We boarded our dogs for the very first time at this kennel. We won't ever take them anywhere else. Wonderful, caring people run this kennel. They treat your pets like family. Our dogs are always happy to go there. Highly recommend.

Tom came over for a meet and greet and went over everything in detail. I felt very comfortable letting him watch my dogs. He followed my instructions exactly as I explained them to him. I loved the report card and photos! I highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again!

We could not have asked for a better experience!! Tom was very thorough and wanted to make sure that no box was left unchecked before babysitting our poodle for our vacation. I received updates every single day with informative notes to let me know how Oliver was doing. Tom was responsive to my texts, and very loving to our baby boy. Clearly, Tom and his team worked with our Oliver during his 30 minute walks as we noticed Oliver with much better walking behavior upon our return! Tom and his team were faithful in watering our plants, ensuring that Oliver had music at night and had cuddle time every day. We are grateful and will use Tom’s service again ♥️♥️♥️

Initially, I became aware of Tom and Desiree through Petco‘s rover app. We started with them approximately eight months ago, and I will never have anybody else as long as they’re available. My litter boxes are clean when I come back as if I were there myself. He sends pictures of my cats, even to show that he plays with them. I recommend them highly

This is the third (or fourth?) time that I have used Tom & Desiree's service and they are just wonderful to work with. Their website makes the booking and payment process super easy and they have been great at communication leading up to and at the time of service - I have used them for both drop-in visits and dog walking for my two Labrador retrievers. They always send me a detailed "report card" - including photos - after each visit and the best part is that my dogs absolutely LOVE them (especially Tom) so I never worry about them when I know Tom & Desiree will be stopping by!

Being my first experience doing something like this I was nervous leaving my fur child but Tom and Desiree took great care of my pal baron, fed him on schedule took him out to play and interacted with him, even cleaned up an accident. They sent me pictures and he was happy and enjoying the new friends he made. The house was just like I left it when I returned home along with one happy doggy thank you so much for taking care of my best friend.

Tom & Desiree are the best! They took care of my dog Mia while I was recently on vacation. They walked her 3 times daily and showed her much love and attention. Mia is a Lab/Beagle mix and at times she can be a handful!! Her hunting instincts kick in when she see a rabbit, squirrel or chipmunk and to say she pulls on her leash is an understatement!! Tom handled her very well and was up to the challenge. I can honestly say I did not worry about her at all while she was in their care. I will definitely use Tom & Desiree Pet Service in the future! I have multiple animals. Not all of them required attention but they took time to become acquainted with them. Of those cared for, none were rushed and all were given positive encouragements. Very patient. Even went out of the way to secure pill pockets for one needing medication. Also asking if anything else was needed before finishing up

Tom took great care of our dogs and our home while we were on vacation. My dogs are still watching the door hoping he is coming back to play. Tom and Desiree are very nice people. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Tom and Desiree’s Pet Sitting business! I feel so relieved that my cats are in Tom’s care. He is the most efficient when it comes to taking care of my boys! He plays with them, gives them lots of love and treats. He has to give meds twice a day to one of them and that’s where the relief comes in. He treats my pets as if they were his pets. Plus, Tom will bring in mail, clean, water plants and even feed the birds outside. I feel so very fortunate to have Tom & Desiree are in my life! ( he also sends pictures every visit!) This is a fantastic small business run by a true pet lover, with a huge fenced in yard to exercise the dogs, daily photos and kind texts, and lots of play time with the other dogs who are boarding at Mad Pawz. Truly first rate in every respect, with clear communications and fair pricing. The owners are lovely people who will love your dogs. Our family travels regularly. And as much as we love them, we can't always take our two dogs with us. A friend recommended trying Faith and her family at Mad Pawz for the very best care in the area. And our friend was right - we feel like we hit the jackpot in dog boarding.

Faith and Justin at Mad Pawz are awesome! They sent us photos and updates of our Luna everyday and even got her a pup cup for spoil your pup day! When we picked Luna up, Faith was very informative on how everything went. 10/10 recommend!!

