel were great guests. Pina warmed up to them pretty quickly and they shared plenty of pictures of her enjoying their company. They showed up right on time and we immediately felt comfortable leaving, knowing they would care for our home and Pina like their own. We came home to a clean home and a happy cat. Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

She is already showing signs about how loyal and obedient she is going to be. Working with Mountain Valley K-9 was a great experience. I found Mountain Valley K-9 after extensive searching online, reading over reviews and contacting multiple breeders. I settled on Mountain Valley K-9 and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Segundo was great throughout the entire process and made himself available whenever I had questions or needed clarification on the process. He provided updates along the way letting us know when our puppy was born as well as how she was doing the weeks following. Pickup was simple; Segundo had our puppy and all paperwork organized and ready to go. Segundo was also available after we picked up our puppy and asked how she was acclimating in her new home. We just picked up our pup a few days ago. Segundo was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. We got a great deal for a beautiful AKC GSD. Thank you Mountain Valley K9!
Mountain Valley K-9 (MVK-9) was amazing to work with. Straightforward and responsive about our questions and patient as we weighed the commitment required to train a working German shepherd dog. We were looking for a family dog, but one that could survive and excel at mountain life in the Santa Cruz mountains (helping clear trail debris, not be afraid of the occasional bob cat / mountain lion / coyote and hiking with our family). The dog that was selected for us was a perfect fit, I like to think that MVK-9 thought about this and gave us “Juno” intentionally. As for Juno, she is wonderful and easy to train puppy with the perfect temperament for our family. After having lost a dog a year ago, she is such a welcome personality in the house. She is clearly bread for training and even temperament, calm when we are calm, this is the distinction of a good breeder, breeding for these qualities. Lastly, it was a huge help that MVK-9 offered to meet us 1/2 way down the state (or to arrange delivery) of the puppy. We weren’t comfortable with the delivery option, but meeting 1/2 way was right up our alley and it was as easy as the rest. If you are on the fence, get off it and go with MVK-9.
