Melanie, her sister Nadine and friend Vanessa were wonderful houseguests during our two week trip away. Sadly, our dog Tucker passed away the day before they arrived from a three month illness, but we were so happy that the ladies were here to supervise the house and take care of my many plants - inside and outside during the hot Florida summertime. They had met Tucker in February when they were in the area so it was very unfortunate the timing involved as we knew they would have been wonderful pet sitters. The house was left spotless and there we no issues whatsoever while we were away. We communicated a few times to touch base but the ladies were entirely self sufficient and gave us so much peace of mind. We highly recommend Melanie and her sister and friend if you ever have the chance for them to house/pet sit.

Brigitte and Wolfgang came to the rescue when we were a bit in a tight spot, having agreed to housesit for a couple in England at rather short notice while not yet having found the type of sitters (of a certain age) we wanted. Although previously cat owners, they have acquired enough experience with (big dogs) on their sits. They arrived a day early, as agreed, so we could get to know each other and our dog had enough time to adjust. An uncomplicated couple, with lots of tales of past and recent travels to tell. Took them to the supermarket to do their food shopping and for orientation; also went for a short walk with the dog together. Throughout our absence, we received reassuring texts and photos so we could concentrate on our English pets. They took BASKO on walks without any problems even though he is quite strong on the lead... Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy but relaxed dog and a lovely cake and even a very nice dinner. We all had a chatty evening together and next morning, our sitters went on their (rather long) way, with another sit waiting for them in the near future. We can recommend them as capable and uncomplicated sitters.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high. We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none.