We found Mad Pawz by chance while we were frantically looking to board our Bo right before a trip Puerto Rico. The place we normally take him was full because of course we wait until the last minute. Of course I was hesitant as he had never gone there before but I tell you what, I’m normally not a lucky person, but we hit the jackpot. Mad Pawz isn’t a typical boarding facility, it’s a home away from home. What boarding facility has ever sent you pictures of your pets every single day? Without fail, every day I received a picture of Bo and I could tell that he was so happy to be there by the look on his face. It made me smile and tear up a little every single time. He’s not sad in a kennel all day. He’s happy and playing with his new best friends! It gave me a peace of mind that you can’t really even put a price tag on. I didn’t worry about him for one second while I was gone. I only leave reviews if I am so extremely happy with something that I feel I have to tell others. If you’re looking for a HOME (not a kennel) away from home for your pets, I can’t recommend anywhere better!

It was a great atomsphere for my 2 dogs they had a blast, Mad Pawz sent me photos of them playing or laying around relaxin. They had a party and the dogs get pup cups. Thanks Mad Pawz job well done

Mad Pawz takes great care of my dog when I'm away, and it's been a big help with her socialization with other dogs. Prices are fair, and with their new location, the dogs have a big yard to play in.

Horrible customer service from Faith. She did not check the paperwork or ask any questions prior to his first visit nor did she try to get to know him before taking him inside. We heard Faith screaming at the other dogs from the front yard when we arrived. Then she continued to tell us that she was leaving to run errands but her husband was in the yard. When we arrived for pickup, Justin was in the yard and the dogs were inside. Completely unacceptable to be paying for a sitter and he’s not being monitored especially when other dogs are present. Justin was very nice and friendly during pickup and the only positive outcome of this experience

I was very apprehensive about leaving our boy Loki with a boarding place and I’m so glad we chose Mad Pawz! He was taken such great care of and he absolutely loved it there. He was treated like one of the family and it gave us such peace of mind knowing he was doing so well! They send daily updates and photos and that was wonderful! Highly recommend this for your fur babies!

Such an amazing dog daycare spot! My family & I went to go experience the Allegheny train ride, so we needed to drop our little fur baby for a couple hours. He had lots of fun with the other dogs and would definitely recommend it to others! Faith was super sweet and we felt very comfortable dropping our little pup.

Very great place to take your dogs. I think the price went up a bit but it is well worth in a way. The people really know how to run the place. They really keep it clean and safe for your pets when they stay there.

My puppy was given a spa treatment, beautiful haircut and shampoo. I was so pleased when I picked him up. He had gone somewhere else before and left, anxious and they shaved him rather than trimmed. Cozy Inn trimmed him beautifully and he left in a super happy mood!

Fantastic staff and great facility. They treat you like family and make my dogs feel right at home. We’ve also used their aqua-therapy services to rehab our GSD after major hip surgery. Not only did he heal well, he came out stronger, healthier and more confident! Highly recommend.

My dog stayed here for 7 days and was cared for exceptionally well. She is on supplements which were given to her as I instructed. She also has special requirements which I explained to staff and they followed. Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in and out. She got a bath before check out and smelled great. She was ready for check out at the time given and they were quick to reunite us. If you miss your pet when they are staying here please just check their Facebook, they post A TON of pictures so you will probably get to see your pet there (which is awesome!). It is also nice that there is a veterinarian right next door so incase something happens they can get care quickly. Anytime I need to board my dog, she will go here and I highly recommend Cozy Inn to anyone interested in boarding. It’s a 45 minute drive but it’s worth it! I have heard horror stories of boarders losing clients dogs but this place is secured with fencing for the runs and if your dog goes to the activity fields they are also secured with appropriate fencing.

Cozy Inn cared for our 1 and 3 year old aussies while we were on a road trip and needed doggy day care for a few hours. They had a primary caretaker and got to play with other dogs, which my dogs love. They were happily worn out on the drive home. The staff was thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. We really appreciated their willingness to provide a one time service and would use them again if ever in the area again.

The price is very, very fair! The staff was super nice. Also, the complimentary bath omg amazing. He was so stinking soft!! Softer than when we take him to the groomer. If we didn't live in another state I'd bring him back there for any other future boarding we'd need.

