Raphael was a fantastic sitter. He was very easy to arrange the sit with, and very organised sending us his arrival and departure times well in advance. He was great company for our cat Nim, and sent us nice photos of her playing with him while we were away. He also kept the house really tidy and even kindly put the laundry on when he left. We’d definitely be happy to ask him to sit again sometime.

Gail and Don were perfect sitters. They took the trouble to change their plans to fit in with ours and they were as good as their word with every arrangement. When they arrived we knew immediately we could leave our place with confidence. The house we returned to was immaculate - better than when we left it, and dogs and chickens were happy and well cared for. We were only sorry not to get to spend more time with them but that is the nature of housesitters. We wish them well on their travels and recommend them for housesitting unreservedly. Heidi and Rene are the perfect house sitters. Not only are they very nice people, very reliable and trustworthy, they cared perfectly for our little kitty ( she did not miss us at all 😂), our house and our garden. They even planted us new plants in our garden beds, how sweet is that! 🥰 After a very nice call beforehand, we agreed immediately that it is a good fit for everyone and we had a really good feeling. They arrived as agreed, on the dot, without any additional clarification or confirmation needed. Everything was really uncomplicated and the communication was fast and very easy. They had no issues we needed to help with, they are very experienced and orgaised. Afterwards they left our house perfectly tidy and clean, and they even mowed our lawn at the only day in 3 weeks without rain. We are sorry for that; we had the perfect weather on our trip 🤭 We spent 2 very nice evenings together during which Rene and Heidi told us a lot about their interesting life. We would be happy to have them back any time and we are happy to not only met perfect house sitters but very nice and interesting people, who we would love to meet again in our life.

Talking to Deborah feels like reuniting with a long lost friend. She is very easy, approachable, clearly loves the animals, and doing all things outdoors, which is the perfect person for our area and lifestyle as well. We overlapped by a few days at either end because of changing flight schedules and she even cooked dinner for us! She was extremely clean and considerate of everything- the cats, the house, our schedules. Our cats even picked up a few words of Italian now-mille grazie Deborah! She is welcome back anytime.

Christine was our first pet sitter ever and we are very pleased with our collaboration and overall experience. We had regular communication during the sit, she provided pictures and updates. When Daphne needed extra attention and medication due to an injury, Christine was thorough and attentive. All the animals were well taken care off, Christine made sure they were fed as instructed, taken for walks and received their daily love and personal attention. Overall Christine is calm, communicative, straightforward, grounded, attentive, trustworthy, discreet, a true animal lover. We would trust her again with our animals, they were all super happy upon our return home!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!