I tried them for a few months. It's overly expensive and while some of the women here are very friendly, some aren't. My pup came home with a gouged paw that had him limping for a week after we kenneled him for a vacation. I figured, dogs will be dogs and it wasn't enough to put me off entirely. I decided to stop using them when I found matting behind my dog's ear (despite monthly full grooms) that would definitely have taken a long time to form. I then had him groomed elsewhere and the haircut was considerably better than what he received here. All in all, my complaints are small- I just don't get a good vibe from how this business is run, from their strict hourly policies to their not letting you see where the dogs sleep, to a particularly gruff and unprofessional woman I had to deal with a couple of times. It's a little weird.

They take amazing care of our lab Murphy. He stays busy with swims and hikes and loves all the attention!

This year was the first time I have ever had to leave my fur baby with complete strangers. I cared like a baby when I got to the truck after dropping her off. I called first thing the next morning to check on her and the staff really put my mind at ease. They sent me pictures of her the whole week which made my day because I couldn't wait to get home to my girl. They run a very clean kennel and are very professional. I will be using them again in the future since they stepped up and took such good care of my girl while I was away.

They have an AMAZING new facility! Staff is great and I would highly recommend this kennel! The dogs have a huge run to play in and explore. They offer daycare and kenneling. Very spacious kennels and exercise and play areas. Everything is super clean! Just an all around great, new local business! Owners are excellent with their dogs and caring for them and treat the clients' dogs the same way!!

Amazingly nice and professional kennel.

The staff was very friendly and caring, but I was not satisfied with the service..The prices were high for our area.. Was 70$ for the bath and shave down ears and nails..10$ extra for hair matts..Her hair is very choppy and not shaved down like we thought it would be. Other places have done a much better job

Both of our dogs love coming to Lead Me On for boarding when we go on vacation. We even have to keep our truck windows up so our lab doesn’t jump out in enthusiasm for arriving here, so he must be having a great time! Our sheepadoodle loves it here, too. And grooming always goes well for us here. We are grateful to Stephanie for running such an awesome place to bring our dogs!

I have a great pyrenees puppy who is well over 100 lbs. He is gorgeous. Nails are short without bleeding (so important). He looks brand new. I will be back over and over

They seem to take good care of the dogs but the communication is lacking. When I booked my boarding I specified I wanted my dog to also go to doggie daycare during the day and they said that would be fine but they would have to temperament test her. When I picked my dog up I asked the lady if she did good and she said yes. Only for her to later tell me she was on vacation all week and didn't really know. Then they told me she wasn't in daycare due to them being full and the wait list is a year long. Also I measured out the dog food for her to only have scoop extra and she came back with almost a full bag. I am not sure what to think as my first experience was good but the second not so great.

I called many different local groomers and decided to try Lead Me On because of my conversation with the owner. She was amazing because there were no simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers. I was given full explanations on what she would be doing for our dog. I was sold just from that conversation. Thank you so much for giving Rocky the best grooming he had EVER had. We have used Lead Me On to board our sweet pup several times. She experiences severe separation anxiety and doesn't get along very well with other dogs ever since our other dog passed away. They also matched her with an older dog ro see how they did together, and it went great! The staff at Lead Me On goes above and beyond to care for her. When possible they have her with them in office giving her extra snuggles. They also keep us well informed of everything that is going on. We love going onto their Facebook page and seeing pictures of her. It gives us such peace of mind! I refer them to everyone I know! They truly treat all of the dogs as if they are their own!

I always have a pleasant conversation with the staff. If a question arises while my dogs have been there, I've received a phone before because of verification on two of my dog's medicines because I didn't have it marked for the one dog. They even contacted my vet to verify the med. The dogs have got bathed, groomed, and nails done, and my dogs looked good. The staff has helped me take my dogs to the vehicle upon picking them up, too. Friendly and kind all around. Just make sure you have all your dogs boarding shots up to date. Always call if you have questions, and the staff will call you back if you leave a message.

They loved my dogs. To me that is the most important thing. I knew that I didn't have to worry about Kona & Duke when we left. We called to check in and they were always happy to let us know how our pups were doing. Great place, wonderful people.

If I could give Mylyssa a zillion-star review I would do it. She is absolutely phenomenal with our super sensitive older Mastiff. Fred just loves her and she takes such good care of him. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I’m sure the other caregivers are very good as well since I can see the high standards for love and care she practices.

Petite Feet Petcare has been my Great Dane’s sitter for 3 years and Diva loves her girls like family. They have been nothing short of amazing with her, I highly recommend them!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Luna, our rescued Great Dane, means the world to us! We were very picky with choosing a pet sitter. Luna is a big girl and craves love and attention. When my 7 month old kitten was diagnosed with a disease that had treatments that required daily injections for a period of ~3 months, I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage it on my own but Dr. K from KVet recommended Mylyssa & her services to me for when the vet office wouldn’t be able to help. Mylyssa was very accommodating, fitting us in her schedule and was a huge help to me with my cat’s treatments and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Mylyssa & her company for any medical needs your pet has and I know I’ll be keeping them in mind for typical pet sitting services for vacations or work travel as well!

Recently, my work schedule conflicted with an important vet visit for my cat. Luckily I found Petite Feet Pet Care to not only take my cat to his appointment, but now they continue to come over each week to give him his meds. So happy to have found them!

When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. He received all the attention and affection he needed and I also received all the updates and pictures I needed to know he was doing great. Knowing how well he was taken care of now makes me wonder why I was even worried about him to begin with! Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

Rebecca was the first person that we trusted with our Newfie. Her and her family were great with Cooper. I received lots of pictures while he was in her care. I could see how much fun he was having with her and her family. When he came home he was exhausted! When Rebecca left he watched her until she drove away. He slept all day after his vacation at Lucky Duck. I will use and recommend Lucky Ducks Pet Care for any pet service you may need.

I suffer from migraines so Rebecca is a godsend! She comes and picks up my pooch and they run her all day. My dog is a Jack Russell and does NOT tire easy. Absolutely wonderful folks.

This is the first time I have ever had my 2 dogs being boarded. I was truly thrilled to see the outstanding facilities upon arrival. I was also very happy to see the huge yard and fenced in area where the dogs could run and play outside. Wendy also took the time to listen about each dog and their eating and play habits. What I forgot to tell her about the dogs; she asked me ! I was very impressed with her. She made me feel like they were her own. And when I picked them up; she told me about each one during their stay. I will be back; I mean my dogs will be back when I bring them with me from Myrtle Beach. Thanks again Wendy for the outstanding care! Abby and Zoey also wanted to say “Thank you very much!”

The Number one place to trust with your furry friend! They will care for your dog like it was part of their own family. Always fresh food and water. Dogs love the friendly and safe environment and the playtime. This is the only place where I would 110% trust with the wellbeing of any dog and I highly recommend their service to anybody !!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Canine Country Inn is a great place to board your dog. Rates are good. Wendy is the best and always takes great care of our dog when we are out of town.

Wonderful place. The Furbabies get lots of attention, love, exercise and play. Wendy treats all her fur guests as if they belong to her. It was a wonderful experience for my furbaby. He'll never stay anywhere else.

I forgot to give this place a 5 star review last year. My fur babies were nice and safe here, with a clean environment! I will always, from now on, call her first for our dog boarding needs. Always

a perfect place to bring your pets if you are going on vacation or just need a day to yourself. the staff is wonderful and super friendly.

They have watched our cats twice now and I'm very happy with them. My cats seemed very happy there when I came to pick them up. Their staff are always very friendly and helpful.

My dogs are always treated so good here. Very clean facility and friendly, caring staff.

Absolutely the best kennel for pets that I have ever used and my wife and I have lived in multiple states!! They are so professional and my dog gets excited about going there. I have never had any issue regarding fleas and ticks there, unlike other boarding places. Their prices are reasonable and I like their grooming services.

Happy Tails is the absolute best boarding and grooming place. We’ve taken our lab, Captain, here for more than 4 years. The kennels are clean and staff are over the top friendly! Highly recommend!

These people are absolutely the BEST!!!! They treat every single dog like family!! Dale & his wife are so sweet/ loving & patient...really good folks. I always feel good about leaving my dogs here & am confident they are in good hands when I'm gone. Both my guys were there today getting groomed & they look awesome! Love this place for my pets. They take such good care of them. I worried at first cause I never leave them but they did wonderful. The grooming was great my dogs smelled good for a month.

Happy Tails did a great job taking care of our two dogs recently. Will definitely go back. Very convenient drop off and pick up times too.

First visit this week great team, and easy to work with. What peace of mind we had on Vacation. We were able to call to check on Tank. If they did not answer they gave a call back quickly and the price was great for there quality service. We highly recommend if you need someone to look after your fur baby.
